The solution punches above its weight for the price you pay. You can put it in a corporate and it will work well.

The controller makes it easy to control everything from one platform. The management is easy. 

In a high-density location, we're running into connectivity drops. There may be too many rouge devices broadcasting, and the devices is getting interference from another channel. The only to fix this is to reboot and we need something that reboots on the fly.

We also need better security for VLANs and VPNs.

There are issues with certain Apple devices. 

Technical support is not very helpful.

The initial setup, which seemed straightforward at first, had to be redone. This may not have been the fault of the product. We're not sure what went wrong. 

I've been using the solution for five or six years. 

The stability has been a pain. I'd rate it five out of ten. 

The scalability is limited. I'd rate it six out of ten. 

We've probably got about 400 devices deployed at this time. 

Technical support is very poor. Therefore, you need to read manuals, go on Youtube, or seek out forums to get actual help.

We're also purchasing Aruba and waiting for a delivery in the next four weeks.

We'll be replacing 40 devices on one site with four Aruba devices. 

The initial setup from the technical side appeared to be easy. However, it was later discovered it was not set up correctly. We're not sure if that is due to the technician or the product.

The server for Unifi is sitting on our premises, not necessarily on the client's premises. 

The pricing for what it offers is very good. 

We're resellers. 

I'm not sure which version we're using. The one we put n five years ago is five years old, and it's still running. We put in some more two years ago, and they are still running. 

I would recommend the solution if you are not using it as a full enterprise solution. If you try to use it as an enterprise solution, you will be disappointed. Don't take its marketing at its word.

I'd rate the solution a seven out of ten.  

Unifi is a data integrated tool. I'm using the solution to manage the staff and the guests by WiFi. If a member of the staff has an account with the domain, then they're using it to connect directly to the WiFi. We have public WiFi for guests, and they use the public password for limited internet.

It has many valuable features. The solution is dependent on central monitoring. It's easy to manage and supports the user, our guests, and our customers if they have a problem.

Unifi makes integration and monitoring very easy. There are no additional features that I would like to see.

I have been using this solution for three years.

Currently, we are using the central WiFi controller with the Unifi controller on the cloud. We are using Unifi AP AC PRO. It is verified with a certificate. 

I'm working directly with the supplier in Vietnam.

It's stable, but it depends on the office and location.

We have about 8,000 people using the solution. We have a staff of 20 people who do maintenance.

The solution is scalable. We have plans for increasing usage.

We work with technical support on the website or sometimes with the vendor if we have a problem.

Initial setup was easy. It was very fast.

We used a consultant for deployment.

We have seen a return on investment.

There is no license. The solution is free.

We evaluated other options, but we chose Unifi because of cost and the technology is good for our business. We have another solution with Aruba, but Unifi is fine at this time.
