An excellent tool for incident response that provides good support to its users
IBM Resilient is a good tool for medium or big organizations. Before buying the product, we must check whether IBM Resilient supports the security tools we have. Then we can leverage the tools. Overall, it is a good tool for incident response. We have seen multiple incidents where the containment was done by the tool. We don't have to use different tools for containment. The solution is one of the oldest tools for the SOAR platform. I will not rate the tool a ten out of ten because there are some glitches that need improvements. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
