Enhanced performance reviews with flexible goal setting and valuable employee feedback
I primarily use Cornerstone Performance for performance appraisals, year-end reviews, check-ins, and competency assessments. It's about managers and direct reports, employees meeting and discussing their progress on milestones, etc The tasks themselves, such as the performance reviews and…

Integrated employee data has improved HR coordination but reporting and interface still need work
The GUI of SAP SuccessFactors Learning is still not very good. The drop-downs are too limited. One thing I want to have is an advisory banner with highlighted font that employees can visibly see during login, but support indicated this cannot be done. I have already raised this request to the support team, and they mentioned that the same request has come from other companies.

"It is a stable solution."
"Cloud Solution enables accessing the system from the internet, with no need to be within the company network."
"The product offers a lot of information which we can share with systems."
"I like the product because it has logically synchronized modules."
"Proven track record as the Vendor and SI spend hundreds of hours developing, testing, and researching the system (this results in fewer bugs, threats, and a more functional system)."

Cons

"The competency assessment is not as flexible as the rest of the solution features. I would like more options for customization."
"SAP SuccessFactors Learning's e-learning portal has a very poor interface when compared to Cornerstone or PeopleFluent. It's a very basic interface, but I know that it has a very good foundation."
"I am not very impressed with SAP's customer service and support. I would rate them a five out of ten."
"SAP is involved in many areas, but they are not strong in its e-learning modules. I would not recommend SAP SuccessFactors Learning because receiving an e-learning license, is very expensive."
"The flexibility and user-friendliness of the user's front end can be improved."
"There is no portal within the tool for collaboration."
"The product's configuration process needs improvement."
"SuccessFactors Learning solely serves as a plain learning experience platform without any pre-existing content."
"The only drawback of the tool is that it is dependent on its database."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available

"The solution is really cheap."
"My company does have to make yearly payments towards the licensing costs of the solution. My company considers the solution to be worth its price, but we don't consider it to be a cheap solution."
"Compared to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors Learning is not an expensive solution."
"The solution is expensive, but it's a good product."
"The licensing cost for SAP SuccessFactors Learning is rather expensive, but it's not the only SAP tool my company uses in the suite, so it's very hard to compare prices."
"SAP SuccessFactors Learning is an on-premise solution, there is a one-time fee, which will be given by a company during the implementation. Additionally, there are support fees, which are annual."
"On a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive, I rate the solution's pricing a one out of ten."
