User-friendly solution with good blocking
I mainly use Security Premium as an antivirus.  Security Premium's best features are blocking, notifications, and the user interface. Security Premium's cost could be lower. I've been using Security Premium for a year. Security Premium is stable - I haven't faced any issues or bugs while using…

Balanced endpoint protection has improved forensic visibility and speeds threat investigation
I think there's always something that needs to be improved about WatchGuard EPDR, but I don't have something specific to say that you should do this or that. They are listening to the users, so they are fixing things as they've been found. I don't have any example to give. The pricing is always a thing where you need to be in the line that the balance to get it right is a challenging thing with WatchGuard EPDR. If you have good features, then you can have a little bigger price, but if you just get the balance right, that's important. I haven't used automated incident response in WatchGuard EPDR.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"I'm convinced that Symantec and Norton are the leaders, they know what they are doing, they cover all functionalities of spam, virus, and malware protection, etc."
"The dashboard is good."
"In general, technical support has been helpful."
"The ransomware protection that they have now is worth considering."
"We like how it can check for issues, including files and web browsers, as it is a full-stack solution for antivirus for personal use and it is pretty effective."
"Flexible antivirus and antimalware software. It also provides protection against ransomware. It's flexible, easy to handle, scalable, and stable."
"The internet security was a plus, and it's pretty good."
"The product is called Norton 360 all-in-one. It is a full product."
"The deployment of Panda Security Adaptive Defense is easy and convenient."
"The product so far has been good at protecting us. We haven't faced a breach."
"We have control over our devices, specifically USB ports, allowing us to block or control the traffic."
"The detection capabilities for malicious activities are effective."
"What I appreciate the most about WatchGuard EPDR is that with the managed detection and response system, when there is an alert about the product running, the turnaround time for enabling it is less than two hours."
"Their remote management (RMM) is very good."
"It offers an easy initial setup."
"I would give the overall solution a rating of ten out of ten."

Cons

"Security Premium's cost could be lower."
"Having a dashboard that shows the different functions of Norton Security Premium can convince end users that the software is more than just an antivirus solution. This product offers several features, but end users think that it's just one out of the box solution, because the different functions are not explained in detail."
"The only problem with Norton Antivirus is that it consumes a lot of resources like CPU and memory in the background. Whenever it's scanning, my laptop becomes very slow, and the worst part is you cannot do anything about it. As this product is secured by my local IT team, you cannot even kill that process, and that's what I've felt about many other antivirus solutions. I'm using McAfee for personal use, and I have the same problem."
"The only problem with Norton Antivirus is that it consumes a lot of resources like CPU and memory in the background."
"As far as improvement to the product, perhaps the price could be better."
"The product could always be more secure."
"The product is an antivirus, it should be updated automatically when needed."
"During scanning, sometimes, there is a heavy load on the workstation. This needs to be improved."
"It needs some improvements in the DNS security feature. Currently, it does not have full DNS security."
"Their MacOS support isn't that good."
"Either conclusion means we will have either false positives or false negatives."
"Only the DNS filtering part could be improved, and nothing else apart from this needs correction."
"This solution can't scale how we like."
"Occasionally, we suffer from little bugs that give us the wrong message."
"I would rate Panda Adaptive Defense 360 overall eight points because I still try to find another solution that is easier for me, which can provide what I currently have in Panda Adaptive Defense 360."
"It is hard to install and deploy on a Linux operating system."

"As I have been a long-time customer, I was given a fair price of $49.95 per month for the first four to six months."
"Security Premium is highly-priced."
"The licensing fee for this solution is not expensive."
"Security Premium costs around US$100 for three years, which is a little expensive."
"If they could come down in price that would be good. It's not exactly the lowest."
"We have a yearly license, and each license is around 20 or 30 Jordanian Dinars plus taxes."
"Customers need to pay monthly licensing costs for Panda Security Adaptive Defense, which is not expensive."

"The solution's pricing is better compared to other products."
"The price is excellent."
"I don't think Panda's license is too expensive, but they're charging more than it's worth. It's a yearly license. For 1,000 endpoints, it's around $18,000."
"Panda is cloud-only and comes at a reasonable cost. It is a set price per seat."
