From my team's interactions with their support, they are not as efficient as Cisco.

Maybe our Ruckus access points are easier to deploy. When I want to deploy a Ubiquiti access point with the centralized appliance, we can't do all the configuration in our lab and send it to the shop. Ruckus seems easier to deploy for the moment.

I would like to see improvements around the firewalls and some of the internal workings, such as DNS testing. Additionally, the documentation needs improvement. It is good, but it lacks depth and is more targeted at SOHO users.

My company has to wait for a response from the product's support team. From an improvement perspective, the product's support team should be quicker to respond.

Ubiquiti isn't as good for larger networks as any of the other wireless solutions. It lacks performance, coverage, and some of the advanced capabilities other solutions have.
