AI app builder has transformed internal tools and now empowers business teams to build workflows
The best features Lovable offers include natural language processing which converts it as a full app generation and full-stack development in one place. Lovable is designed to make app development feel simple for non-technical users; instead of coding, you just describe what you want, which makes non-technical users able to try out and test many things by themselves. There is minimal setup required, so you don't need to configure servers, databases manually, and backend, front end, and hosting are handled automatically, allowing you to start building immediately. The fast learning curve allows building apps in a few hours and making updates instantly while understanding how things work through visual feedback. Real-time editing lets you see what you want through your text, and Lovable is quite flexible, making it more powerful. Lovable has positively impacted our organization by significantly reducing development time and increasing productivity across teams, allowing us to deliver tools faster and improve responsiveness to business needs.

Automation expertise grows and enhances global collaboration
The most valuable aspect is the ability to integrate with over 20,000 applications, which is a superior feature compared to Make.com that has limited applications access. I use multi-step automation workflows in my tasks, which increases productivity and efficiency. The features such as if-else conditions allow for different branches in automation, making the automation more productive. I utilized conditional logic, text parsing, and formatting. My experience with these advanced features has been excellent. For instance, I once pushed data from Zapier to GoHighLevel while checking the date, and based on that date, I created automation in GoHighLevel that involved various branches, effectively creating a loop. Remote access to Zapier's automated workflows and cloud integration is beneficial. I use cloud services such as Google Drive and Dropbox within Zapier. The remote capabilities are advantageous, allowing us to provide services from Pakistan for businesses based in the USA, reducing company expenses when hiring employees from the USA. The ability to work remotely globally through Zapier is a significant opportunity.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Lovable has positively impacted our organization by significantly reducing development time and increasing productivity across teams, allowing us to deliver tools faster and improve responsiveness to business needs."
"Technical support is very good, I got the proper answer immediately via webchat."
"Zapier is a powerful tool; it helps us automate social media curation, sales funneling, client onboarding, and qualitative data collection, while improving team productivity, collaboration, transparency, and accountability."
"Zapier luckily has a wide range of integrations, I would say."
"This product has made our daily reporting task simpler, by automating and integrating different apps."
"Technical support is fantastic; top notch."
"We find it effortless to set up. We really don't have to do anything other than finding the application in the Zapier catalog. And as long as the application has been re-integrated into Zapier, they're able to then just provide the connection details and hook it up."
"I think it’s brilliant because the webhook feature allows you to basically send information from any application and connect to all the most common applications on the market."
"The ability to connect web applications to trigger actions in another app after having enriched, formatted, delayed, grouped, and filtered is really valuable for many businesses."

Cons

"Lovable can be improved by having more predictable credit usage, as it uses a credit-based system where each action or prompt consumes credit depending on the complexity, which is one thing to consider while scaling because pricing will make a big impact."
"Some apps are not available yet. For instance, a connection with Joomla! would be great. In general, all the most-used apps are available, but I bumped into Joomla! with a client."
"We did have stability issues, at one point every week. This was 3 years ago."
"Occasionally, there are instances where it seems like actions that should have triggered a Zap did not trigger it."
"The technical support is low."
"I would like to see them improve the Quickbase integration. Currently, it only allows triggering actions when records are added, but it would be more useful if we could also trigger actions when records are modified or deleted."
"Technical support is very bad. But, thankfully, not needed often."
"System-to-system is fine, but when it comes to system-to-user, where Zapier is helping to communicate to a user, that's a one-way communication."
"The pricing of the solution is quite expensive."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"Zapier's price is good."
"The least expensive plan is $24 a month, and you can go all the way to $800 a month if you're a huge company using many tasks."
"Zapier is a paid service. Its license renews monthly, and Zapier will downgrade your subscription to the free version when your credit card doesn't have funds. That significantly impacts your service because everything halts completely. Zapier doesn't have any hidden costs."
"Think your Zaps through to make sure you don't use more Zaps than you need."
"It's very affordable."
"The price of Zapier is approximately $75 monthly."
"Per task, there is a monthly plan involving 15 euros...Also, in different forms, they just give you the ability to use different features. They charge 18.58 euros for the first standard plan, which includes 750 tasks. So, it is about 25 cents per task."
"The product is reasonably priced."
