How has it helped my organization?
NTT-AT WinActor has allowed our employees to focus on other things rather than the repetitive tasks that can now be given to the robot.
What needs improvement?
Something that could be improved is that this solution can't run when the computer is locked, which meant we had to implement it in our own on-prem server as it never auto-locks. It would be better if, when we have scheduled a scenario, it would log into the system automatically.

I've been using this solution for about three years.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
This solution is scalable.
How was the initial setup?
We're still in the process of completing the implementation, but at first, it was very hard because we needed to gather how to do things we had to tell the vendors, then record video on the operation and find the best click time to go through it with the vendor.
What about the implementation team?
We used a vendor team, who were very good and professional.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
We pay yearly for the agent who runs the processes, plus an additional fee for maintenance costs. The running costs of our first phase came to 55 million rupiahs.
What other advice do I have?
This software is very smart - it can decide from a picture if we like that condition, and then the robot will do that action. I would rate this solution as six out of ten.
