The product has enabled my team to design automation workflows and integrate with various systems seamlessly, saving my team extensive development time.

Without Flowgear, my team would have spent additional time designing and developing solutions trying to interface with various systems and networks in a secure manner that Flowgear manages natively.

The product allows my team to interface with my software's APIs directly and in a secure manner to my database and enables integration with other source and destination systems. 

My team has been able to focus on designing integration, reporting, and automation workflows from within Flowgear without the need to design ground-up connectors. Overall, team efficiency has improved since adopting Flowgear within our environment. This has had a significant impact on team satisfaction and has improved team delivery.

Well-managed version control of workflows and the simplicity in promoting workflows through each environment has aided my team in developing workflows for various environments without the risk of losing development work. 

Flowgear has a number of valuable features, some of which are as follows: 

The ability to connect to my software's APIs based on external triggers has enhanced the experience for users of my software. Mundane, daily, weekly, or monthly tasks have been fully automated, freeing up users to focus on other areas of the business. 

Integrations into other systems have been relatively effortless with the built-in and custom connectors available on Flowgear. This has prevented my team from spending effort on developing secure integration to multiple systems as this is handled within Flowgear. 

Some of my current wishlist items for improvements would be to extend the existing timeout setting or have that setting configurable at a user level.

Currently, when designing and testing larger workflows, the sessions timeout and re-authentications are frequently required. 

Also related to the designing and testing of larger and more complex workflows, navigation is sometimes cumbersome. A means of easily navigating and following the various connectors and workflow links would be a welcomed addition.

I've used the solution for more than two years.

Technical support is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with.

We're using the solution for integrating our operational supply chain packages, such as TMS and WMS, into a wide range of ERPs and other available nodes.

A key use case would be, for example, integrating our WMS platform into something like Sage 200.

This is done using the pre-built node, which is based on the Sage 200 SDK. 

A common set of integrations would be of the following:

Master data such as customer, supplier, product, and stock holdings would be put through an ETL process and inserted into our WMS. This is primarily a one-way integration.

Transactional records such as sales orders, job cards, manufacturing orders, purchase orders, inter-branch transfers, and credit notes are sent through an ETL process and inserted into the WMS. The WMS then processes these transactional records and posts back the results.

As a service provider, our core focus is on supply chain digitization and optimization utilizing our software tools. 

When engaging with new customers not having an already created integration into their ERP is a roadblock, FlowGear has removed those roadblocks and allowed us to confidently and rapidly integrate into over 300 pre-built nodes.

When a part of the sales team, the sales pitch becomes easier. The project team is simpler since they can be sure the integration will work smoothly and does not require a developer to be available.

The no-code visual front end, along with pre-built samples, allows someone with very little technical ability to get an integration up and running. 

When implementing operational systems, integration is typically difficult. Having a no-code solution that the implementation team themselves can follow and manage allows for a smoother rollout and go-live process.

The pre-built nodes allowing for rapid integration make the life of the technical team easier as there is less effort in having to research the target systems API or integration documentation.

The product needs to improve the self-help tools and samples. If there were some more advanced examples on some of the pre-built nodes and especially the data processors and transforming tools, it would make it simpler to reuse some of the information.

The QuickMap tools could be better and allow the opportunity to pass into the QuickMap node so that you could have one workflow in the same QuickMap with different settings passed into the mapping section.

They need the ability to use hierarchical pathing in the QuickMap node.

I've used the solution for three years.

To my knowledge, we have not experienced any downtime or issues in the three years we've used it nor have we had any major integration issues with thousands of transactions daily.

The scalability is excellent.

The customer service and support are excellent.

We wrote in-house integrations which required overheads and internal skills to maintain. This caused longer go-to-market problems.

The system is very intuitive and easy to use. An understanding of HTML, XML and JSON is very handy.

We handled the setup in-house.

We have noted an ROI based on ease of use and a simple path to market.

FlowGear is not the cheapest solution in the market. That said, their customer service and entrepreneurial spirit make them excellent partners. They are also not the most expensive. There is great value for money from their basic package and up.

We looked into Mulesoft and Trustlink.

We use the solution for data ingestion and to transform data from one source to another and also mapping XML from JSON, and exposing an API that we can use to easily transform data. We also use it to map any format data from any type and to create our own standard, which simplifies it for our clients and for us. With this product, they can send us any format of data, and we will use Flowgear to standardize it to our format. There are a lot of out-of-the-box tools that Flowgear brings. They have a good UI that we can use for both our UAT/Production environment.

It has improved development. We don't have to spend many months trying to develop something.

It has improved our integration with our data supplier.

It made our work easy, and most data transformation tools that come with Flowgear make it very easy to work with. You don't have to be a developer to be able to achieve the type of results the organization needs.

We can now get a client on board very quickly. Previously, the turnaround time used to be months. Now, it's just a few weeks.

The feature we find most valuable is integration. It is easy to integrate into multiple sources.

In one business case, we did have to work with a data transformation tool. We used to take months to map and transform data that was being dumped into our secure file transfer, and by the time we finished ingesting the data, it was no longer relevant as there were lots of new deltas on the data supplied. Now, with Flowgear, we can complete the whole process within a day and have new data fast. 

I am happy with the product. It has solved our business challenges. It is easy to integrate into multiple sources. We did have to use a data transformation tool which would take months to map and transform data that was being dumped into our secure file transfer. Previously, by the time we finished ingesting the data, it was no longer relevant. This has since changed. Therefore, there are no areas needed for improvement.

