We are a call center in a banking institution and our primary use case is for automation. We use INTELLIBOT for the Windows mainframe.
The replay of the automation is an awesome feature.
This solution is not very user-friendly and I would not recommend it for robotic platforms. It has limited functionality and the logging takes over 1,000 GB. As a result, each year we need to increase the size of the database and create a workaround by archiving logs. It impacts performance and is a significant pain point for us. The logging is not user-friendly from an architect's perspective. The reporting is a mess in INTELLIBOT, even the developers are struggling to identify the issues and there are also problems when there are two cases hitting the queue.
I've been using this solution for 18 months.
The stability is good.
Other current market tools are much better than INTELLIBOT when it comes to scalability.
The inter-reporting team did an excellent job at support but the tool has now been sold to ServiceNow and the response time has slowed down and we're having trouble getting what we need.
I previously used Pega Robotics and will always recommend that as my preference.
The initial setup is not very complex.
We have a lot of projects going on and we do get revenue from this tool.
It's quite expensive but you get value for money.
For now, I rate this solution five out of 10. Once they improve the readable format of logs, the missing components and the block fees, I can give a better rating. The above features are available in other tools and they need to come into line with what's available in the market. Maybe they can work on this in the next couple of years.

RPA and RDA are the two types of projects which can be done with INTELLIBOT. The RPA project is designed to function without the interaction of the client, whereas RDA requires such interaction. Regarding RPA, it has been tremendously successful, particularly with Microsoft applications like Excel and Word. It has proven to be effective in fetching data from websites and web applications, as well as for tracking activity within those applications. The process is quick and efficient, and we can even log the total time it takes for each activity.
The most important thing is to run and debug the process. This approach is more suitable because it saves us from starting everything from the beginning. Instead, we can start from the middle value of the issue or problem. So, I can see that in RDA, we have a new interface that is excellent and easy to integrate and use compared to UiPath. It's a good tool.
Parallel activity is the most valuable feature. A parallel activity involves running two processes at the same time. A person can use the same system to perform a Windows login activity while simultaneously running a background process as a second activity.
It would be helpful to add more documentation. Currently, there are not many documents available on Google that explain each activity and how to use it or how to use the parameters and pass values. This is an area that could be improved.
If I were to add something that would make my life easier in a new release of INTELLIBOT, then it would be making improvements to the way it is interacting with Java.
The only challenge with using INTELLIBOT is the way it works with OCR, which can make creating OCR icons very challenging. In addition, there may be challenges in using the Citrix environment.
I have been using INTELLIBOT for the past 15 months. Recently, ServiceNow acquired INTELLIBOT, and I am not sure about the version that I am currently using, though it is likely to be the latest version. My company also has a partnership with INTELLIBOT.
It is a stable product. We have been using it for 15 months now, and there have been no issues.
It is a scalable product. Presently, in my organization, more than 50 employees are using INTELLIBOT, among whom there are 30 developers and six to seven architects.
We had the opportunity to contact them whenever we faced any challenges with an activity or component. Whenever we made the call, they were quick in their response and easy to contact. Contacting them was not a challenge at all, and we could expect solutions within 48 to 72 hours at most. I give the tech support an overall rating of nine to nine and a half out of ten.
Positive
I was not involved with the setup part. But, I know that it is not deployed through a public cloud. We would need to obtain a license to use it in our system.
Our company opted for INTELLIBOT because of its pricing. The cost of Blue Prism was significantly higher compared to INTELLIBOT, so they chose to go with INTELLIBOT. Configuring RDA in INTELLIBOT is also easy. Though I am not sure about the exact price, I have heard that it is one-tenth of Blue Prism's cost.
I would suggest others start with INTELLIBOT since it is easy and you can learn it in two weeks. Also, there is only one layer of development in INTELLIBOT compared to Blue Prism. The second reason is that it is easy to start a project in RDA compared to UiPath. I rate this solution an eight out of ten.

We use the solution for automation. It is an RPA tool. We can use it to automate it daily workflows like invoicing and payroll.
It works like UiPath and Blue Prism.
The studio is great. It works like other RPA tools. You do not have to write the code and everything. It gives a pictorial view. It's more like drag and drop.
I can also provide access for clients. I just need to create user roles for them. It's easy to create additional users as it comes with the package. Other RPA tools would charge for this.
It is stable.
There's a helpful community available through the portal.
It's possible to scale the product.
The trigger actions need to be more robust. There could be email-based triggers or file-monitoring triggers as well.
The orchestrator is a legacy build. It's a bit old. They could improve the orchestrator and update it to be more user-friendly and offer more credential sections.
The solution can be expensive.
I worked on Intellibat for almost four years.
The stability is very good. There is very little downtime. As an RPA tool, there are frequent updates for new features.
