One-click meeting access and seamless integration enhance video conferencing experience
Cisco TelePresence could improve the WebRTC connections, as they are quite slow. The end user experiences delays when using WebRTC, sometimes taking one minute or more to receive a connection. This issue is mainly due to Cisco taking a long time to download and start the WebRTC client on their devices. Ensuring it is embedded in the device could help.

Collaborating in hybrid incident calls has become faster while the meeting interface still needs fixes
The best features are the ability to schedule meetings and launch ad hoc meetings. Additionally, we can create breakout rooms within the meeting itself, which is another excellent feature. Whenever we have production issues, many teams join a single Webex call. Sometimes we need to group together as separate smaller groups and work in parallel to identify the production issues. In those cases, we create Webex breakout rooms and each member joins the corresponding breakout session to progress on their task. Webex helps significantly in the hybrid environment. When we are working from home, it is very easy for us to meet with other team members and the management to get in touch and progress. Webex improves communication because even if we are working from home, we can connect with people and talk to them on a video call. It has improved the incident resolution time by getting into a call in Webex rooms and remediating the issues together as soon as possible. Audio and video quality is excellent for Webex. It has saved considerable time in terms of incident remediation. Whenever we have issues, we jump on a call and work together in parallel. This approach saves time and improves efficiency.

Pros

"The SpeakerTrack feature is the most valuable feature."

"It was stable. So, I would rate the stability a ten out of ten."
"Superior video and audio experience."
"The configuration is a valuable."
"Telepresence's most valuable feature is keeping highly paid employees, such as executives, on the ground instead of wasting time flying around the world. So if you have the right telepresence plan and form, it's not just the video cameras and the systems behind them, it's the way you lay out your meeting room. You can have multiple offices interconnecting in a single meeting, and it looks like everybody's in the same big conference room together because the telepresence yields such a fantastic amount of clarity."
"The most valuable features of Cisco TelePresence are the basic standard features and the ease of use. Additionally, the configuration and integration are exemplary."
"Cisco is a leader in video conferencing solutions because they apply the latest technologies to their devices and services, such as artificial intelligence and versatile functionalities."
"The solution makes it easy for us as a team to collaborate remotely."
"I have found Webex to be stable."
"The stability, as well as the performance of the solution, are very good."
"Cisco has very good technical support across all of its offerings, not just WebEx."
"Stable and scalable solution for video conferencing, virtual meetings, and collaboration, with top-notch technical support."
"The important feature is breakout sessions. We can create a breakout session if you want to hold a conference and make a room only for some people at the meeting."
"WebEx allows both host and participants to engage in an online class, conference, training session, or support case with ease."
"The most valuable feature of Webex is ease to use."

Cons

"Cisco TelePresence could improve the WebRTC connections, as they are quite slow."
"Cisco TelePresence could improve its integration capabilities."
"The calling features can be improved."
"Cisco TelePresence license is expensive and should be reduced."
"I was in touch with one of our clients and they mentioned that they would like to have a holographic video conferencing. It would be great if that feature would be added."
"I would rate my experience with the initial setup a three out of ten, with ten being expensive. It was complex with badges and certificates. Too crazy."
"MX800 comes only with one available DVI port. A few more HDMI ports will improve the system's capability."
"The tool is expensive."
"Customer Service: Poor Technical Support: Average"
"Performance of this platform needs improvement. There was a stability issue, particularly glitches that kept it from running smoothly."
"The scalability is not that good. If we small group meeting the solution is good, but if there is a large group of people to join the meeting then the network seems unstable."
"Webex is in the cloud but if they had more economical options, or any additional features compared to Teams and other products, it might be a value add."
"The performance is not always good and could be improved."
"One area that could use improvement in Webex is the connection speed."
"Integration with other systems, as well as customization, may be beneficial within the context of the specific work set."
"Cisco is not cheap, and this product is not the exception to the rule, but it is worth all the money paid."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The price of Cisco Telepresence is high, especially in Brazil. However, the quality of the product justifies the cost."
"We used high definition, 1080p, but again, it required license purchases. For example, with three licenses (TP licenses), each allowing one 1080p screen, if I had six participants, I'd need to lower the resolution to 720p or lower to accommodate more participants. More licenses meant more cost."
"I will rate the tool's pricing an eight out of ten."
"Cisco TelePresence license is expensive and should be reduced. There is only a cost for the license and it is annually."
"The pricing is expensive, therefore I rate it an eight out of ten."
"The price of Webex is in the middle range compared to the market."
"The charges attached to the subscriptions of the product are okay. There are no extra charges to be paid in addition to the standard licensing fees."
"I use the solution for free because I don't use the solution's enterprise version."
"The price should be improved significantly."
"I rate the platform's pricing a six out of ten."
"For me, there is no licensing fee."
"I am not aware of the pricing details."
"The tool's licensing is expensive, but it should be cheaper."