The initial setup was a bit complex as we were new. However, the support we got from Flowgear was amazing.

The product is a bit expensive. That said, the solution is providing great value which makes it worth every cent.

We did not evaluate other options. 

The tool is used for data transformation within our application. The tool is used in all our development and production environments. The tool also makes it simple for us to deploy the changes from devs through to production. 

We work with high volumes of data in different formats from various content providers. We can process these files relatively quickly due to the functionality provided by Flowgear. 

The low code and pre-connectors provided make the process simple and easy for our devs and BAs to use. Flowgear helps us to convert JSON files to XML and XML to JSON                       

The Flowgear tool is helping us reduce the manual work that is done. We can now ingest millions of records in a tenth of the time. 

We are able to deliver faster to our clients. The data that is ingested is now accessible to our clients within a month. Previously, the process took us a couple of months to complete. 

We can fully automate this process and manage the process thanks to Flowgear. The tool has made the client experience a better one for us as well. The manual work has also been reduced thanks to Flowgear.     

The data transformation and use of the pre-connectors have been really useful. We are able to clean and convert files before data is ingested into SQL. 

The workflow allows us to find errors and fix them as well easily. 

The interface is really nice and easy to learn. 

The workflow process helps us save time when we need to figure out which part of the workflow is failing. 

The time spent on fixing issues is reduced drastically.  

The data transformation connectors are really nice since we are able to work with data in any format.       

The training material is really good.

The product would be nice if it could provide the deployment features in the lower packages. It's hard to recommend the tool to SMEs as there is no package or product that caters to small businesses.              

In the two years that we have been using the tools, we have had a fairly good experience. It's difficult to give any feedback regarding this review. 

They need to look at a more robust type of sandbox environment for training purposes.                            

I've been using the solution for more than two years.

In the last two years we've used the product, we have not had any issues with the stability of the services. 

The performance is really good and we are not yet on the biggest package. The solution can be scaled easily should the need arise.

The support is really good. We've had no issues so far.

The Flowgear team and in-house team were a part of the implementation. There was a high level of expertise provided by the Flowgear team.

I can't really comment on ROI. I know the product we have integrated Flowgear with is doing fairly well.

The product is great for companies that have the budget. The setup is fairly simple. However, there could be a better pricing package for smaller companies that want to make use of the product.

You have to work with the platform to ensure that you can fully understand most of the features and integrations.

We make use of the software to map data and transform it into an output that we intend to use for our application. This makes it readable between our systems and those of our clients. 

This product allows us to cater to any input that we may receive between clients and us, and in turn, we have a solution that can be replicated should we want to follow the same process. 

The ease of customizing the solution and making changes to suit one's needs flexibly is a good thing. We don't need to do a lot of reworking on solutions. 

Flowgear improved the organization, yet we do not use Flowgear primarily for all our applications. Flowgear has addressed a gap in integration for us where we can leverage the software and get it working to address a business need. 

Flowgear has improved the process for converting, mapping, and transforming data and making it easily usable. 

Being able to seamlessly make changes to how one can do mapping visually without having to be a seasoned developer is great.

The easy onboarding and configuring of any node required to address any problem are great. Flowgear has so many integration nodes and so many components one can leverage it's easy to address almost any business need or use case.

When working with and deploying drop points, the integration to get this working is seamless and very secure. 

One can also initiate upgrades of the drop points remotely, and the issue is quick and seamless. This is very easy and is a neat feature to have as it ensures that you stay up to date on software. 

Any software one is using can always be improved on. 

The software itself needs to keep up with the daily demand to service all clients as the need arises. When it comes to features and integrations, Flowgear has a very wide variety of those. The very long list of integrations one is able to leverage and integrate seamlessly is an amazing thing. 

As the need arises for different integrations, they need to be ready to update the platform. If they do, Flowgear will keep attracting customers in this regard. 

I've used the solution for more than two years.

I'd advise new users to first do the training and get familiar with the software. Then build out your business case and see how you can leverage the software.

This is an amazing solution overall. 

We use it for bringing data into Salesforce, it deals with data flow, bringing in data from a third-party source into our CRM. I'm a CX specialist and we are customers of Flowgear. 

The solution was simple to implement and user-friendly. It's also easy to upscale. Flowgear has automated our manual processes and reduced the time spent to zero from a manpower point of view. We don't need anyone for our flows. The flow works, 

I think the UI could be improved. 

I've been using this solution for three years. 

The solution is stable. 

The solution is scalable although we only have a small team of people using it. 

The initial setup was pretty straightforward. Once we've received approval to implement, there's a contract process which is followed by demo-ing. Once approved, it goes to deployment. There was a small team involved in the implementation and the solution requires minimal maintenance. 

As mentioned, Flowgear has automated our processes so that we've been able to reduce the number of staff required. 

The company provides online training or elearning that is quite comprehensive. If you've never used the application and you're thinking about buying it, it's worthwhile to check the training. 

I rate this solution nine out of 10. 

We use the solution primarily to create efficiency among staff and to increase productivity. It helps reduce time in trying to find solutions. We have learning exercises that increase productivity and knowledge overall.

The solution has increased efficiency and productivity and saved us time and money. It has provided solutions to problems to help us resolve items quickly and easily. The training was simple to follow and they have good course material. It was not confusing and support was always ready to assist.

The workflows are great.

It is useful for building solutions.

We would like to see more learning videos for beginners.
