My company uses ElectroNeek as we provide services to insurance companies for whom we basically consolidate areas like accounting and finance.

When I compare ElectroNeek with UiPath, I can say that I am very much more comfortable with ElectroNeek. ElectroNeek SaaS Orchestrator is easy to navigate. Most of the things in the solution are easy to navigate.

Unlike UiPath, where you can add activities that you like, I would say that the cons of ElectroNeek stem from the fact that I cannot add activities that I like. To add the activities I like, I can use ElectroNeek with Zapier.

When I wanted to use web scraping for tables in web applications, I found through online forums that such functionality or activity is currently not working as it shows. According to ElectroNeek, the aforementioned activity or functionality still falls under the prototype version of the tool to date.

I have been using ElectroNeek for a month. My company has a partnership with ElectroNeek.

All of the RPA technologies in the market are not reliable, especially UiPath, with which I have more than two years of experience with it. I have always had a problem with UiPath since something that worked today and during the upcoming weeks suddenly does not work anymore.

In ElectroNeek, a user may face challenges when it comes to the automation part concerning the user interface.

Among the six people or developers working with the solution, a few have left the organization.

It is a very scalable solution.

In ElectroNeek, you can build your project in modular programming or with the use of sub-programs. You can have a lot of sub-programs that make up a whole project. If you don't wanna use the drag-and-drop activities, you can use JavaScript or Python instead. So it's very useful when you are working with things such as SPS. Actually, you can write scripts to support all the product functionalities with Python and manage the product's functions.

You will find a company named Apollo Studios on the website of ElectroNeek. I think they are one of the best companies in South Africa that entered into a partnership with ElectroNeek.

The technical support team of the product is very responsive since my company has seen that every time we were faced with any challenges with ElectroNeek's orchestrator app, ElectroNeek would always help us. I rate the technical support an eight out of ten.

I have experience with UiPath and WorkFusion.

ElectroNeek is a good product. Compared to UiPath and WorkFusion, I find ElectroNeek very easy to use, advanced, and efficient in terms of features.

ElectroNeek provides its users the ability to write their own scripts in Python or JavaScript, and it helps to make the product become more reliable and robust. Once the code starts working in the product, you cannot just break it, unlike other technologies like UiPath that rely on activities only.

The product's initial setup phase was easy.

My company usually holds sessions with a person from ElectroNeek, which helps us understand everything related to the product. My company usually gets guidance from ElectroNeek, especially concerning areas like how to deploy it and make it a more efficient product. I completed a course by ElectroNeek, which was very useful since now I know that I can integrate it with ChatGPT and write my own script in JavaScript or Python.

The solution is deployed on ElectroNeek Studio Pro, which my company generally uses during production.

My company has made a payment towards the purchase of a license from ElectorNeek.

ElectroNeek can be a better choice for those who are not comfortable with Microsoft Power Automate.

I rate the overall solution a seven out of ten.

We use the solution to automate processes such as the pay slips within the consol portal.

The solution is user-friendly with a really good UI and ID.

The support is good.

ElectroNeek has video recordings that enable us to easily automate tasks, and it includes a wide variety of activities.

The solution works well with Google Chrome, but not with Microsoft Edge, which is the browser we use for automation. There is room for improvement to make the solution compatible with Microsoft Edge.

In a small organization, utilizing one license with an unlimited number of bots can yield a return on investment, as ElectroNeek allows us to manage multiple processes within a single environment without needing to purchase additional licenses.

I give the price an eight out of ten.

Our main software is Blue Prism, but there are some limitations due to the different client environments we work with. Comparing ElectroNeek to Blue Prism is not straightforward, as with Blue Prism we can buy licenses and deploy them in different places, whereas with ElectroNeek we would need to buy a license for all users, even though it has the advantage of offering an unlimited number of bots.

I give the solution a seven out of ten.

ElectoNeek has made a lot of training available online, so it is best for a new user to start there.

We use the solution for some customers in the banking industry. One of the use cases is user management, which involves syncing users into different systems using ElectroNeek.

The cost is the best thing about ElectroNeek. This is a huge advantage for an Asian country like ours, as we can purchase the developer environment and deploy projects with the bank environment at a minimum cost. They require the on-prem versions, which is why we chose ElectroNeek.

ElectroNeek comes with three activities and we cannot add activities like we can with uiPADs. We can only work with the existing activities and cannot include new activities or packages. This is a disadvantage of ElectroNeek and has room for improvement.

I have been using the solution for over two years.

ElectroNeek is stable; the solution has a feature that allows us to purchase, develop, and run it anywhere without cost. We have used the initial version of ElectroNeek and since then, we have not encountered any issues with deployment.

We have more than 20 people on our team who use the solution. They are all working on the automation side. We have a product line and are using UI, Electron, and other ID and WDG tools, depending on the use case.

The initial setup is easy because it is a different program. We can develop using their studio and simply deploy the package into that product.

