EmpowerID is an application that helps move LC-MS and HPLC data from instruments to systems of record to be able to get that data and manage it. It is used for a lot of small molecule research and biologics research, mainly to perform HPLC.

We've had about twenty instruments connected to a single EmpowerID system without any issues, enhancing data management and connectivity.

It is very intuitive and has improved significantly over the last seven years. Its deployment is very enterprise-focused, and I hope it will eventually become cloud-based for easier connection through AWS or similar services. What needs improvement?
I would like to see EmpowerID move to the cloud to facilitate easier deployment and connectivity through AWS or similar services.
For how long have I used the solution?
The company has been using EmpowerID for about six to seven years, and I have used it at other companies as well.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
We have experienced good usage without issues related to EmpowerID itself. Any issues have been network-related, not software-related.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
EmpowerID facilitates basic connectivity by dumping logs and data via API into other systems, which allows for scalability to fit our needs.
How are customer service and support?
The support team is slower in response, but they have been able to assist us a lot. I would rate the support around four or five due to timing issues.

The cost is fairly moderate, although I can't recall the exact amount, it's around twenty five.

EmpowerID is a great application for connecting instruments and relaying data to other systems of record. Ensure you have proper training and a support contact at all times for a seamless experience.
