Provides long-term configuration flexibility and support while facing ongoing hardware reliability issues
Pros and Cons
  • "Calling tech support is quick and easy, and I can get it fixed whenever I need it to."
  • "Dell Enterprise Laptops could be improved with better quality assurance and quality control."

What is our primary use case?

My main use cases include office applications, primarily Office 365 applications. We spec the laptops accordingly to the user's needs, so they pretty much keep up with the user and are application-based from the time we give them.

What is most valuable?

The feature I like the most is tech support. Calling tech support is quick and easy, and I can get it fixed whenever I need it to. Having this laptop improves my company overall by providing more features available when it's configured, offering more flexibility in the configuration of features.

What needs improvement?

Dell Enterprise Laptops could be improved with better quality assurance and quality control.

I found issues with this current laptop I'm using. When I tilt it 15 degrees, the screen goes blank, and I have to close it and reopen it for it to come back on. It goes to sleep, and I've checked several times that it doesn't seem to be a Windows setting; it may be something internal. Other models we have experience issues where the camera disappears in the middle of a Zoom meeting, and you have to reboot or reinstall the camera completely. We have other issues where it would stop charging from all Thunderbolt ports, and we either have to have the motherboard changed or change certain power settings in the BIOS. Quality assurance or quality control could be improved.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dell Enterprise Laptops, specifically this Pro model, for four years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Regarding stability and reliability, I wouldn't say I've experienced performance issues, but I have experienced crashes. I've noted cameras disappearing in the middle of a Zoom or Teams meeting, or the laptop going to sleep if you simply pick it up from your desk or try to move it. There are certain quirks, or it stops charging once you take it off the docking station and try to plug it back in. We've had these quirks over the last six years that we've had to find peculiar workarounds for.

How are customer service and support?

ProSupport Plus technical support is usually pretty accommodating. You never have to stay on hold, and the technician will take ownership of the case throughout, which is what they do for the premium support. We also have TechDirect, so it's pretty simple to get parts as we need them, and overall, support is fine.

I would rate the technical support between an eight and a nine. We have looked at other brands, but for technical support in terms of global reach, Dell usually gives us better technical support overall. This applies regardless of whether you're in Brazil, Poland, or some other places where we've had issues.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have not considered other brands before choosing Dell Enterprise Laptops.

What was our ROI?

The biggest return on investment when using this laptop in my company is the extended lifespan. It gives us a longer, durable lifespan compared to other models. Other features, such as the Core i5, might give us three years of usable life, while the Core i9 will give us five years of usable life, providing extended life.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with the pricing, setup costs, and licensing for these computers is that pricing is pretty competitive. For setup costs, we do set up ourselves, so there's no cost on Dell's end for the setup.

What other advice do I have?

My advice to other companies that are thinking of getting Dell laptops for themselves is to do the try-and-buys before you get them. Other than the quality assurance, it hasn't let me down. I would rate this review as a six overall.

Portability has supported remote collaboration while better device insights are still needed
Pros and Cons
  • "The benefits we have realized from using Dell Enterprise Laptops compared to others relate to stability, as we have compared the main brands, which are HP and Lenovo, and found Dell to be the easiest to manage, the easiest to obtain support for, and the most stable in use."
  • "When considering ways Dell Enterprise Laptops could be better, one area that would be helpful is gaining more insights into the laptop's health and battery health."

What is our primary use case?

Dell Enterprise Laptops serve as the primary solution for our entire company across every department. We have departments ranging from finance to HR, as well as field-based teams including our mechanics and personnel working on-site.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable features of Dell Enterprise Laptops for us emerged during the Corona period when we needed to work anytime and anywhere, which represented a significant shift for us from VMware Horizon thin clients to laptops.

Portability is the main reason we can collaborate effectively with Teams and conduct video chats. Portability was crucial during the pandemic, as it allowed remote work and collaboration using video chat and similar functionalities.

What needs improvement?

When considering ways Dell Enterprise Laptops could be better, one area that would be helpful is gaining more insights into the laptop's health and battery health. I know HP has done this considerably better than Dell at this moment. Obtaining more insights would allow us to be proactive—for example, if a laptop is running low on battery, we could proactively change the battery or replace the laptop before issues arise.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The benefits we have realized from using Dell Enterprise Laptops compared to others relate to stability. We have compared the main brands, which are HP and Lenovo, and Dell has been the easiest to manage, the easiest to obtain support for, and the most stable in use.

How are customer service and support?

My evaluation of Dell's support on a scale of one to ten is an eight. I rate it an eight and not a ten because it comes with a price, and for our company where we have internal customers close to us, Dell support does not provide significant benefit when we can simply ask our customers to come in to exchange a laptop. However, when I worked at a multinational company, I saw real benefit in having an engineer visit the next day to replace hardware when issues occurred.

Currently, we do not use Dell support; we have the carry-in or carry-out service, which is the lowest support level available on our laptops. We chose this option because it is cheaper to maintain spare laptops on our shelves to address issues as they arise.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

What was our ROI?

