The user interface is easy to use, and the product performs well, but the dashboard and the monitoring features are limited
We use the product to design workflows. We model and install them on the server. We use the Community edition The modeling features are easy. The performance of the tool is good. The user interface is easy to use. I have used the product for complex processes and sub-processes successfully. The…

Automation workflows have saved time and have reduced manual work for my client projects
Most of what I learned about Make is mainly from the templates only. Anything that I tried to do, I try to see who has done it already and try to understand and rebuild it. When I'm trying to build some workflows, there's a chatbot component. When I ask for something, it helps me in that. Or if I get a bug that I'm finding difficult to debug or understand the use case or the log, it clearly explains it to me and sometimes it advises me to do certain things, so that it's easy for me to fix it. One area for improvement is an auto-building feature. Another is how n8n has a chatbot completion where you can bring some LLMs into the workflow and integrating Ollama and all of that is something I felt is really needed for Make also.

Pros

"I find process management and user interface designing the most valuable features."
"Bonita is user-friendly."
"The user interface is easy to use."
"Process automation with Bonita BPM is really easy."
"Customer Service: Very good, also the commercial team !Technical Support: Perfect ! and the community is a great help also"
"Its user-friendliness, along with the availability of comprehensive and clear documentation on the website is the most valuable."
"When there is heavy customization in the process Bonita is the best compare to other products in the market."
"The Connector implementation is a great addition to an out-of-box solution providing robust features for the developer to build hassle-free integrations."
"Make has positively impacted my organization by enabling me to generate numerous leads because it is easy to implement, which allowed me to drastically reduce the time needed to create and present a minimum viable product to clients."
"This has made a very positive impact on my life because initially I was not able to do things quickly and efficiently, but now with the help of Make, I can plan many things that help my work become efficient."
"I am using Make for content creation, and it saves time in content creation for me and helps with tasks by creating content for me even without writing a single word."
"The new AI feature that Make has launched is really amazing."
"The best features Make offers include its very visual interface, which stands out for me."
"Make has positively impacted my organization by enabling us to solve use cases for hundreds of clients across hundreds of different platforms, providing the customization capabilities to automate accounting and invoicing processes that save dozens of man-hours a month, and allowing us to build custom churn, retention, and engagement costs that have driven a 30% reduction in churn."
"The most valuable features of Make are the additional options when compared to other similar solutions. For example, with Google my business, you can only do certain things with Zapier, whereas with Make, you can do a little bit more."
"Make's front-end interface, the modular interface that it has, drag-and-drop interface, is very easy to understand, use, and integrate."

Cons

"BPMN 2.0 notations are not all supported, would love to see them all coming in (e.g. complex gateway)."
"There is a considerable learning curve."
"It is missing some important features that other products have."
"Automation in vacation of a human resources replacement would be a good improvement in the product."
"The initial setup is not easy compared to other products."
"The interface is advanced and quite good, but it could improve."
"The dashboard has limited features."
"The community edition has limited module functionality. If they could release some of the functionality that's available in the enterprise edition that would be helpful to those learning to use the solution."
"The pricing of Make at this point is through operations consumption, and it becomes really expensive in certain scenarios when iterations are involved."
"There is a file size constraint, as when I try to upload a PDF question bank of 200 pages, it shows an error and the file cannot process the data."
"Sometimes the platform is too laggy and loads slowly."
"I chose a nine out of ten because sometimes my browser gets crashed while working on Make, and I do not know why."
"Make has helped me save time positively, but I think there is room for improvement in Make as well."
"Make can enhance the credit limit for free use because what is happening now is that most of the credits have been used during testing only."
"Make can be improved in terms of the code module, as sometimes I use it at a developer level, and I want it to be more specific; when using the webhook, some data structures may require a lot of time to organize, so if a code node is available, it would help me structure data effectively."
"Make could improve the ease of use, it can be more complicated than other solutions. There are a lot of elements that are more technical than in other solutions."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"have installed the image of Bonita BPM on Amazon AWS and there is just one option to use and pay for."
"You pay an annual fee and can have an unlimited number of processes and users."
"The product is not cheaper, not costlier; it is reasonable. Bonita’s license is very flexible, with options to meet the needs of different customers and clients. Previously, it was less flexible, but now, many different licensing options are available."
"Price to service ratio with Bonita BPM is good."
"We are using the Community Version, which can be used free of charge."
"The product's pricing is acceptable. Pricing is yearly."
"Licensing cost for the Enterprise edition comes out to be around 40,000 a year. There is also a Community edition, which is free. Some customers can go for the Community edition, but some of them require the Enterprise edition. Big companies go for the Enterprise edition, which comes with a lot of additional features such as a mobile app."
"The price is fair for what we are using the solution for."
"The price of Make is approximately $20 per month for the platform."