The first project deployment took more than three months as the solution was new to us and we had to familiarize ourselves with ElectroNeek. Subsequent projects have been completed within two months.

I believe we had a Silver Membership or something similar annually. They have a range of membership categories. ElectroNeek also offers payment plans.

I give the solution a seven out of ten.

We initially chose ElectoNeek due to its cost-effectiveness. The other products require an annual fee for subscription, whereas, with ElectroNeek, we only need to purchase the developer version and developer studio. Running the end product is free and the cost and subscription come with us, not with ElectroNeek. This is why we decided to go with ElectroNeek.

Depending on our use case. For example, if it is complex and involves connections with multiple systems, we should first do a study with ElectroNeek to assess its capabilities. If certain actions or components are not available in ElectroNeek, we should consider a workaround or look into using a different product.

Our primary use case is to develop workflows for automation.

My favorite feature is that you can have unlimited bots without having to buy more licenses. That's a powerful option for scalability.

I think that this solution could improve remote desktop interactions. If you have a remote desktop window, you can't really interact with the elements within it. So, we have to overcome this by using coordinates and OCR.

In the next release, I'd like to see some native activities, so I can interact better with remote desktop sessions.

I have been using this solution for about one year.

They are constantly improving and fixing problems with the platform. However, it is still not 100% stable and you could have some problems when running the same workflow with different versions of the platform.

We used to use UiPath. We're still partners, but ElectroNeek was a new platform and we decided to try it since it would be great for smaller clients who wouldn't want to go all the way to UiPath. This solution is cheaper than UiPath.

If you have at least some experience with programming, it shouldn't be too difficult to deploy this solution. It's very intuitive. The deployment takes longer than it does to install the studio. 

There are about five users of this solution in our company.

I would recommend this solution to other people. You can do anything using ElectroNeek despite its limitations.

Overall, I would rate this solution a seven, on a scale from one to 10, with one being the worst and 10 being the best. It's really easy to use. It's scalable, but there's still room for improvement.

We find the OCR feature very valuable, due to the corrector recognition that it provides; this is very useful for document processing.

The integrating capability of the product needs to be improved, to ensure that it works with all systems involved in a process.

Before choosing this product, we also evaluated UiPath and Power Automate.

I would recommend this solution to small and medium businesses that are happy to work with upcoming technology. We have found that it brings more efficiency and effectiveness to routine tasks.

ElectroNeek was extremely easy to use, especially its UI was easy to navigate with limited training. ElectroNeek's video training notes that were available, along with the knowledge base, were pretty easy for us to navigate.

Since I haven't compared ElectroNeek with anything else, I don't think I will be in the best position to speak about what needs improvement.

The pricing is an area with a shortcoming, and from an improvement perspective, it needs to be made cheaper.

I used a demo version from ElectroNeek for about a month. I was a customer of the solution.

ElectroNeek was pretty stable. It was working fine. Stability-wise, I rate the solution a five out of ten since I couldn't test ElectroNeek against any other solution.

The demo version was used by two users in my company.

ElectroNeek was very responsive to our emails and calls if we had any issues. When compared with other software solutions, I would say rate the support from ElectroNeek a seven out of ten.

On a scale of one to ten, where one is easy, and ten is difficult, I rate the setup phase a five.

The solution was deployed on the cloud.

It wasn't deployed because we were just testing out a few processes, which took us a week.

Considering my company's requirements, two people were enough to look after the testing phase.

Considering the startup cost for us because we wanted to be a reseller also, I would say that the pricing was on the higher side. I would say the initial sign-up fee was something close to 24,000 USD per year, which didn't make sense to me, and that is one of the reasons we didn't choose ElectroNeek. In general, once you buy the initial setup to have multiple users onboard, I think they are the cheapest solution available in the market.

The solution did have customization options which were pretty straightforward considering that even someone with limited programming knowledge was able to use it.

Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

It is mostly for sales automation. It is for generating leads, finding emails, and collecting emails. We also use it for closed outreach, cold emails, and cold messages on LinkedIn. That's pretty much what we've accomplished so far.

The drag and drop feature, which is no code, is very useful for me because I am not a technical person. It is very user-friendly.

Its price could definitely be lower.

I have been using this solution for about a month.

It is absolutely reliable. I didn't have any issues.

We haven't tried to expand it yet. We have two users who use this solution.

I am calling and emailing them all the time. They are very helpful. They get back within 30 minutes of raising a ticket.

Its initial setup was very easy.

Its price could definitely be lower. Its licensing is on a yearly basis. There is no additional cost to the standard licensing fees.

I would advise others to go for it and just implement it. It is a really good solution. I haven't tried any other solution, and I am pretty happy with this one.

We use this solution in our accounting department. It handles the data entered into the accounting system from the files.

The most valuable feature is the price.

It's not applicable to very large enterprises and for difficult work or more complex processes. It can only be used for basic processes for small to medium-sized enterprises.

They should develop the open IP for Google OCR because it is very much required. It takes too much time for us to develop it ourselves.
