The GUI is not friendly. The user interface can be quite convoluted for a user or an IT person who is not conversant with Veritas Enterprise Vault to immediately grasp it.

Frankly, three years ago, technical support from Veritas was better than now. Veritas was bought by an American company, and the quality is much lower than it used to be.

To give a quick calculation, one year of Veritas Enterprise Vault is more expensive than five years of CommVault.
