Great reporting and customizations with good reliability
A lot of the improvement is not so much the product as it is how it's deployed; it's about mapping against what you need to improve your processes, whether it's the Kofax kind of shows in the IDP. You've got process orchestration, extraction and robotic process automation, process orchestration, and then mobile. Tracking what you need out of those, either all five together or one of those separated out, is usually what's more critical. They do add capabilities to the tool. However, from our perspective as a consulting organization, the real key is whether you are getting the data you need to improve your process or if your reporting is not providing you with the desired information you need to improve your processes. If there's any negative, it's just the different names, the branding names that the product's gone through. It's confusing.

A stable solution with a comparison feature that helps people to understand and visualize the impact of a particular task
UiPath Process Mining is as lightweight a tool as it is new. It's not able to handle a lot of logs in one go at high speed. The solution's speed is fairly good, but it should be further increased to make it more powerful to process large amounts of logs. Logs should be as much as possible. We have taken one year's and sometimes two years' logs to understand the behavior. We are not here solving small problems because a lot of money is invested. I have observed that handling a large amount of logs slows down the solution's performance. This area is improving because we are now observing a new version of UiPath Process Mining with improved speed. As a developer, I'll be happy to see that happening more quickly, and I am sure the solution is heading there.

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"Licensing costs for UiPath are very reasonable, in my opinion."
"It is very expensive."
"We pay yearly, and I believe a support fee is paid monthly."
"It's reasonable. It provides you with all the basic features that somebody would expect."
"Our licensing for UiPath Process Mining and the various tools such as Studio Orchestrator is all paid for on an annual basis. However, with the Document Understanding feature, the licensing is per page. So if we're going to read some 20,000-30,000 pages, that becomes one separate licensing stack."
"There is an annual subscription. It could be cheaper in my opinion, but it is still more affordable than other OEMs. This solution probably would not be ideal for people in the startup environment."
"Compared to other solutions such as Power Automate, UiPath is significantly more expensive, with its pro plan starting at $420 per month."
"UiPath Process Mining is a bit overpriced for someone considering the solution without knowing for sure whether it will help them."
