Software AG ARIS Robotic Process Automation has positively impacted the organization because we deliver quickly due to the reuse component, making it very efficient.
The automation features of Software AG ARIS Robotic Process Automation have assisted us to deliver quickly, especially if you have captured everything on ARIS. Then you just need to run a report, and some of the elements are automated. You don't need to worry too much about copy and paste. You just automate, then it runs and gives you the results.
For report writing, the dashboard from Power BI is particularly valuable. With the click of a button, it gives you everything that you want, and you can also customize it for a specific purpose. Because you give the department or the business stakeholders the link, they just pull the report for themselves. That gives a very big value to the business.
What needs improvement?
Software AG ARIS Robotic Process Automation has an opportunity to be improved in many ways, especially with AI. I see some improvements there and it can definitely be enhanced.
Maybe even leveraging the cloud product rather than having Software AG ARIS Robotic Process Automation running on your local network would help. Because now you need to connect through a VPN. I understand because organizations don't want to share their data. However, using it as a subscription service can help to connect from anywhere. But then you just need to make sure that the data also complies with the POPI Act and all of those other acts for protecting the data.

I do have experience with Sparx, which is one of the enterprise architecture management tools mentioned.