Sometimes we need to uninstall and reinstall a new package if there are framework changes from the solution side. This happens when there is a major update.
There were four people using the RPA.
The solution is scalable and it does allow you to make and install your own custom plugins.
We have reached out to the community in the past. They have a good community portal for posting questions. They were also located in our city, and I was able to visit them and ask questions as well. Support was quite helpful. They did take requests from users. Sometimes it would take a while to see the changes. However, they were responsive to our needs.
Positive
I'm also aware of UiPath and Blue Prism.
The initial setup is easy. You just have to go to the portal, install the studio, and it will connect to the cloud. All it requires is grabbing a Zip file.
The deployment is fast. It is a SaaS product. You just have to set up login details. It doesn't take long to set it up. Setting up the automation is not long either.
We pay for the solution via a subscription. At the time, one license was $5,000 USD. If we needed to negotiate for more licenses, we could negotiate a bit on the price. At one point, we had four licenses. However, ServiceNow has changed the licensing model. I don't have new pricing details.
The new product I'm using is less expensive than Intellibot. Intellibot was more costly.
We were an end-user of the product and then became a partner. The solution was acquired by ServiceNow.
To work with the solution, we need to install the studio. However, it will be connected to the cloud. It's a Windows app that is connected to the cloud.
I would have recommended the solution to others. However, as ServiceNow has acquired them, I've left the solution, and I am switching to other RPA tools. I'm not sure what ServiceNow will do with the product now that they have taken ownership.
If a client is already a ServiceNow customer, I'd still recommend it. If they are not, I'd recommend they try something else.
I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.

While using INTELLIBOT, the focus is mainly on the applications it teaches, like Data Loader, Windows-based applications, Oracle ERP applications, and hardware applications. Its use is to fetch data from SQL databases. We have mainly used Webex, which internally connects the Chrome connector to automate Webex.
For machine learning, there is an in-built document and text classification feature in INTELLIBOT. That is unlike other RPA tools where one needs to procure a separate license. Besides this, the application is easy to use. One valuable feature is the drag-and-drop feature for AI and email intelligence. It is easier than using IQBot from UiPath.
The first pain point of INTELLIBOT was with the development. Whenever the company developed any command, they published it directly onto their SQL site, and our current automation got auto-updated. The second pain point was with the action set. It could be stronger. Moreover, if I am doing UiPath automation, I have to do it with the Internal Report for now.
It can introduce strong features like automation anywhere. For example, if I want to work with Queue, with the automation anywhere feature, there are fewer steps to be followed compared to telecom. Since INTELLIBOT needs extra steps and commands, this thing can be made easy.
This should be improved in the next release.
I have been using INTELLIBOT since 2019. I used the solution for one year and then declined. Then recently I again used it for the company.
It is a stable product. I have not faced any stability issues with the product yet. Whatever I have built is running stable on the tool. There can be exceptions but apart from that there is no disability.
I cannot comment on that because the automation we built was for mid-scale, small-scale, or large enterprise automation. So I need an in-depth idea of how much the interlayer can be scaled, and what the advanced features of INTELLIBOT are capable of.
I contacted the support team during the initial development as the tool was new to us. We used to email the customer support team directly, and they replied as soon as possible.
Positive
When we were working on the client’s project, we suggested to the client that we would pay for the solution and do the procurement. So to make it cost-effective, we went with INTELLIBOT. As compared to other RPA licenses, INTELLIBOT is quite cheap.
The initial setup was quite easy, it took around two hours.
The INTELLIBOT team helped us with the initial setup.
It is quite cheap. In the year 2019, it was $1000 for a year.
One should use it as it is a great tool with easy-to-approach customer support. Besides, if you need any training regarding the tool it is provided on the INTELLIBOT tool itself, either directly or through videos.
I would rate it a seven out of ten because it is an excellent tool, but there are some parts where I think it could be better than others.
Regarding the use cases of INTELLIBOT, it can be deployed in any scenario where repetitive or manual tasks need automation. Certain criteria must be met to deploy INTELLIBOT or automate tasks. The architecture of INTELLIBOT is similar to UiPath, as is the configuration and everything else, which aligns with Blue Prism. INTELLIBOT does not require special criteria for its usage, but it follows the same criteria as other RPA platforms.
INTELLIBOT is one of the RPA tools which we have in the market. Comparing UiPath and Blue Prism with INTELLIBOT, I would say that it is very cheap cost-wise. Also, it is fairly priced, especially when compared to UiPath. In INTELLIBOT, we have the capability to design our forms. This is particularly useful for use cases that involve attended automation. When a user inputs and submits data into a form, INTELLIBOT takes over and efficiently performs the required background tasks. It seamlessly handles the additional work that needs to be done.
The ability to create our forms using the solution is a valuable feature, especially when compared to UiPath and LogRhythm.
