Connecting directly with sales tools facilitates seamless outreach and messaging
Being able to set up the cadences in steps is very helpful, where it moves on to the next step, and also where it connects with SalesLoft Sales Navigator. So far, being able to connect directly, instead of switching back and forth to Sales Navigator, has worked well. Also, being able to send messages directly from SalesLoft through LinkedIn Sales Navigator messaging is very useful. I can do everything right from the SalesLoft page without continuously switching between SalesLoft and Sales Navigator.

Automates client workflows and data validation reliably but has faced limits in complex integrations
While applying some integrations or automations, if we need to take an action between two modules' fields, we have to write SOQL, and it can miss the data. I had a scenario where I had to use two fields from two different modules, and based on that condition, we had to send a follow-up to our team member to complete the task. We could not find any direct integration, direct SOQL query, or direct workflow that could do that work. However, I think the wizard is performing better now for such tasks. I had a two-part scenario where I had to get data from two modules or two fields in Zoho CRM and send a follow-up to our team member based on that data. We were unable to find any direct integration for this. Another issue is that a Zoho CRM function can run for only three minutes. After three minutes, the function will fail, and we have to rerun the function.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"SalesLoft's customer support has been really good."
"What I appreciate about Zoho CRM is the customization."
"Some of the best features of Zoho CRM include the open architecture; it's fairly easy to modify it to your business process without having to get professionals involved."
"The solution has all the features I want, and it is quite simple."
"CRM software that's simple to use, with good technical support, scalability, and stability."
"We use the solution for different projects. We use it to patch lead details from clients' sources."
"Customer tracking, order management, sales tracking and PO tracking provide efficiency."
"The initial setup is pretty fast."
"The dashboards and visualizations help us see how different markets perform. I find the dashboard feature most valuable because it's easy to visualize data. I've been trying to use the built-in quotations feature, which could reduce turnaround time. We're not using many automation features for record management and opportunity tracking. I'm trying to integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho Flow for quotation submission workflow."

Cons

"Navigating through emails and LinkedIn messages to find which ones have been opened could be improved. I can see email open rates, but identifying who actually opened them is difficult."
"The UX for the product in general is probably below standard compared to some of the other CRMs."
"I would like to see more integrations and customization options in the next release."
"Sometimes, they don't understand what my actual needs are."
"Sometimes, there are technical glitches. When we add product details, the information disappears. It can be improved from this aspect. Some of the bugs also need to be resolved."
"While applying some integrations or automations, if we need to take an action between two modules' fields, we have to write SOQL, and it can miss the data."
"The product's scalability and stability need improvement."
"The solution can improve by having a policy that allows us to integrate with the cloud."
"There was a challenge while deploying Zoho when we brought an API code. Because integrations "aren't perfect" for every organization."
