The solution has good features like security antivirus and the ability to use other applications on one dashboard
Comodo RMM is really, really slow to load, and connecting with most of my clients takes a while. You have to get back to your office before you have to be able to work effectively, which is a drawback for me. Comodo RMM doesn't have a cloud environment, and I have to install it on-premises. I have to come back to my premises or location to log in. If I am somewhere else dealing with a client, and one of my previous clients tells me they are having issues with one of the PCs or servers, I cannot do anything from where I am. I have to get back to my office to be able to log in.

Pros

"The management feature is very good. You get a complete and clear view of the employment tool on Linux, Mac, and Windows operating systems (even on mobile). Third-party integration is also possible (e.g., IBM, Apple, etc.)."
"The most valuable features of Comodo RMM are the security antivirus and the ability to use other applications like the PSA and the ticketing system on one dashboard."
"The technical support is fabulous."
"We like the auto containment feature."
"The management feature is very good. You get a complete and clear view of the employment tool on Linux, Mac, and Windows operating systems (even on mobile)."
"It is a scalable solution."
"I like being able to dial in and transfer files for updates."
"It allows you to transfer along with many other functions."
"This solution has allowed granular permission access to machines, very consistent and solid most of the time."
"I like the encryption and security of LogMeIn. I think the end-to-end security on it, in and of itself, is really good. I use the two-point login system and it's great."
"LogMeIn Central allows numerous active clients, say... 50, to use licenses for remotely accessing a computer from home, taking advantage of all the solution's built-in security features."
"For me, it's convenience because I cover three different offices, and I need to be able to remotely access any of those three offices from anywhere, anytime. With LogMeIn Central, I can do that."
"I function through LogMeIn, because it gives me everything I need."

Cons

"The solution needs further integration with other software tools like a CRM and other accounting tools."
"Comodo RMM is really, really slow to load, and connecting with most of my clients takes a while."
"The solution needs further integration with other software tools like a CRM and other accounting tools. Not having this integration makes Comodo RMM limited in functionality. Additionally, more network management features would be good to have in the next release."
"They should integrate email security in the same solution."
"They should integrate email security in the same solution."
"File transfer on the free version needs improvement. Allow file transfer with drag and drop to and from Remote Desktop."
"I do not like the antivirus."
"I have had issues where LogMeIn has not been useful, then we have not been able to work that day."
"The initial load is terribly slow and often has delays with the login page loading."
"I have had issues where LogMeIn has not been useful, then we have not been able to work that day. This happens probably two or three times a year."
"It needs backwards compatibility for non-Microsoft-supported operating systems, for example, XP and 2003. In situations where I have no options but to run older operating systems, I would like for it to be backwards compatible."
"It is easy to get locked out, which is something that needs to be improved."
"Compared to other products, I feel that their biggest weakness has been customer service. They are very nice, but things take forever to resolve. It has been a major issue there. Otherwise, we're happy. We haven't moved away from them because we haven't found anybody with comparable pricing for our business model."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"It's getting more expensive and we are starting to evaluate other products. It's starting to become unaffordable."
"It used to be a lot cheaper but then the price shot up (doubled over the span of two years), but it's hard to switch, and most competing products are similarly priced anyway."
"The price needs improvement. It is ridiculously expensive now, and no features have really changed."
"Coming from where it was free, it's getting to be expensive."
"It sucks that I am paying for LogMeIn Central, LogMeIn Pro, and LogMeIn Rescue, plus LogMeIn Ignition, which is the mobile app. It costs me a lot of money every month at LogMeIn. "
"The solution's price is reasonable."
"The only thing I found is that they've gotten very, very expensive over the years. I started out with about about 100 users on it. Two years ago it was about $600 for 100 users. Now, it's that price for 25 users."
"Having to spend so much money on remote access is what I feel to be a necessary evil."
