I primarily use Cornerstone Performance for performance appraisals, year-end reviews, check-ins, and competency assessments. It's about managers and direct reports, employees meeting and discussing their progress on milestones, etc.

What is most valuable?
The tasks themselves, such as the performance reviews and appraisals, are the most valuable features. The solution is flexible and addresses ninety percent of our clients' needs. We also use the goal-setting function to manage employee performance. Check-ins is another valuable feature facilitating feedback between employees and managers.
What needs improvement?
The competency assessment is not as flexible as the rest of the solution features. I would like more options for customization.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been working with the solution for three years now.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I would rate the stability of the solution as a nine out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
For scalability, I would rate it about seven to eight out of ten.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I have experience with the Saba Performance module, as I am working on that as well. Cornerstone is more user-friendly and has a more modern look compared to Saba. It has more options than the Saba feature.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup depends on the process of the users and the client. It's pretty straightforward and simple once you get your training.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I have experience with the Saba Performance module but do not know about other solutions.
What other advice do I have?
I would definitely recommend Cornerstone Performance. The solution should work on making features more customizable.
