It would be helpful to have a mobile version or a tablet version, especially for people who are outside of the office. We are missing role-based access. The team should be able to see only the cost related to their spending and not the entire organization's spending. So the people who are logging into the application should see only their expenses.

CloudHealth is VMware and has a good product team. The features keep growing. They have even included GCP. As far as a feature and product solution, it is one of the most widely used CNPs, I believe, after Apptio Cloudability. Also, because the solution is with VMware, most GSIs are already partnered with VMware, so you get support. I rate the solution an eight and a half out of ten overall.
