Since my background is more analytics-focused, I probably used the reporting and data visibility features the most. Another feature that helped considerably was centralized activity tracking because everyone could work from the same information instead of relying on scattered emails or manual updates. Oracle CX Sales has impacted my organization by improving visibility and better coordination across workflows.
