Work from anywhere and backup easily while being practical
I recommend Dropbox, yet not for all of the features it has. I am a basic user. In a personal mode, we have about 100 employees, and maybe 20 of them use Dropbox as a personal backup system. ShareFile is more secure than Dropbox. Five years ago, ShareFile was qualified as having better security control, access privilege management, and version control recovery, among many features that we were using for private documentation. Overall, I would rate Dropbox an eight out of ten.

Offers the most simplest and easiest UI to use
I would not like many changes in the tool, but I think the 15 GB space provided by Google Drive Enterprise needs to be increased to around 25 five GB, as it would be really helpful for users. These days, the resolution of pictures and everything else has been increased. If you take a picture from an iPhone, it could easily be of around seven to eight GB. Photos are memories that one would want to keep or store properly. I believe that it is not possible to save a lot of photos in Google Drive Enterprise since it only provides 15 GB to users. The product does not offer a bit more storage space for users, which makes it an area that needs to be considered for improvement.

Pros

"The search functionality and the ability to preview images are quite good."
"Setting up DropBox is straightforward, and one person can do it in less than five minutes."
"Irrespective of the geographical location that you are present in, and even if you don't have any storage devices, you can access your data and files with the help of Dropbox."
"What I like most about Dropbox is that it's very, very easy to use. It's also easy to share files through it."
"The solution provides great performance."
"It is definitely stable. The main advantage of Dropbox is that you can see the files, and you can easily share them with all the team members. They can be accessed by whoever you give access to, and it is all secure. Dropbox is a seamless product. It provides you the privacy that you're looking for. Privacy is a major factor for my company, and Dropbox provides you that."
"The solution is reliable and user-friendly."
"The features that I find most valuable are the ability to sync across devices, easily access/share files and organize them among myself and my team."
"It's very convenient for me. I used to work in a corporate setting with shared servers and workspaces."
"The solution is absolutely stable."
"For me, the most important feature is the option to save the documents and then access it from anywhere from a mobile or a desktop, or any other device."
"Compared to other solutions such as Microsoft, this solution offers faster synchronization."
"The most valuable feature of Google Drive Enterprise is storage and the mobile version. We can connect to Google Drive, on our Android phones and store all our documents, for later access at any time. It is a very flexible solution."
"Google Drive Enterprise has helped compile data in one spot."
"Accessing their services is simple, user-friendly, and does not require a lot of technology."
"I find it valuable to have access to my files from any location."

Cons

"The Security and privacy of this solution need improvement."
"For us, storage is an issue. The free version is too small in terms of the amount of storage on offer."
"2 Gb of free space and then a not so cheap subscription (also if the competitors have similar proposals for customers)."
"DropBox is a little more complicated to scale up than OneDrive. It isn't as seamless to scale up storage or change the number of users. We have two or three users in Mumbai, and we don't plan to add more."
"The interface could have bigger buttons."
"The search could be made more intuitive."
"If someone manages a large amount of data, they will need more storage, which they must purchase."
"Improve the ease of use. Sometimes, occasional users struggle to login again and access documents."
"Google Drive could offer more free storage."
"It would be ideal if they could offer more GBs for free. Offering 15GBs is too small."
"The solution's capacity could be increased to store more documents."
"The free storage amount should improve in Google Drive Enterprise. They only provide a small amount of storage."
"The product’s document management and automation features are very limited."
"I would like better security because I use Google Drive to store some personal documents, It would be nice if I could password protect some files."
"One problem I face is that online storage capacity is limited these days."
"There are still many restrictions on what the solution can do on the GenAI front, and much work needs to be done there."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The amount of free space they provide is sufficient for me. However, if you want more space I don't believe is very expensive."
"I find their pricing to be fairly standard and competitive when compared to the rest of the market."
"The subscription could be cheaper."
"I am using the free version of the solution."
"You pay as you go, which is a good thing. There is a monthly fee, and you can also pay annually. This flexibility makes the subscription easier and affordable for some of us. I prefer yearly pricing, which is also slightly cheaper than monthly pricing."
"The solution is purchased on a subscription basis, and there are purchasing options. If you purchase annually there is a discount."
"I was using the free version of the product."
"My company makes monthly payments towards the licensing charges associated with the product. I think it's a reasonably priced product."
"I use the free version."
"We pay a monthly licensing fee for the solution."
"If you need extra storage for the product, then you need to make certain payments towards the product's licensing charges."
"I am using the free version."
"The solution has a subscription-based license."
"I use the free version of the product."
"I have evaluated Amazon AWS and IBM solutions. Amazon AWS has competitive prices for cloud storage and backups."
"The tool is a bit expensive."
