Veritas NetBackup IT Analytics provides valuable insights and an overview of backup status, with scalability and a cost-efficient deduplication engine compared to Azure backups. Simplicity offers a key advantage, coupled with strong reporting capabilities and integration with third-party tools. Challenges include complicated oversight, inadequate cloud-to-cloud replication, and difficulty exporting to Tableau. Technical support quality has decreased, with long resolution times, often over a month, impacting user experience significantly.
