Business processes are automated efficiently with a well-designed interface
There is room for improvement in integrations and customizations for AgilePoint and other low-code, no-code solutions. Additionally, the marketing of such products should be more honest. They often claim to solve all process automation needs, but they only handle problems of certain complexity. AgilePoint cannot handle highly complex processes like ERPs.

Any technology comes with two things, or rather anything in this world has both sides, good and bad. LLMs also have the same thing. The bad part is for a person who is 100% dependent on AI because they won't be able to learn more if they are 100% dependent on that. The main thing is that there has to be restraint from our side. I won't say it is from the tool side, but from our side, we need to learn and we need to work on it. We need to review the code. That is one thing that we need to do from our end. From a technology perspective, it is designed to help us out, and it is totally on our side of thinking about how exactly we are going to use that. There is not any area for improvement from the tool side, but it is from the users altogether. Users should not be 100% reliant on AI or any LLMs. They need to work on it and they need to review the code.

"The product's initial setup phase is easy."
"GitHub CoPilot has helped me become more productive and efficient with assignments and projects, allowing me to complete coding tasks faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus more on problem-solving and learning how new concepts work."
"Efficiencies with GitHub CoPilot have improved by 30%, which means a quicker go-to market and a simplified way of documenting technical designs."
"The CoPilot app that you can use while creating presentations is very useful."

Cons

"Technical support is very slow to respond and they need to be quicker in getting back to clients when problems arise."
"Some issues with AgilePoint's design, AI and UX are some of the major problems we deal with when handling our company's business models or processes."
"They should add more information about functionality."
"It could be more flexible, but it's already a good solution for the designer."
"The solution should be able to support Docker. This would help make scalability easier."
"Integrations and customizations should be improved in AgilePoint and other low-code solutions."
"While the platform is good and it has a lot of options, I would like to see more alternative features in future versions such as connectors to IDM. Currently, they have only ADFS and Okta."
"The suggestions provided by the product must be improved."
"Some of the suggestions provided by GitHub CoPilot are not accurate, making it an area of concern where improvements are required."
"One drawback is that the solution sometimes suggests unwanted code, especially if I accidentally press the tab. This doesn't happen often. Sometimes it seems to understand my code, but other times it doesn't. This inconsistency is confusing."
"The problem arises when a bot is not well-designed, which frustrates customers."
"If the tool could focus on specific lines where changes are suggested, it would save time and reduce server load."
"Users should not be 100% reliant on AI or any LLMs."
"The only suggestion is to enhance Copilot's ability to assist developers with infrastructure as code tasks. Like, while using CI/CD pipeline, when I use YAML files, so it could just support the port number."
"In certain instances, OpenAI didn't respond in the expected way. The responses were more general and didn't address the specific point."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It is more cost-effective than local tools."
"Price-wise, AgilePoint is a cheap tool and a standard application for running analytics in an IT environment."
"I think the price is reasonable."
"I believe the pricing has changed recently. We had purchased one license per server, and it was about $2,000. It was a one-time payment. It's possible that they have recently implemented a new cost structure and now have yearly subscriptions."
"Each user needs their license, whether it's a big team or a small team."
"GitHub CoPilot comes readily available for enterprise customers, so it's a free add-on if you already have GitHub's enterprise license."
"A personal license is priced at ten dollars per month, while a professional or enterprise license costs nineteen dollars per user, and these rates are consistent for all users."
"GitHub Copilot is a paid service, costing approximately $6 per month. There might be a free trial available."
"We have a demo license. Once we understand what we'll do, we'll start with a paid license."
"GitHub CoPilot is less expensive than other solutions."
"The pricing for GitHub Copilot is around ten dollars per month."
"The pricing is reasonable. I think it is 10 USD per user."
