Room for Improvement: ARIS BPA needs a stronger workflow execution engine and better tool integration to cater to less experienced users. Its complexity can be daunting without such improvements. SAP Signavio could enhance its process mining capabilities, offer better pricing models, and improve interface and document management for wider accessibility.

The consultants are fine, however, reliance on single experts for modules can be risky.
I would rate their technical support a ten.
I have not encountered issues myself, but one of my colleagues found that support was provided quite late, resolving the problem in one or two days rather than instantly.
I think they must provide better solutions that are accessible for all of them.
For user scalability, it is a matter of licenses, while functional scalability is supported and easy to implement.
ARIS BPA has high scalability and wide scalability for any enterprise or organization.
The stability of ARIS BPM is quite strong, rated eight out of ten.
We do experience a lot of glitches with ARIS BPA.
Software AG should focus on developing AI models for ARIS BPA on-premises, particularly in user interfaces, as well as creating predefined business processes for common areas such as HR and finance.
Software AG could improve this by making the database more open.
ARIS BPA needs to be more accurate when generating documents.
It should also integrate with non-SAP systems for better functionality.
I think the price of SAP Signavio Process Manager is a little bit high.
ARIS BPA does save a lot of effort because this is one tool which can be used for multiple purposes and the viewers have the capability to perform different kinds of analysis, extract reports, and see processes.
After SAP acquired Signavio, the prices increased significantly, making it too expensive for our small company to afford.
