Sentiment score
6.8
Microsoft Dynamics CRM enhances operations, boosting efficiency and ROI, despite high costs, with benefits varying by industry and implementation.
We do not need to manually update tasks since automations are configured to trigger and update the status automatically when specific conditions are met, thus saving both time and money on configurations.

Room For Improvement

LeadSquared requires user interface improvements, enhanced integrations, simplified analytics, reliable automation, seamless vendor integration, and faster support.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is complex, requiring customization, with slow support, costly pricing, and needing improved user-friendliness and integration.
I think we have workflows, but they are lacking compared to platforms such as GHL and others.
Gtm Operator, Lead Generator at 404Minds Technologies
Improving the Converse feature, which is currently complex, will impact costing; however, if Converse is implemented, there would be no need to associate with other life or chatbots.
Senior Manager- Admissions at Sector 125
It would be great if LeadSquared allowed hosting a complete website with front-end UI/UX integration alongside the CRM.
Growth Associate at a educational organization with 11-50 employees
More use-case-oriented material should be provided to help users and implementers learn how to do more, faster.
CISO at a financial services firm with 501-1,000 employees
Microsoft Dynamics CRM needs improvement in simplifying the setup and configuration process, which can be relatively complex when we want all features to work properly.
Head of Digital Transformation at Simplified Consulting
Microsoft Dynamics CRM doesn't provide solutions that allow you to transform easily if you have a heterogeneous mix of technologies or if your contact center is on analog and you try to digitize it.
Chief Digital Officer at Cipher7

Setup Cost

LeadSquared is cost-effective with annual user-based licensing, suitable for small to medium businesses; larger firms consider alternatives.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM pricing ranges from $50-$115/user monthly, competitive with Salesforce, yet complex for small businesses.
Compared to other top-niche products, they are less, and it is good.
Associate Technology Consultant at a tech vendor with 10,001+ employees
The pricing was good; we negotiated, and since we are a small business, he understood our needs and provided good pricing.
Gtm Operator, Lead Generator at 404Minds Technologies
However, the basic problem with LeadSquared is that they tend to project pricing on the higher side and want to compensate by getting clients to take additional services that are required.
Senior Manager- Admissions at Sector 125
When we compare it to SAP or something like that, Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a very affordable solution.
Principal Consultant at Systems Limited
The pricing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM can be complex due to Microsoft's complicated licensing model.
CISO at a financial services firm with 501-1,000 employees
Microsoft Dynamics CRM costs about $110 to $115 per user per month, following a recent price increase.
Head of Digital Transformation at Simplified Consulting

Automation has transformed admissions follow-up and now drives higher lead-to-fee conversions
LeadSquared can be improved on various parameters. The platform should onboard various other vendors, such as a voice bot, which is a crucial requirement in the current market. LeadSquared is currently in the development phase of a voice bot, which is essential for connecting with prospective leads in a short duration. Improving the Converse feature, which is currently complex, will impact costing; however, if Converse is implemented, there would be no need to associate with other life or chatbots. Converse would suffice the requirement for voice and chatbots, and the voice AI could also replace the voice bot currently sought in the market. Regarding reporting, it has become easier with the new UI platform, but the reporting section can still be improved by providing an easier view for the analytics section. The current setup is slightly complex for a normal sales user to access and understand reports pulled from LeadSquared. The analytics section needs improvement, and there are filters that also require work. Triggering the number of leads that have not been connected after multiple dialing attempts requires multiple combinations through advanced filter options to pull out that data, which is complex for sales users. Certain tabs based on customer requirements and customization should become more accessible for the calling team to help them achieve connected call goals.

Has enabled seamless integration across platforms while supporting advanced analytics for customer insights
Microsoft Dynamics CRM doesn't provide solutions that allow you to transform easily if you have a heterogeneous mix of technologies or if your contact center is on analog and you try to digitize it. A lot of custom work is needed if you have to integrate heterogeneous technologies with the Microsoft suite, but if you are using the Microsoft suite, then it's quite seamless. Microsoft Dynamics CRM should add commercial models that allow smaller companies to use it because it can get pretty expensive. Better commercial options for smaller implementations may be helpful. There should be commercial options for smaller companies, as the overheads and costs of Dynamics can be quite high.
