Automated patient reminders have freed clinical staff time and improve daily practice efficiency
The main and best feature of Gupshup is that I can easily integrate APIs and start sending automated messages to my patients via different channels such as WhatsApp and SMS. Sending timely reminders to patients about upcoming appointments and follow-ups has positively impacted my organization by reducing the intervention required by the clinical staff who work within the clinic, saving their time, as well as saving the time of the reception staff, which can be utilized more efficiently. This also helps in saving money because I can focus on my work instead of answering patient calls and SMS. I have saved a considerable amount of money since using Gupshup because all operations are now automated. I do not have to pick up calls from patients just to remind them about when they have to come or what the date is. I do not have to call patients for follow-ups as it is all done by Gupshup. This saves a significant amount of money and time, and while I cannot give the exact figure, it is a considerable amount of money and time.

Based on current market trends, Quadient has ticked all the boxes. For the next release, I would like to see more features in the Evolve Cloud offering. The Evolve Platform will be a game changer for Quadient as it will attract more enterprise customers who want to move their CCM platform to the cloud. The other CCM platform has its offering in the cloud, but it has some limited use cases.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Gupshup is a straightforward pay-as-you-use model and a reliable tool that really helps to increase my productivity and save time, making it necessary for any business, whether small or large."
"Quadient is a complete solution package by which we can achieve everything in the customer communication domain."
"It’s easier to maintain and edit communication, and it error-proofs our regulatory responsibility."
"The most valuable aspect of Inspire is that it is constantly being upgraded to keep up with current market trends."
"The feature we use on every job is the NS Splitter, which enables us to impose jobs two up on SRA3 paper seamlessly, allowing us to maximize print layout and costs savings."
"We are able to provide a complex end-to-end solution to any of our customers very easily."
"The most valuable features are the easy-to-use document composition tool and the automatization tools."
"The user-friendly way that workflows in Quadient Inspire can be composed and organized goes a long way towards minimizing the time spent creating complex tasks, thus creating more available programming time/capacity for new jobs. While original scripting knowledge is preferential to using the tool effectively, the modular structure and GUI interface makes it much easier to grasp than otherwise might have been the case."
"The most valuable feature we have found is the speed to produce files and the number of files that can be sent at one time."

Cons

"Customer support was a little bit on the average side and could be better, as the response from customer support takes time."
"Imposition would be the area that we would like to see improved."
"What can be improved are the new additions to the solution."
"The licensing and setup costs historically have been a roadblock, but there have been improvements on this over the years as things move into the cloud."
"Documentation could always use some improvement, especially on something this complex and varied."
"The help system is quite thorough if you know where to look, but I find that its search facility is perhaps not as extensive as it might be and often returns fairly random results unless the search terms used are very specific."
"One improvement would be to make the training modules or university free for users, as not all companies will pay for their employees to do the training and get the certificates."
"What can be improved are the new additions to the solution."
"We'd like to be able to see page breaks when we proof the blocks."
