What is most valuable?
NewgenONE's document management and workflow approach tools are very useful. Additionally, its low-code platform allows semi-technical users to drag and drop to automate processes with fewer technical skills required. This makes it very accessible.
What needs improvement?
Setting up NewgenONE is still a technical task. Simplifying the setup process would make it easier for users. Even when using other systems like MQ, you need some technical skills for integration.

I have been using NewgenONE for three or four years.
