Has helped me create clean and structured process maps with a simple setup experience
I have not explored ways Bizagi can be improved beyond creating maps. If I explore automation and integration with other processes, then I may be able to identify potential areas for improvement. I would appreciate additional features for the free version. Currently, the elements in a process map are limited to activities, decisions, flows, and start/end points. The decision map could be improved to allow more than three options at a decision point.

It makes communication easier due to transparency on processes

Pros

"The basic mapping feature is key for me; it's fantastic, it's easy to use and it's free."
"Its cost is the most valuable; it is not as expensive, and it is also easy to make different types of processes for the users."
"The most valuable feature is the organizational modeling capability."
"Great software for managing my business; I think this is the best business process management software."
"I think the main competitive advantage of Bizagi is its user-friendly environment that allows you to drag and drop BPMN elements on its surface."
"It has an easy to use interface which final users accepted with much more enthusiasm than our ERP (SAP)."
"It automates a completely manual, complicated process."
"Very user friendly and a professional solution."
"Processes become clearer, easier to understand, and easier to spot in development areas."
"It makes communication easier due to transparency on processes."
"Processes become clearer, easier to understand, and easier to spot in development areas."
"We had great service directly from QPR."

Cons

"Its price can be improved. The price is high for the application as well as for maintaining and developing applications."
"I would like to see the automation process included in the next release."
"One of the features which could be improved is machine learning. Even though this product has been working on this topic, we can see that it still requires improvement."
"It needs an easier setup for the Bizagi Engine."
"However, if you are looking at building an application where 100 developers are working in parallel, you will have issues."
"A more complex management of documents, such as advanced searches, indexing etc, without needing to integrate with ECM's (Enterprise Content Management Systems)"
"The performance could use improvement. We couldn't connect the processes to on one file. The performance is an issue for us."
"The technical support is not fast enough and should be improved."
"There is definitely a need to produce models in XML. There is already something available, but it seems that transferring between the different modelling tools is difficult."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"My company uses the free version of the product."
"The product must improve its cost."
"We didn't use the licensed versions where you could exactly go into automatization. However, we looked at the pricing in the beginning, and the only thing that I remember is that it was too expensive for the things we were using because our clients would also have to license the product. One client said that it was too expensive for the benefit they get out of it."
"It has a very high price. Many clients complain about the price for maintaining the application on Bizagi."
"I used to be very pleased with the pricing. Now, it's a bit more complicated. I don't remember exactly, however, it might be $10 a month per user."
"Its price is reasonable."
"This is a free solution."
"Pricing is good value for money."
