Collaborating on code has become smoother while pricing and hosting options still need work
Bitbucket needs improvement as it has very limited cloud hosting options. With Atlassian phasing out its self-hosted server version, organizations are forced to choose between Bitbucket Cloud, which may not meet strict local compliance requirements, or a highly expensive data option. Additionally, Bitbucket is not competitive on pricing for scaling teams, as the free tier is great for up to five team members, but the jump in price for growing teams beyond five users can become steep compared to other repositories. Some enterprise users report that Bitbucket's stability can affect its speed when handling very large repositories, and though it has good support, the technical support team should be more active, as I have not seen them as active compared to GitLab and GitHub. The limited cloud hosting options and pricing for scaling teams are two important areas for improvement.

Configuration management features improve workflow but require a steep learning curve
I need to work more with Helix Core to identify specific areas for improvement. However, it has an extensive feature set that leads to a steep learning curve, where users need to learn quite a bit of features to work with it effectively. While its customization is not an issue, the GUI might not appeal to everyone.

"We use Bitbucket for Jira, Confluence, and Jenkins and we have an automation pipeline; whenever the coaching is done in Bitbucket we run an automation pipeline from the build, create installations, and tests all in one pipeline, and it is done automatically."
