One-click meeting access and seamless integration enhance video conferencing experience
Cisco TelePresence could improve the WebRTC connections, as they are quite slow. The end user experiences delays when using WebRTC, sometimes taking one minute or more to receive a connection. This issue is mainly due to Cisco taking a long time to download and start the WebRTC client on their devices. Ensuring it is embedded in the device could help.

Collaborating in hybrid incident calls has become faster while the meeting interface still needs fixes
The best features are the ability to schedule meetings and launch ad hoc meetings. Additionally, we can create breakout rooms within the meeting itself, which is another excellent feature. Whenever we have production issues, many teams join a single Webex call. Sometimes we need to group together as separate smaller groups and work in parallel to identify the production issues. In those cases, we create Webex breakout rooms and each member joins the corresponding breakout session to progress on their task. Webex helps significantly in the hybrid environment. When we are working from home, it is very easy for us to meet with other team members and the management to get in touch and progress. Webex improves communication because even if we are working from home, we can connect with people and talk to them on a video call. It has improved the incident resolution time by getting into a call in Webex rooms and remediating the issues together as soon as possible. Audio and video quality is excellent for Webex. It has saved considerable time in terms of incident remediation. Whenever we have issues, we jump on a call and work together in parallel. This approach saves time and improves efficiency.

"If at any point we require any support or our team requires any support, we just call into the Cisco support with their call-in number and they are very good."
"The speaker tracker feature in Cisco Telepresence is highly valuable, especially the ability to track multiple participants and change focus during meetings."
"PresenterTrack cameras improve the meeting experience."
"We have a dual screen option to enable video and content sharing."
"Superior video and audio experience."
"The configuration is a valuable."
"Cisco is a leader in video conferencing solutions because they apply the latest technologies to their devices and services, such as artificial intelligence and versatile functionalities."
"A valuable feature of Webex is that it's good for direct communication. In general, I'm satisfied."
"It allows me to conduct meetings, share files, record events, chat, and have presentations with co-workers."
"The product's most valuable feature is its ability to integrate with multiple products."
"I appreciate the developers of Webex because it's a wonderful tool. What I found most valuable in it is the seamless experience it offers, in terms of connecting with any person at any time remotely, without any glitches. This is the main advantage of Webex. I also like that the platform is user-friendly, so anyone using the tool for the first time won't find any difficulties when logging in or accessing it."
"The ability to join by phone is the most valuable feature."
"Webex is user-friendly."
"I am using Webex mainly to speak to my manager."
"The transcripts from Webex calls get delivered to the inbox five minutes after the call. However, out of 20 people on a call, maybe only one person bothers to read through the entire transcript, which can be lengthy for an hour-long call."

Cons

"The calling features can be improved."
"Cisco TelePresence could improve its integration capabilities."
"Cisco TelePresence license is expensive and should be reduced."
"Cisco TelePresence could improve the WebRTC connections, as they are quite slow."
"MX800 comes only with one available DVI port. A few more HDMI ports will improve the system's capability."
"The tool is expensive."
"I would rate my experience with the initial setup a three out of ten, with ten being expensive. It was complex with badges and certificates. Too crazy."
"I was in touch with one of our clients and they mentioned that they would like to have a holographic video conferencing. It would be great if that feature would be added."
"They should integrate the solution with multiple hardware vendors."
"The product's price could be better."
"It would be better if I could just join meetings directly on the web without extra downloads and steps."
"The GUI of Webex should be improved. The connectivity for putting people inside the meetings or entering meetings is to be improved."
"I'd like to see a modernized user interface, something a bit more colorful."
"The product needs to improve its integration. I'm not sure how difficult it is for the IT team to set up the integration. Once set up, it's easy but still not as straightforward as other platforms, like Microsoft Teams, where everything is within the same technical environment. To ensure further security, face authentication should also be added for all internal corporate users logged into the platform."
"The only improvement I see is related to RAM and CPU usage, as older systems with 4GB RAM or i3 processors might slow down the application."
"The accessibility of the share screen option provided by the product is an area of concern where improvements are required."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The pricing is expensive, therefore I rate it an eight out of ten."
"I will rate the tool's pricing an eight out of ten."
"We used high definition, 1080p, but again, it required license purchases. For example, with three licenses (TP licenses), each allowing one 1080p screen, if I had six participants, I'd need to lower the resolution to 720p or lower to accommodate more participants. More licenses meant more cost."
"The price of Cisco Telepresence is high, especially in Brazil. However, the quality of the product justifies the cost."
"Cisco TelePresence license is expensive and should be reduced. There is only a cost for the license and it is annually."
"Features matter more than the price for us. As long as we get all the features we want and it fits our budget, then the price doesn't matter. I can't speak for other companies. We have tried other applications, and we run into some problems that we don't see in Webex."
"The cost is pretty high compared to the competitors."
"The tool's licensing is expensive, but it should be cheaper."
"You need to make yearly payments towards the licensing charges of the product. You need to opt for a subscription-based licensing model for your organization. The product is a bit expensive."
"The price of Webex is in the middle range compared to the market."
"My organization took care of the licensing. I'm guessing they did some subscription cycle, but I used the free version."
"The price of the license depends a lot on the type of service required and whether it is for the entire company or only for a few users."
"You can opt for yearly licensing with Webex."
