UiPath Orchestrator stands out for its comprehensive and accessible platform.

    The platform has positively impacted our ROI by enhancing the efficiency and reliability of our processes. While the initial cost includes licensing and sustainability, the long-term benefits of process accuracy, speed, and management capabilities justify the investment.

    The pricing is reasonable and competitive. Depending on the professional services included, the cost can range from approximately $7,000 for a standalone bot managed through the Orchestrator to $100,000.

    Centralized management has allowed us to monitor and manage bots efficiently through the platform. Utilizing the platform's API can integrate data into our management system, enhancing our ability to oversee bot operations and ensuring smooth workflow execution.

    I highly recommend UiPath Orchestrator. Whenever I have the opportunity, I advocate for its use due to its superior capabilities and user-friendly nature.

    I am particularly excited about Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). The platform supports this by integrating features that allow efficient data extraction from images, enhancing our automation capabilities.

    We use the solution to manage scheduling and everything related to bots.

    The product has been pretty amazing at deploying, scheduling, and running automated bots. We have run it across different environments.

    What is most valuable?

    The focus areas of different customers are different. Some customers are more interested in the Attended Robot, and some in Unattended Robot. A couple of our customers are more focused on security compliance. The wow factor depends on the customer’s interest.

    Maintaining the bots and going through the logs are useful for automation processes. It’s the basic thing needed for any RPA implementation. I have heard that the centralized dashboards are pretty good. We haven’t faced any challenges that we couldn’t find a solution for. The marketing strategy is pretty decent. The documentation is good.

    What needs improvement?

    The vendor should provide free certification to their partners.

    I have been using the solution for approximately a year.

    I rate the tool’s stability a nine out of ten.

    We need some technical skills to learn the product. UiPath provides training material. We might find the deployment difficult in the beginning. Once we learn, it gets easier.

    I have used K2 for automation before. UiPath’s marketplace, developer base, and how it deals with the customers and partners make a bit of a difference.

    I’m a reseller. People who are planning to buy the tool must go ahead and try it out. There is a community version that is available for free. We can sign up and use it. We can try and test it. If we face any issues, we can seek help from a reseller. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

    What is our primary use case?

    We use the solution for log-ins, storing assets, configuring machines, and selecting the users who will have access to the machine.

    What is most valuable?

    Assets and logs are valuable.

    What needs improvement?

    It's a bit difficult to connect to the licenses. If we sign in to one machine, we cannot sign in to another machine with the same license. It's better if the previous connection is directly disconnected when the user is connected to a different machine. The process is complex for beginners. It would be beneficial for UiPath if it provided more unattended licenses for the same cost. It will ensure that users do not avoid buying the solution.

    I have been using the solution for three years.

    The tool is very stable. I rate the stability a nine out of ten.

    The product is scalable. We have around 10 to 12 clients who are using the solution. Our customers are MNCs.

    UiPath Academy covers everything. People who want to use the product must watch the videos in UiPath Academy. I recommend UiPath Academy to everyone. It's the best way to learn the tool. Overall, I rate the tool an eight and a half out of ten.

    It is challenging to accurately define text within images for the product. They should address pricing concerns by either revising the subscription model or providing more flexible options to users. In comparison, Microsoft 365 offers more affordable bundled licenses.

    The technical support services are good. However, they take a long time to resolve the issues.

    UiPath Orchestrator is a user-friendly solution. In my organization, multiple teams work on the same UiPath Orchestrator, and I can assign different roles to different teams. We can create separate folders for their deployment and their robots. UiPath Orchestrator has a very user-friendly interface that helps users easily understand the different features and functionalities.

    The solution’s licensing cost is high and could be improved.

    The solution could include more AI capabilities in the next release.

    I have previously used Automation Anywhere for some process development purposes. Compared to other solutions, UiPath Orchestrator is the best.

    The logs are the best feature of the solution. It was very, very important for me to be able to follow the logs. We had to view the different steps of a project when it was run. UiPath Orchestrator made our lives easier. We could choose between areas and factors. The interface is good. The webinars are very useful.

    The solution needs more visibility in the market. The product must conduct more promotional activities and webinars.
