What is our primary use case?
We use Centerity to monitor some business views related with ERP systems. For example we use this monitor to mesure electronic billing process. As a part of digital Transformation process coporation automates some process to avoid delays and human mistakes and we incorporated Centerity Platform to mesure the behaviours and prevent anomalies of this new solution an also we configure some SLA and KPI inside centerity business views to mesure behaviours in comparision with KPI commitment defined by the business
Using Centerity we could understand with facts and data in wich part of technoligical chain of billing requiried adjustment or modification to achieve expected results

By delivering consolidated business views across all layers of the technology stack including, applications, providing an early warning of performance issues along with corrective action tools to quickly isolate faults and identify root causes.

I think that the machine learning and AI feature is valuable for us. By harnessing machine learning and automation, we has realized significant benefits from increased productivity related to event management.

One of the major improvements should be it implementation as a SaaS

How are customer service and technical support?
Centerity Monitor's technical support is very good and at a high level. They have people from Latin America, Mexico, and Argentina, who provide timely answers to my questions.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We used LogicMonitor. The main difference between the two is that Centerity Monitor provides more business tools than other competitors. I remember using LogicMonitor, which focuses only on the infrastructure and network monitoring processes. They don't present a dashboard related with business dasboards or AIOPS
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is really simple. Centerity Monitor doesn't require a significant investment of time. It's a tool that's easy to understand and easy to configure, and we are happy with it.
