I create user accounts for every user, so I have not set granular permissions without creating user accounts. Overall, I assess the security features provided by Files.com as excellent; it allows me to transfer only zip files, preventing other files that could come from hackers or bad actors from being transferred into my AWS secure environment, which I think is a phenomenal feature. I assess the solution's cloud-native architecture for uptime and reliability, observing that the uptime is probably ninety-nine point five percent, and I do not worry about reliability because it is rock solid. I do not really use multiple protocols, so I have not noticed any changes in operational efficiency due to the solution's support for them. I am very confident in the security measures of Files.com for enterprise data governance; one of the things I do is transfer zip files from my client computers to my AWS computer, allowing me to transfer only zip files, protecting it from other types of transfers where someone might try to hack the system. Files.com is deployed in my organization using public cloud on Amazon Web Services, where I have it running on a server that sits and waits to listen for files to be transferred from my clients and saves them flawlessly. My advice to others looking into using Files.com is that it is a robust, secure, and tremendous solution, and I would encourage anyone who needs to securely transfer files to evaluate it. We were searching for and trying to build a solution to get our client data and PBS data into AWS, and Files.com integrates into that very smoothly. Files.com's unified namespace has affected our organization's file accessibility in a seamless way, as we use AWS in our environment and we seamlessly integrate into AWS. I set granular permissions to users through Files.com without creating user accounts, which influences my user management excellently. They provide fencing and subdirectories, allowing me to assign certain groups and certain users to specific information with read, write, or full access, which is very granular, almost the same as the Windows file structure and folder structure. I'm very confident in the security measures of Files.com for enterprise data governance. Files.com filled out a security questionnaire for us, and it checked all our boxes, letting us work with Files.com in complete confidence.
