I appreciate everything about Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection because it is truly needed to protect the environment.

I have utilized the Advanced Threat Protection features, and it is important because it is the best solution to prevent any breach in the email.

I find the email encryption feature to be important to protect sensitive communications.

Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection is a good product right now, and the report is available in Spanish, which is beneficial for Latin Americans who speak Spanish.

They can continue to improve the pricing because it is the most important aspect, as another solution is aggressive with a lower cost and includes everything. While Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection is good right now, it would be better to improve the price. At the end, the client sees the price, and in Puerto Rico, the market is different than in the United States since here the client sees price independent of security. I have more effort to explain the difference between price versus technology, which is important because in Latin America, the price may not be the same as in the US due to the company's increase not being the same volume. When clients have many mailboxes, the price is more important than the technology. I do not know why, but this really happens.

I would rate their support a 10 because when I have any issue, the support is very good.

I did not have any product before Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection, but I converse with another solution for Datto. However, Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection is the next level to see what happens in the environment. I have another product from Hornetsecurity, but I do not have experience yet. I try to use it to understand the tenant for Office 365 to configure everything in compliance. It is good because Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection sees what happens and prevents any issue. Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection changed the product for another product that is more robust, and it is good. I do not remember the name, but it is included in Total Security.

For me, the initial setup of Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection is straightforward because I have experience.

The price of Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection is good right now.

I would rate Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection a 10 because it is good.

My advice for people considering using Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection is that the simplicity is the best option because Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection includes everything in one platform and provides a 360-degree view. The system is good because it is possible to manage everything in the same platform, and you truly do not need anything additional. I would give this product an overall rating of 10.

I use the solution for email security.

I have a lot of control over spam and phishing emails. I can monitor and manage it from Hornetsecurity’s console. The live tracking system is valuable. We can track every incoming and outgoing email live. We can decide whether to block, release, or quarantine emails. We can also review the emails before releasing them. The product provides 99.9% coverage for email security.

The tool should improve brand awareness in my region. The pricing is a little high compared to other products.

I have been using Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection for the past two years.

I would rate the stability of the solution ten out of ten, as it has been very stable for us.

I would rate scalability ten out of ten because we haven't encountered any issues while expanding our client base. Our clients are typically small and medium businesses.

There hasn't been much experience with Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection's technical support, but the support we've received so far has been good.

The setup is easy. It was straightforward to deploy both on cloud and on-premises. The deployment was quick, taking only a few minutes to back up data. I would rate it ten out of ten.

The pricing is acceptable and falls into the medium range, neither cheap nor overly expensive.

I would recommend this solution to others as ten out of ten for its effectiveness and value.

I use this to protect my primary and shared email boxes for my small business.  I only have a few email addresses so getting enterprise-grade protection for a smaller account is normally difficult.

I utilize every feature ranging from Spam Filtering & ATP to the automated encryption and archiving feature.

The best part is, I rarely have to access the portal as everything is set up and tweaked the way I wanted it. But the feature set is incredibly granular and allows for deep levels of customization.

I don't have to worry about malicious attacks.  My emails are automatically encrypted and automatically archived. This allows me to save time & money.  I do not have to fuss with each and every suspicious email that comes in and I have it set to give me a report every 4 hours.  So I never miss an email and give myself the opportunity to make sure that everything bad is caught and everything good can be allowed through. This service has allowed me to focus on my core environment and ensure the safety of my customer's data.

Spam report is nice as it not only tells me what is malicious but allows me to release annoying but unharmful emails in case I wanted to view them.

The automatic encryption feature is nice because encryption is quite frankly, frustrating to understand. All I had to do was configure rules and the rest was history.

The new ATP features to help combat fraud and name spoofing has been very useful.

I like the simplicity of the signature aspect where I can make quick and easy updates to any and all mailboxes on the fly

Right now everything is working fine. Everything is out of flash and migrated into HTML5. The customization has come a long way since this product launched in 2018. Searching and finding emails is as simple as ever. I guess I would say maybe quick access to training material for end-users. I know partners have access to this but I as an end-user do not have immediate access to new update information. Maybe I should check the portal more and it may be available, but they made the product in a way where you can easily set and forget.

I have been using this solution since the release, almost two years.

I have had no downtime that I can recall.

Should scale to tens of thousands easily.

I've only contacted them a few times, response was quick.

Office 365 ATP and I did not want to have all of my eggs in 1 basket. Also, Office 365 ATP is limited regarding customization.

With the Azure Directory sync, it took a few minutes.

I did it myself no vendor.

I only pay maybe a few hundred a year but I probably save thousands.

The initial setup took minutes, tweaking everything took maybe an hour to set up to my liking. The costs is very inexpensive compared to other solutions.
