The ability to do transfers directly from Kyriba has saved time and reduced the effort of taking approvals from an external party, creating a memo, creating the template in Citibank or any other bank, and obtaining additional levels of approval, since in Kyriba, I can create the payment and only one person can approve it.

Something I would like to see improved in Kyriba is that on the reconciliation side, we do get payments where someone might send us a ten thousand dollar payment and then want that split into forty-five different entries.

I chose a seven because of the interface and the support services we have with Kyriba, as sometimes payments get stuck during production or working hours, resulting in delays for vendors.
