Enables management of multiple operating systems with a single license
The best feature is that it's a Microsoft product, so if anything goes wrong, we get quick support for anything required. Remote system functionality allows us to sit anywhere and take control of any device via remote management. We can enhance security for clients' laptops with built-in Microsoft Defender, which is available with the Microsoft Intune license. We use it for reporting purposes through endpoint analytics. When pushing scripting, there are two types available: remediation script and reservation script. Through endpoint analytics, you can push defender policies to clients. It helps with reporting, inventory updates, and monitoring tenant status health.

Remote support has reduced client visits and saves us significant time and costs
The best features that AnyDesk offers in my experience are the remote control and remote access. Those features are valuable to me because of the ease in how you connect remotely without necessarily installing AnyDesk on your computer. You just download the application, open it, and it gives you your address. You share this with your colleague or client, and then in just one click you are connected. Another feature I appreciate about AnyDesk is security. If you are trying to do something that requires administrator rights of the computer that you are working on, it will alert you and request that the person on the other end accept the operation that you are doing. That security feature is excellent. AnyDesk has positively impacted my organization by helping us provide timely help to our clients. This reduces costs because we do not have to travel to the client to help them. I can connect remotely and help someone in a timely manner. I can share a specific outcome where, now that we have more than one hundred clients that we help, I estimate we have saved more than one hundred thousand dollars.

Remote support has improved productivity and saves onsite visits through fast issue resolution
TeamViewer Business provides a fast and secure connection along with a reliable chat feature for a smooth support section. I also appreciate the monitoring and asset management capability, which enhances the remote access experience for my team and me. TeamViewer Business provides seamless communication capability, which includes a variety of options such as chat, call, and video that enhance interaction with our remote clients. TeamViewer Business has been really helpful in my organization, where we are able to troubleshoot any issue our clients have and resolve it as quickly as possible. It enables me to fix the problem faster. If a customer's screen is not working or a glitch happens, I can simply share their screen into my screen through TeamViewer Business and rectify the issue rather than asking them to describe the problem via email. This saves a lot of time and is helpful for our customers who are buying our products. The best features TeamViewer Business offers include seamless communication, efficient remote access, and fast and secure connection.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Stable product that's easy to set up compared to other MDM products."
"Microsoft Intune is a must and should be needed for this time, for this hybrid model period, and I highly recommend this product for employees, education institutions, or device management."
"The best features include the management, which is quite good, and endpoints."
"For the price, the features included with Microsoft are appealing."
"Intune simplifies compliance. The ability to manage software updates and policies on endpoints has helped us meet contract requirements."
"The best feature of Microsoft Intune is that it managed the endpoints."
"Conditional access helps me control uncontrolled access."
"The stability is good."
"AnyDesk has positively impacted my organization by helping us provide timely help to our clients, reducing costs because we do not have to travel, and with more than one hundred clients I estimate we have saved more than one hundred thousand dollars."
"The solution is scalable."
"The most valuable feature of TeamViewer is the ability to remote control a computer system. Overall it is a complete solution."
"The implementation process is simple."
"The most valuable feature is you do not need to know the Windows username and password to connect and see the staff screen."
"Saving users in the interface has helped our workflow and made things easier for our team because we use it every single day, and we would struggle to support our teams effectively without TeamViewer Business; it has made things much easier."
"We also use it a lot for remote site assistance. We've set up our internal authentication for unattended access to our remote sites. That makes it very easy and convenient to remotely connect with our users and our client machines whenever we need to. It's set as a direct, secure connection. As long as the station has internet access, we can see it and it makes remote support very simple."
"The document control is quite good."
"TeamViewer Business has positively impacted my organization because it saves time, as I don't have to go to the customer's place to make some connections or configurations; I can make it remote and very easy."

Cons

"Microsoft Intune lacks the ability to provide seamless remote assistance or remote control."
"An area for improvement is the absence of seamless integration, particularly with external dashboards."
"I rate Microsoft support between six to eight. The support often involves third parties hired by Microsoft who are knowledgeable, but sometimes the help I receive is not adequate."
"Customer service used to be better, but as we are nearing the end of the contract, the focus on investing in us as a customer has diminished. It is what one would expect in such a situation."
"The scalability could be improved, and like most other MDM products, Intune is good but not 100% there yet."
"The reports aren't complete, and it's not easy to build custom reports. For example, Windows Autopilot isn't working well in cases where the computers don't have a good internet connection. Then the option is not good enough."
"The reporting functionality of Microsoft Intune is limited compared to Microsoft System Center, which offers many more reporting options."
"The time we have to wait to deploy policies has room for improvement."
"An improvement I would like to see for AnyDesk is that the free package has quite a limitation that comes with many advertisements once you exhaust the number of connections."
"Support for mobile devices from Linux has been missing since the Native client was rolled out. This was a nice option, especially when trying to walk somebody who was struggling to understand something on their phone."
"The stability of TeamViewer is good, but it could be better."
"TeamViewer Business's scalability is bad because it's very expensive."
"It needs to have proper authentication. I would like to see in-depth integration with Google and Microsoft products, for example. It would be nice to have a cell phone version as well."
"I don’t see any areas where improvement is needed."
"It becomes complicated to switch from one monitor to another for different windows."
"The solution could improve by increasing or removing the time limitation on the use of a session."
"TeamViewer Business can improve in terms of price and the complexity of licensing, which is a drawback, especially for smaller teams or casual users due to frequent license changes and forced upgrades."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The price of Intune is included with the license for Office 365, so we don't have to pay anything extra for it."
"It is cheap, but as compared to Google, it is costly. Google is cheaper, but quality-wise, Microsoft Intune is better."
"Microsoft Intune's pricing is reasonable."
"The clients pay for a license and each can have a different type of license, such as an E3 or E5."
"The product is offered as part of a Microsoft standard bundle. The pricing can be competitive to Airwatch, and Maas360."
"We use Defender ATP and E5 licenses."
"Intune is linked with Microsoft. We can deploy the Microsoft E365 license to users by Intune. There are different types of licenses, such as device administrator licenses, E5 licenses for device enrollment manually, and P1 and p2 licenses for device enrollment automatically. These are the licenses required for the administration."
"The cost is somewhat on the higher side, particularly when considering certain price points, especially in markets like India."

"I am using the free version of TeamViewer. There is a subscription fee to use the premium features."
"TeamViewer has multiple licensing options."
"The solution's pricing is reasonable."
"We have an annual subscription that is just under $1,900 with no additional costs. We get these promotions about upgrades and stuff like that, but we haven't had a need to add more seats. Users can also use TeamViewer for home use with a non-commercial free license."
"I used the free version of TeamViewer."
"We have a corporate license. The maximum amount number of users changes based on the amount you pay. E.g., with our license, there is a maximum amount of users who can use the solution at the same time (10 users)."
