Comodo RMM is a very good product. I've used it with one of my daycare clients, and we connect quite right. When they have an issue, for me to support it takes a longer time.

| Owner with 10,001+ employees | 4.0 | I find Comodo RMM beneficial for integrating security antivirus and applications like PSA on one dashboard, but it’s slow and lacks a cloud environment, limiting my remote access. I prefer using Zoho for its remote accessibility and real-time issue resolution. |
| Director at IP Infotech Pvt. Ltd. | 5.0 | I rate Comodo RMM 10/10 for remote management. Its auto containment, stability, scalability, easy setup, and fabulous support are excellent. While costly and needing email security, its performance is superb. |
| CEO at Forte IT Solutions | 3.5 | I found the setup very easy, and cross-platform management excellent. However, it needs better integration with CRM/accounting tools and more network features. Improved learning materials are also desired. |
Comodo RMM is a very good product. I've used it with one of my daycare clients, and we connect quite right. When they have an issue, for me to support it takes a longer time.
The most valuable features of Comodo RMM are the security antivirus and the ability to use other applications like the PSA and the ticketing system on one dashboard.
Comodo RMM is really, really slow to load, and connecting with most of my clients takes a while. You have to get back to your office before you have to be able to work effectively, which is a drawback for me.
Comodo RMM doesn't have a cloud environment, and I have to install it on-premises. I have to come back to my premises or location to log in. If I am somewhere else dealing with a client, and one of my previous clients tells me they are having issues with one of the PCs or servers, I cannot do anything from where I am. I have to get back to my office to be able to log in.
I have been using Comodo RMM since 2017.
The solution’s technical support is really good.
Positive
The solution's initial setup is a bit complex. I initially used the trial version until I moved to the paid version. I thought everything would improve if I moved to the paid version, but there was no difference. So, I returned to the trial version, where up to 50 devices are free.
Using Zoho, I can log in from anywhere, even from my tablet, and see everything that is going on. I can go through the log for high vulnerability of the desktop and critical events and resolve it right from where I am.
Overall, I rate Comodo RMM an eight out of ten.
We use it primarily for remote controlling and monitoring. The solution is patented, especially the endpoint solution. They are providing features that are not currently available in the market.
We like the auto containment feature.
They should integrate email security in the same solution.
We have been using this solution for almost three years.
It is a stable solution.
It is a scalable solution. We have ten users within our organization using Comodo RMM and about 400 users externally.
The technical support is fabulous. I rate the technical support a ten out of ten.
Positive
The initial setup was very easy, and it could be deployed without a technical expert. I rate the setup a ten out of ten.
It is priced per endpoint, but the price is a little bit high. The price will be about 10% higher if you compare it with other solutions. But the price always depends on the size of the deal. Comodo RMM costs around $30 to $35 per user. So a hundred-user infrastructure would cost around $3,500. I rate the price an eight out of ten, with ten being a competitive price.
It is difficult to compare it to other solutions, but if we compare it with some other products, it wins. This is because its performance and features are great.
I rate this solution a ten out of ten.
The management feature is very good. You get a complete and clear view of the employment tool on Linux, Mac, and Windows operating systems (even on mobile). Third-party integration is also possible (e.g., IBM, Apple, etc.).
Additionally, there are a range of scripts for monitoring, managing activities, and can integrate with backend systems.
The solution needs further integration with other software tools like a CRM and other accounting tools. Not having this integration makes Comodo RMM limited in functionality. Additionally, more network management features would be good to have in the next release.
Lastly, an area of improvement would be the learning materials. It would be beneficial to have access to training videos on how to use the solution.
I have been using the solution for eight weeks on a trial license.
The initial setup was very easy.
The deployment took about one week, but that includes mastering the system. Typically, it would take only one day. The deployment is seamless.
