Enables management of multiple operating systems with a single license
The best feature is that it's a Microsoft product, so if anything goes wrong, we get quick support for anything required. Remote system functionality allows us to sit anywhere and take control of any device via remote management. We can enhance security for clients' laptops with built-in Microsoft Defender, which is available with the Microsoft Intune license. We use it for reporting purposes through endpoint analytics. When pushing scripting, there are two types available: remediation script and reservation script. Through endpoint analytics, you can push defender policies to clients. It helps with reporting, inventory updates, and monitoring tenant status health.

Accessing multiple PCs from remote locations is easy and reliable with this solution
The solution works very well, I do not have any problem with it at all. The only problem is they have more than tripled their price in the last three years over what they used to charge. A price reduction would probably be warranted as I am not getting three times the service. My husband uses it too and he agrees that a price reduction would be the only thing he would be looking for. The vendor more than tripled the price in the last three years — so it has doubled and then doubled again. They have just kind of gone through the roof when it comes to pricing and I think that they are justifying that because of the demand.

Remote support has improved productivity and saves onsite visits through fast issue resolution
TeamViewer Business provides a fast and secure connection along with a reliable chat feature for a smooth support section. I also appreciate the monitoring and asset management capability, which enhances the remote access experience for my team and me. TeamViewer Business provides seamless communication capability, which includes a variety of options such as chat, call, and video that enhance interaction with our remote clients. TeamViewer Business has been really helpful in my organization, where we are able to troubleshoot any issue our clients have and resolve it as quickly as possible. It enables me to fix the problem faster. If a customer's screen is not working or a glitch happens, I can simply share their screen into my screen through TeamViewer Business and rectify the issue rather than asking them to describe the problem via email. This saves a lot of time and is helpful for our customers who are buying our products. The best features TeamViewer Business offers include seamless communication, efficient remote access, and fast and secure connection.

"The technical support is good."
"The solution is very quick to set up."
"I can do anything from a remote desktop as if I were sitting at my own PC."
"The installation is almost instant."
"The implementation is quite straightforward."
"The most valuable feature of the solution is that it is very fast. The file transfer from remote machines to my machine or from my machine to the remote machine works well."
"TeamViewer Business does a lot in the enterprise part and has many features that can be used in big organizations, and it is able to assist on the network side, monitoring, security side, and remote side, making it a good platform and solution to use."
"TeamViewer Business has positively impacted our organization by reducing the time of the TAT for resolving issues for end users, which has really helped us."
"This is a unique solution that is very easy to install."
"TeamViewer is stable."
"The most valuable feature of TeamViewer is its ease of use."
"It is easy to use and has a pretty good UI."

Cons

"Could benefit from user having more control over devices."
"Microsoft needs to enhance device-level security, as sometimes when using Microsoft Intune, the device's operating system becomes stuck and requires a full uninstall to remove the Intune bug."
"It doesn't economize when you scale up. We have over 14,000 employees, and we have between 7,500 and 8,000 city-owned or personal devices being used to conduct city business. Its price can be improved. It is not a cheap solution."
"The configuration could be better by consolidating options and making it simpler."
"Microsoft Intune could improve by being more user-friendly and having it geared toward device management. The graphic interface is not very good."
"It would be interesting to integrate the server side of Intune. Some group policy updates we have on the Windows Server side and possibly some on the client side could also be included."
"Additional application deployment options e.g. MSI deployment with more complex parameters or additional side-by-side files, and non-MSI deployment options."
"At this time, I do not have any areas for improvement. I have heard about some downtime, but I am not in the local IT team."
"The pricing has tripled in a small amount of time and there is not three times better service."
"If the PC is hung then it requires a reboot."
"Integration could be improved. I'd prefer if the solution could integrate with our support and report tools as well as our timesheet reporting."
"TeamViewer can improve connectivity. I had some problems connecting to my clients and now I use AnyDesk."
"It's pretty limited on the options they have."
"We'd like to be able to work from mobile to desktop and vice versa. We'd like more mobility."
"TeamViewer could be more secure."
"Sometimes it lags."
"It would be very helpful if they could provide a manual for the installation process and describe more of their features."
"If you had to teach someone how TeamViewer Business works, especially because I am speaking in a sense that I am using it on an engineer level, it would be a bit difficult to get accustomed to some of the settings, especially with the new experience."
"It would be beneficial to have group functionalities to separate access when many consultants want to access different departments or clients at the same time."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It is expensive. The cost depends on the license that we choose."
"Intune's pricing is competitive. For example, the license of Blackberry's Enterprise Mobility Suite was costly, but Intune is affordable. It is included as an additional feature when you buy security enhancements for your organization. For example, let's say I have fifty users in my organization and all of them are using Microsoft cloud services, like Teams, Office 365, and OneDrive."
"The pricing for Intune and the competitor products are all within the same range, there is no true advantage when it comes to cost."
"The cost of the license and the features are justified for myself as a technical person."
"Even if they charge a premium, they aim to provide equal value."
"Cost is not my department, but the product is included in the E5 license that we already pay for every user, so no additional cost is incurred."
"We work with the subscription rather than a server license. I think it's economical this way because we don't have to have a server license for that, and I think that works in our favor."
"The pricing is inherently reasonable, as Microsoft leverages market insights to maintain the total cost of ownership at around ninety to ninety-five percent of what would be incurred in an on-premise scenario."
"We pay approximately 2,000 Euros a year for the solution. The licensing is all-inclusive; you don't have to pay for extra add-ons or services."
"It was cheap and now it is comparably expensive. It costs me $484 to use the solution with just two physical PCs."
"The price of the license could be less expensive."
"The solution has a pilot feature that is expensive. The overall price of the solution can be cheaper."
"TeamViewer has multiple licensing options."
"TeamViewer was willing to give us a one-year package. Whereas, a lot of the other companies that we explored were paid by the month or quarter. It's just easier for our finance people at the college if we can make a one-time yearly payment."
"It does what I need it to do but I think it's expensive. It wasn't easy for me to get approval from the company to get it... It's costing us about $700 a year, per license."
"There is a free and paid version of this solution. I am currently using the free version."
"We are using the standard free version of TeamViewer."
"The version of the solution we are using is free."
