Easy setup and an a la carte pricing model
The solution needs a more modern interface. One of our biggest complaints is that we don't have the ability to dynamically push our interface to participants. Adobe Connect is an older technology, but it allows us to push our own layout and design to participants. One of the solution's strengths is that it's web-only but that is also a weakness. It is not a software solution but is browser-based which has its advantages and disadvantages. Zoom has become such a force that its ease of use surpasses ON24.

Improved collaboration costs have been reduced while daily stand-ups and events run more efficiently
If I were to discuss how Zoom Workplace Business can be improved, I feel that it is providing good service overall; however, the scaling aspect could be enhanced. Even though it has great scalability, if they can make it even more scalable, it would be really good. Also, while the integration is good, with the growth of AI, advancing the AI part to enable other workflows within the application would be beneficial. Those are some observations from my part, but otherwise, I feel everything is all right. I would love to see advanced AI integrations with major players such as Google and Amazon. Talking about scalability, Zoom Workplace Business is definitely a scalable solution, accommodating up to 1,000 people at once. However, when exceeding that number, the bandwidth may be disturbed and the latency may reduce; I have witnessed that issue occurring during large events, which is why I highlighted this part.

"The most valuable features of Zoom are the audio and video quality and the ease of use when setting up meetings."

Cons

"Bandwidth optimization could be increased."
"The solution needs a more modern interface."
"There were times on the free version where I wasn't done the meeting and it just took me out. They need to give more time."
"Zoom should introduce AI features that allow you to understand a person's emotions."
"When you are connected to one device and you're going to log into another one, Zoom should ask you to transfer without having to disconnect you."
"Zoom is an immature product that is not yet stable."
"In the free version, you are restricted to just 40-minute meetings, however, it is free, and therefore you can't ask for too much. It's still okay."
"Issues such as stability, particularly when many people are involved, may arise due to bandwidth rather than Zoom itself. However, Zoom could benefit from enhancements to manage large participant volumes."
"They need to improve the background feature, to be able to set a background without interfering with the current background."
"Maybe the UI could be improved a bit."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"We paid $1,800 for five webinars, which is the standard fee. If you require support there is a $300 additional fee, extra attendees is an additional fee, integration is an additional fee, etc. All these extras could add on another $2,500 which was not in our budget."
"We are using the free version of the solution."
"Has a paid account for multiple users as well as a free option."
"There is a free version of Zoom which allows you a certain limited amount of time usage and there is a corporate version of the solution where you have to pay."
"There is a yearly license for this solution. I would like it if they offered better prices."
"I am using the free version, so I don't pay anything to use it."
"The personal version is free. However, there are fees required to use the solution for business."
"There are paid and free personal accounts for Zoom."
"Zoom is licensed as a subscription model and it is available on a monthly or yearly basis."