We have realized a return on our investment into Dell Enterprise Laptops.

We replace our hardware and laptops within three years, and after three years, we work with a company that handles this for the community. We are always looking for environmentally-friendly options for this process.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with the pricing, setup costs, and licensing of Dell Enterprise Laptops is that the pricing could be better if we had quotations from other brands to compare against it. I am not saying that Dell is more expensive, but I believe it could be cheaper with some comparison shopping. However, we are embedded in the Dell ecosystem with Dell docking stations and Dell monitors, and we see that Dell handles integration with these accessories better than HP or Lenovo laptops do.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

The brands we have considered are HP and Lenovo.

What other advice do I have?

We are currently using the Latitude 5550 and the Dell Pro 16 models of Dell Enterprise Laptops.

We use Dell Enterprise Laptops with Intel inside. The Intel processor we use is the i5, though I am uncertain of the generation—I believe it is the recent one, possibly the 13th generation. The way Intel processors handle our workloads compared to what I expected is satisfactory. We have never compared Intel with AMD processors, so I cannot determine if there is a significant difference. In the past, Intel has been the most stable option for us when used with software applications such as Adobe Suite and AutoCAD that require substantial processing power for workstation tasks.

When we purchase new laptops or refresh existing ones, the Intel processor is always a consideration.

I would rate Dell Enterprise Laptops on a scale of one to ten as a seven or an eight because of the stability and manageability they provide. I believe HP is coming close to Dell's performance. Dell Enterprise Laptops need to reach a ten somehow.

My overall rating for this review is seven out of ten.

Reliability has supported nationwide tech access and consistent performance in consulting work
Pros and Cons
  • "The best features of Dell Enterprise Laptops are the reliability; it has never failed me one time when having to do a presentation or having to do a lot of statistical analyses that often use up a lot of compute power."
  • "As far as appearance, a little bit of a splash of color might be helpful on Dell Enterprise Laptops; perhaps a different form factor that might distinguish it from other competing brands might be helpful in bringing in a new set of customers."

What is our primary use case?

I am using Dell Enterprise Laptops mostly for consulting work and giving some of our clients and their customers access to technology when sometimes they don't have easy access to laptops.

In a recent project, we did a decision-making analysis on possible expansion sites, and we presented all of our docs using Dell Enterprise Laptops.

What is most valuable?

The best features of Dell Enterprise Laptops are the reliability; it has never failed me one time when having to do a presentation or having to do a lot of statistical analyses that often use up a lot of compute power.

When doing heavy statistical analyses, battery life is pretty consistent and on the higher range of performance, so I am quite pleased with that. This would also be aligned with speed. Processing speed has been quite nice.

The build quality on Dell Enterprise Laptops has improved from when I was using it in high school. It is still sleek, lightweight, the display is super clear, and it gives me confidence that it is going to be around for a while. I can trust the hardware to perform all of the tasks that I need.

In general, Dell Enterprise Laptops have positively impacted my organization; it was a very cost-effective way to give access to its user base, which would be a lot of emerging technologists from various areas of the country and to have Dell Enterprise Laptops be there as a reliable piece of technology for them to use whenever they need it has been pretty vital.

What needs improvement?

As far as appearance, a little bit of a splash of color might be helpful on Dell Enterprise Laptops; perhaps a different form factor that might distinguish it from other competing brands might be helpful in bringing in a new set of customers.

Access to a lot of pre-installed software on Dell Enterprise Laptops might be beneficial; in the mid to late 90s and early 2000s, you had a lot of bundles that were already built into the hardware, so going back to that model would be super efficient for us.

I actually think Dell Enterprise Laptops should be marketed a little bit better; I think we all know who one of the leaders are, and they are great at marketing, and I think some more creative ways to market Dell Enterprise Laptops might be helpful.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dell Enterprise Laptops for about 10 years through one of our biggest clients.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Dell Enterprise Laptops are stable.

This is a sign of the reliability of Dell Enterprise Laptops; we have never had to call customer support, and that is a good sign.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Dell Enterprise Laptops are fairly scalable.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I did not use a different solution.

I did not evaluate other options before choosing Dell Enterprise Laptops.

How was the initial setup?

While I was not the purchasing manager on this one, I do get secondhand feedback that as far as pricing was concerned for Dell Enterprise Laptops, especially for a nonprofit, it was a great deal.

I don't have exact numbers. However, when it comes to growing nonprofits, this client was able to disperse laptops across the nation using four staff members max, and that is pretty efficient in terms of getting technology into the hands of emerging technologists.

What other advice do I have?

I think the advice I would give to others looking into using Dell Enterprise Laptops is don't think of Dell Enterprise Laptops in terms of old tech; they are integrating a lot of newer features and have partnered with some of the biggest chip companies in the world, so their current lineup in terms of technology is very solid. I rated this product an 8 out of 10.

