BMC Helix Client Management offers valued features like patch management and excellent BMC Client Management support, managing endpoints across multiple platforms, though its integration and vulnerability assessment capabilities need improvement. It provides scalable remote control for diverse node counts. However, it only supports iOS among mobile devices, lacks Android support, and misses comprehensive remote access and command execution features. Customers frequently request whitelisting functionality.
