WalkMe Reviews Summary
Author infoRatingReview Summary
Technical Lead at Coforge Growth Agency2.0I find WalkMe valuable for guiding end-users, significantly reducing support tickets and achieving around 4% ROI. However, I wish UI interactions and guidance response times were better, and standard customer support was faster. I rate it 4/5.
Product Manager at a computer software company with 501-1,000 employees4.0WalkMe's flexible guided walkthroughs greatly improved our SAP S/4HANA change management, training, and onboarding, reducing support. It's stable, scalable, and customer service was fantastic. Dedicated implementation resources are key. I rate it 8/10.
Presales Engineer at Crayon AS3.5I use WalkMe for digital adoption, valuing its onboarding, analytics, and integration for IT apps. I rated it 7/10, as while stable and scalable, it needs lower pricing for SMBs and simpler integration to improve market competitiveness.
Video Production Specialist at a tech vendor with 51-200 employees5.0I find WalkMe's intuitive walkthroughs, easy deployment, and exceptional customer service to be fantastic. It simplifies user communication, scales effortlessly, and provides excellent value, making our experience consistently positive.
SFDC Solutions Architect at a pharma/biotech company with 1,001-5,000 employees4.5I find WalkMe empowers users, and deployment was smooth with excellent customer service. While stability is good, I find the admin tools confusing for initial setup and new walk-throughs, highlighting a need for training.
Customer Success Manager at a tech vendor with 51-200 employees4.5I found WalkMe significantly improved customer onboarding and user engagement through its walk-throughs and excellent support. Although initial deployment took time and the platform can be complex for non-technical users, its benefits are clear.
Founder & Facilitator at a think tank with 51-200 employees4.0WalkMe significantly cut our onboarding time and boosted engagement, yielding a 10x ROI. While initial setup requires hands-on CSM support, its customizability, stability, and excellent service make it a very valuable and scalable solution for us.
HRO Training Programs Leader with 501-1,000 employees4.5I find WalkMe valuable for integrated system support and training, with excellent customer service. However, speed, editor functionality, and the need for deep technical knowledge are areas needing improvement, and deployment was more complex than expected.
Manager, Customer Success with 51-200 employees4.5I found WalkMe valuable for building custom tutorials, saving time and money on customer onboarding, and appreciated its excellent support. However, it can be sluggish, has a steep builder learning curve, and adds to my QA process, despite its overall effectiveness.
COO at a real estate/law firm with 51-200 employees4.5I found the solution easy to use, effective for training and demos, and implementation was smooth. Customer support, particularly Doug Sykes, was excellent. It's a cost-effective, fair-priced solution, significantly improving our training efficiency.

Considering the depth of features, it's deceptively simple with an intuitive, straightforward interface. However, it could be improved with an automation process for checking my own work.

Admin no longer has to focus on training as users click on the walk-thru's, but I'd advise registering for training as admin tools are a little confusing.

We were able to simplify and expedite the customer on-boarding and adoption process. It's complex, though, for a non-technical person and training takes 2 hours.

It's amazing to see how quickly our users get up and running, but you really have to rely on your success manager to get the first phase launched.

It's been a game-changer for how we handle systems training internally, although the editor functionality could use some improvement.

Our users can get hands-on help in a self-paced manner while actually getting things done in our app, but WalkMe has a steep learning curve.
