Round-the-clock monitoring has freed our small team and improves our threat response focus
In terms of improvement for CrowdStrike Falcon Complete MDR, they just keep going full steam ahead. The biggest room for a house is the room for improvement, but as of right now, I don't have any complaints about CrowdStrike Falcon Complete MDR. Additional features that should be included in the next release of CrowdStrike Falcon Complete MDR would be on-demand scanning. That is something we have to do manually. For instance, if a user plugs in a USB device, even though in our environment we have USB devices locked completely, CrowdStrike Falcon Complete MDR will still read those devices even though they can't physically access them. If it does find malicious software, those are manually done still, and that's per the SLA. I have had a few of those that have come up, but those have been few and far between.

Stable solution with a good customer support service
We use the solution to secure emails and networks. Also, we use it for EDR features The solution's most valuable feature is email and network security. They should work on the solution's pricing. Also, they should make its user interface easy to understand. We have been using the solution for…

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The process tree is incredibly valuable, and there are lots of links within detections to help jumpstart understanding of what happened and why the detection triggered."
"Its machine learning and AI features are good, and the real-time updates that it gets with respect to threats are very good."
"Security has been a lot tighter with CrowdStrike Falcon Complete MDR, there have been no artifacts or anything left on any machines, and it runs smoothly within my environment."
"The system is valuable as it is a fully managed endpoint protection service designed to stop breaches, detect threats, and respond to incidents effectively."
"The AI detection has been excellent in terms of detection and stopping malicious processes with little to no input on our end."
"CrowdStrike has improved our meantime to closure on incidents by enabling us to have more contextual awareness for each of the detections, providing a much richer and broader scale of intelligence to each of the incidents and detections."
"We've seen a tremendous improvement since implementing CrowdStrike Falcon. In the past few years, we were exposed to 30 different attacks, but now our environment is completely monitored, and everything is detected. It catches threats and attacks before they occur."
"CrowdStrike Falcon Complete's most valuable features are efficient dashboards and their ease of management."
"Deployment was handled in an efficient manner and those responsible allocated to us their time for this task."
"The installation was straightforward."
"It is a very scalable solution."

Cons

"Pricing is definitely a problem. It could be cheaper for licensing."
"The solution should include some sort of DLP capabilities."
"Crowdstrike could be cheaper. It's pricier than Carbon Black."
"The only aspect where we've offered feedback for potential enhancement is essentially the user experience."
"The reporting for this solution could be improved."
"The solution is costlier compared to other solutions, which may be a concern for price-sensitive customers."
"The support from CrowdStrike Falcon Complete is very fast. The support could improve if it was in the French language."
"People should be able to obtain training at any point of the engagement so that if somebody who doesn't have the basic knowledge is getting thrown into it, they are able to get trained, and CrowdStrike is able to help them out. CrowdStrike is really doing what they're supposed to be doing, but it is like anything else where they have to keep up on their research and development, or they'll fall behind. This is a fast-paced environment, and I've seen that vendors that were really good three years ago are terrible now. CrowdStrike is trying to stay ahead of the bad guys. They have AI. I have not had a problem with them missing anything. If they missed something, they should just make sure that they don't miss it again and understand why they missed it. I don't know if they did."
"Its user interface could be better."
"The only feature needing improvement which comes to mind is the need for better pricing for the licensing."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"CrowdStrike has a reasonable price."
"CrowdStrike offers solutions with the same functionality for both large enterprises and small to medium organizations with competitive pricing."
"The pricing is a little bit higher than other OEM competitors in the market, like SentinelOne and Trend Micro."
"The licensing cost for CrowdStrike Falcon Complete is fair, and I would give it a five out of five. You have to pay per device/user."
"If you are looking from an IT standpoint, you get what you pay for. There is proactive monitoring in addition to the insurance policy. They do that better than others. Would you like it cheaper? Yes, but at what cost?"
"Pricing is reasonable."
"The licenses are sold per user."
"There are different lengths of licenses available, such as three and five years. The price of CrowdStrike Falcon Complete is expensive."
"It is an expensive solution."
"I believe there is a per-seat license"
