Enables management of multiple operating systems with a single license
The best feature is that it's a Microsoft product, so if anything goes wrong, we get quick support for anything required. Remote system functionality allows us to sit anywhere and take control of any device via remote management. We can enhance security for clients' laptops with built-in Microsoft Defender, which is available with the Microsoft Intune license. We use it for reporting purposes through endpoint analytics. When pushing scripting, there are two types available: remediation script and reservation script. Through endpoint analytics, you can push defender policies to clients. It helps with reporting, inventory updates, and monitoring tenant status health.

Helpful impact analysis and the discovery capability is quite good
This tool works hand-in-hand with RPA technology. RPA will allow you to control your servers by deploying the server automation agent. You don't have the discovery, but then you can deploy the policies that maintain the authorized versus current state. On top of that, you can use server automation to deploy patches or remediate configuration issues on the operating system. My advice to anybody who is implementing this solution is to ensure that the process is set up properly, first. Once the process is set up, the tool will do the rest for you. Overall, this is a comprehensive tool that works well, and I wouldn't touch it other than to enhance the UI and make containerization work without the CDF. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.

Though the initial setup phase is straightforward, its stability needs to improve
The solution's initial setup is straightforward. The deployment process took me around ten minutes to fifteen minutes. I can do the configuration. Setting up Eureka Servers and all those things, it will take three-four hours. For deployment, you need to add Spring Cloud plugin to a manual, and then you can start to build, and it will be built. It is not complex, so it is very straightforward since one just needs to add the plugin. Spring Cloud is a component. It is not a, like, tool or software since it is a free cloud, for which a Eureka Server is needed for configuration. So, it is a dependency you need to add to your Maven. Then, you can work on that. So, it will not take much time for engineers to do that.

Cons

"I'm still playing around with it and haven't had any issues with the product yet, but support can definitely be improved."
"Sometimes, updating a client policy is very difficult. This needs to be improved."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The purchase of the product was handled by someone else."
"The pricing is competitive, but it is not cheap."

"I liked the tool's pricing until P2 came into effect. I am unsure about the current value versus the cost of the new licensing model."
"It is not a cheap solution. The price for a device when you start using it at a large scale can be improved. It is covered under our enterprise agreement. We pay once a year. I am not aware of any additional costs."
"The price of Intune is included with the license for Office 365, so we don't have to pay anything extra for it."
"It's reasonable. They're not giving it away, but it's reasonable."
"This is a really good tool for the money."
"Currently, we are not required to pay for licenses."
"It is an open-source or free version solution. It also has a paid version, but we have used the open-source version for now."
"Spring Cloud is an open-source solution."