Exception handling activities within INTELLIBOT need to improve. While working with the platform, there were instances where the bot went to a different flow than intended, even when it was supposed to decide between true and false. A couple of times, we noticed that some bugs caused the bot to go in the wrong flow. So, the aforementioned areas are to be considered for improvement in the solution.
I have experience with INTELLIBOT for eight months. So, I have used INTELLIBOT in the last twelve months. Also, I don't remember the version of the solution I am using.
I rate INTELLIBOT's stability a seven out of ten.
I rate INTELLIBOT's scalability a six out of ten. Currently, the current organization I'm working with uses UiPath and not INTELLIBOT. However, I do plan to increase INTELLIBOT's usage rate in the future.
The technical team connects with us once a week, and I would rate them a six out of ten. For some reason, they take time to troubleshoot certain issues.
Neutral
The return on investment is pretty good because the license cost is cheaper than other RPA tools in the market. INTELLIBOT's ROI is high when compared to other tools.
The return on investment is pretty good because the license cost is cheaper than other RPA tools in the market. INTELLIBOT's ROI is high when compared to other tools.
I would say that those planning to use the solution should use it in an extensive way. So we have to do multiple rounds of testing before we decide to deploy. I rate the overall solution a seven out of ten.

We used this solution to automate some of the work done by recruiters. The recruitment team usually gets quite a lot of emails that need to be triaged before somebody responds to them. We were doing automation to monitoring the mailboxes.
I have found the most valuable feature to be the straightforward visual editor, it has close to no code required. It allowed us to deploy the email monitoring in this couple of weeks.
The solution is heavily dependant on scripts, such as JavaScript or any other external script that needs to be a part of the system. If they want to grow, the scripting dependency should go away. They should have built-in libraries to pull in work from.
I have been using the solution within the last 12 months.
We had some initial glitches on the license provisioning but after a couple of rounds of discussion with the teams and a few updates, that was sorted out. Otherwise, the solution has been stable.
The solution is scalable. When we finished with our automated mailbox script we started with a small team of approximately five recruiter mailboxes and then, later on, we scaled it up to 30 recruiter mailboxes.
We had to use technical support and the response rate was good. However, we had to call multiple times because of issues that happened before the deployment.
The installation was straightforward. We were able to deploy the solution in a couple of weeks.
The solution requires a license and we purchased one annually. We were satisfied with the price.
We were evaluating other options before we choose this solution. The reason we choose this solution is that it was not that costly. We were able to achieve our goals for a cheaper price.
If your teams are limited on cost, this solution would be a good fit. If there is a larger price budget, they could choose other solutions that might be better.
This solution has been acquired by ServiceNow and it is not going to be sold as INTELLIBOT anymore.
I rate INTELLIBOT a five out of ten.
We are distributors for INTELLIBOT and we provide it to our customers as an automation solution. It is used to automate repetitive processes using a drag-and-drop interface that requires almost zero code to be written. It can scan and capture documents, handle emails, and automate other processes.
Our customers are in the banking sector, the power sector, and other industries.
The pandemic had forced the corporate world to rely on remote working and our Teamvue helps companies to monitor and mange their remote work force
.One of our clients used to have a process that would take 20 working days to reconcile it manually. Now, with automation, it is completed in just three minutes.
The most valuable feature varies from customer to customer. Some people want an end-to-end solution.
This solution offers both desktop process automation (DPA) and robotic process automation (RPA), and the users for each of these are different.
The IntelliCapture feature is useful for the scanning and capturing of documents.
This solution is easy to use and requires little coding knowledge. Users can automate any process with only some basic knowledge of the INTELLIBOT studio.
This solution works seamlessly in the Citrix platform.
I would like to see the cognitive marketing platform improved.
For the past couple of year, we have distributed this solution in UAE with 100+ happy clients that include major banks, governments institutions and firms.
We used to have some trouble with capturing scanned documents, although that seems to have been fixed. They are constantly improving this solution.
We have not had any problems with scalability.
Technical support for this solution in India is good because they have been trained very well. Even the product demo that we provide to customers is good.
We have used UiPath and compared to it, INTELLIBOT is easier to use and deploy.
One of our clients that were using UiPath encountered processes that they were unable to automate. They switched to INTELLIBOT to get it working.
Setting up a process is simple because even a person with little coding knowledge can design it in the studio. The length of time for deployment depends on the process and the experience of the developer. A trained developer can deploy a process in about one hour.
From what we have seen, then ROI is very much feasible for our end-users.
INTELLIBOT with the DPA costs approximately $1,500 USD.
The pricing for INTELLIBOT is more competitive than other RPA solutions on the market.
INTELLIBOT is booming in India right now and we have heard a lot of good things from customer testimony. They are happy with the functionality and the training, and both me and my customers highly recommend it.
I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
