I use the solution in my company just to run my applications, especially the ones that are compatible with Windows 10. In our office work, we use the tool for emails, presentations, browsing the internet, and some other similar stuff.

The most valuable feature of the solution is the notepad.

My problem with the product stems from the fact that it does not ask for your opinion or time when going for an upgrade. I feel that the product just starts the upgrade abruptly. The aforementioned area can be considered for improvement in the product. I would like the product to reduce the frequency of updates.

With regards to whether the solution supports hardware compatibility compared to its previous versions, I would say that one of the reasons why my company moved to the cloud was for compatibility, but in general I know that there is a need to refresh technology after five to eight years of its initial purchase.

In terms of the benefits offered by the product, I would say that it is very easy to use and is very user-friendly.

All the features are critical. The stability of the solution is better than that of its previous versions. It has been stable in most cases. The new security features are very good.

I prioritize stability and performance, so I'm accustomed to the Windows interface. When I attempt tasks on Linux, it feels unfamiliar to me. Prolonged usage, familiarity should lead to efficiency.

Active Directory configuration for administrators makes it very easy to manage the environment in companies or universities at an enterprise level, making it possible to do everything.

The solution could improve the availability and compatibility of applications like Linux. Additionally, refining the file transfer process to ensure smoother transitions between different applications or systems would be beneficial. Lastly, ensuring seamless compatibility with common file formats like PowerPoint presentations could enhance user experience and efficiency on Windows platforms. It should have less frequent updates for the UI and threats. I started with Windows 95. Sometimes, there are changes in the user interface, so some services and tools are in different places than in the previous version. It takes some time to get used to it.

The solution should improve the Windows startup process by allowing users to customise which components launch at startup is a valid one. This would give users more control over their system's performance and resource usage. Implementing a feature that allows users to easily manage startup programs and services, perhaps through a dedicated settings menu or a startup manager tool, could address this issue. This way, users could disable or enable specific applications and services according to their preferences, optimizing their system's performance and startup time. Additionally, providing clear information about the impact of each startup item on system resources could help users make informed decisions about which components to enable or disable.

The IT department, specifically the ICT team, provides support for this. Several people are involved. They manage the computer rooms, including installation and updates. A new installation is required every year because students change. I manage computers, adhering to organizational rules.

Windows Defender aims to provide users with a secure computing experience, and it's advisable to keep your system updated to take advantage of the latest security enhancements.

I use a computer with only four gigabytes of RAM. There are ten nodes in my notebook. I plan to buy a new one with a huge RAM memory, but currently, only four gigabytes work in one node, while eight gigabytes work in an external computer. The system startup is very slow because the newest version of Windows requires more memory. Many services are running. It should change how Windows starts. Some components, like Skype, start automatically with Windows.

It is fast, user-friendly and the GUI is interactive. The ease of operating it boosts my productivity.

The design of different folders and icons should be more intuitive and accessible. Windows 10 should offer the wireless transfer of file and folder sharing between mobile devices and computers, similar to the AirDrop feature by Apple.

I have been using Windows 10 for the past two years.

I would rate the stability 9 out of 10. It would have been better if there was a single ecosystem, similar to Mac and made it easy to share the files with other devices  .

I had an issue with Windows 10, so I contacted support from the US initially due to my location, but eventually found effective assistance from the support team in Saudi Arabia.

I have used Mac and Linux and switched from the same, because we had Microsoft tablets at our work.

I use Windows 10 in my company as an operating system to install applications, and then we use the applications to do what we need to do. The tool helps our company use browsers to surf the internet. With Windows 10, there are office tools that help users to work.

The tool's use increased productivity in our company because its users don't need any training to get started with the solution.

The most valuable feature of the solution is that it is easy to use, making it a user-friendly product.

Windows 10 has already been moved to Windows 11, but of course, they are more or less the same tool. Windows 10 can do something to make the tool available without the need to boot it. It takes a lot of time to boot Windows 10, and I want it to complete the booting process in two or three minutes. The search functionality in the product has glitches at times.

You need to have Windows OS in place for the product's deployment phase. If you're doing the deployment online, you can download the tool. If you don't take care of the deployment online, you need a bootable device.

The solution can be deployed in 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your internet strength.

Around five to ten people are required to take care of the product's deployment and maintenance phases.

The installation phase of the product can be managed by oneself.

I am not part of the vendor management team, so I don't know the product's price, but I know that my company has an enterprise agreement with Microsoft.

The performance of the product is good.

Windows 10 provides integration capabilities and operational efficiency. The user interface, ease of deployment, and pricing are appreciated. It is the most common operating system, and people like it as there are no particular problems or issues.

The areas of firewall, antivirus, and similar features could be improved as they are not very strong.
