What is our primary use case?
We only use the solution for backup on Salesforce and to manage disaster recovery.
I would use it to back up all data, metadata, and information about the organization and to restore it if we have some problems.
I use it to try and simulate disaster recovery, but that has not occurred.
What is most valuable?
For now, the user experience is good. The documentation is apt. It is a great tool.
What needs improvement?
There could be AI-related features to improve backup processes.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have experience with this product. It's working really well for now and there are no problems. We have only been using it for one month.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It is stable. We will do a big test next month during the holidays. We can probably test if it works well, including the support and velocity.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
My customer is a small bank, a new online bank with three years of history. It may increase usage next year, but for now, it's new.
How are customer service and support?
I have not needed to contact support.
How was the initial setup?
The setup was done by my customer.
What about the implementation team?
My customer configured it, and I just verify that the backup is going well, but nothing more.
What was our ROI?
There is an ROI. If we do it manually, we spend a week or a month to restore a backup.
If we don't use the tool, we spend several days or a week to restore and rebuild. With this tool, we hope we can spend just some hours.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
It was not expensive because my customer chose it, and he didn't want to spend a lot. I don't know the exact price because it's the customer's choice. I just received the username and password to verify the backups.
What other advice do I have?
For now, it's ten out of ten.