Provides reliable performance for daily business tasks and supports demanding applications with helpful monthly updates
Pros and Cons
  • "The specific features of Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops that I appreciate the most include Windows 11, whereas previously we used the Latitude 7400 and 7330 models running Windows 10."
  • "Currently, I observe that most companies are using Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops, which I find excellent, very handy, and lightweight."
  • "Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops can be improved with hardware recycling."
  • "Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops can be improved with hardware recycling."

What is our primary use case?

The primary use case for Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops is to provide them to users to log in and use them for day-to-day activities including working on the SAP application, invoicing, and all other business tasks.

What is most valuable?

The specific features of Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops that I appreciate the most include Windows 11, whereas previously we used the Latitude 7400 and 7330 models running Windows 10

I observe that the latest hardware on the Dell 14 Pro and 5450 models is excellent, with good compatibility and graphics that support large Excel files and PowerPoint presentations. We have seen several benefits from using these laptops as we continue working.

What needs improvement?

Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops can be improved with hardware recycling. They mentioned the Dell TechDirect portal, which allows us to return the laptops for a systematic process of data wiping and hardware cleaning. I would suggest improvements in the TPS and perhaps a bigger fan size to keep the laptop cool, which would help the end-user work more comfortably, especially with high-end graphic applications such as AutoCAD.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have nine years of experience in my current field.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Regarding the stability and reliability of Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops, performance issues are very specific. If I run a high-end application such as AutoCAD on a normal standard laptop, I may observe performance issues, and crashes can occur if the laptop is dropped.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops scale effectively with the growing needs of my company, as our entire organization globally uses only Dell products, both desktops and laptops.

How are customer service and support?

I evaluate Dell support very positively, rating them a nine or ten out of ten. They provide informative guidance through the process. If hardware cannot be fixed, they replace it straight away, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently. Compared to other vendors, Dell support stands out.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before choosing Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops, I worked with HP, Lenovo, and occasionally used Mac. Currently, I observe that most companies are using Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops, which I find excellent, very handy, and lightweight.

What was our ROI?

Every laptop has only a three-year cycle; after that, it can be used personally or returned to Dell. If it's in good usable condition, we can get credits back, which helps us order another laptop to offset the cost.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup costs, and licensing of Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops depends on the country, as the same laptop I get in Ireland would have a different cost than in Switzerland, Germany, or the Netherlands. The price difference is minimal, just a few dollars.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

When comparing Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops to HP and Macs, it has been years since I worked with HP, so I cannot comment on their latest technology. I feel comfortable working with Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops because they provide many updates each month, making it convenient for users to keep their laptops current.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops an eight out of ten, as I focus more on basic applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web applications for Intune administration or the Azure portal, finding them sufficient for my needs.

Disclosure: My company does not have a business relationship with this vendor other than being a customer.

Enables running of AI models locally with GPU support and reduce cloud costs
Pros and Cons
  • "The feature I appreciate the most about the new system is that there is a GPU for running AI models."
  • "The feature I appreciate the most about the new system is that there is a GPU for running AI models, and I thought I might play with it."
  • "Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops heats significantly."
  • "Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops heats significantly; when I operate it normally, it gets extremely hot."

What is our primary use case?

I use the G16 7030 model.

What is most valuable?

The feature I appreciate the most about the new system is that there is a GPU for running AI models, and I thought I might play with it. I might play games. I suppose I'm too old to play games, so I'm just going to use the GPU.

What needs improvement?

Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops heats significantly; when I operate it normally, it gets extremely hot. I found out last week that I can download Alienware software for thermal control and switch it to another setting. It was either battery or balanced; now it's balanced.

Other than the heating, another negative aspect about Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops is that the transformer is huge, apparently because it's a gaming laptop, and I need it. I saw a YouTube video of a guy explaining how to reduce the heat; he was very excited about this 1,000-watt transformer.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops for four months.

How are customer service and support?

I used customer service before buying. It's very complicated to buy from the site, especially with the refurbished ones as there are very few. You wait one day, and it's gone. They have inconsistent policies about sending to hotels; some representatives say they can't, while others say they can.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I chose Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops since I had Dell before for nine years and it never broke; I didn't need to fix it.

I needed to decide between Mac and Dell, ultimately choosing Dell, hopefully correctly. I'm still not sure if I made the right choice between a Mac and Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops. Macs are more compact and probably have more battery life, and every YouTuber in the field, everyone I know, has a Mac, so I'm not sure.

What was our ROI?

I see a little return on investment as I'm running a model that I had to pay for if I ran it in the cloud, about $100 for now since I can run a small model, not a big one.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I bought a refurbished one from the Dell website in the States, and it was a good price at about $1,000. Compared to here, it's a good price, and I didn't see anything wrong with the refurbished unit. There are levels of refurbished, so this was the higher level, the highest level even, and it seems new.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend that users install the thermal control software and definitely set it to balance. I'm not sure what settings it was by default, however, when you switch to performance, it tells you that once you do it, the laptop won't be in warranty or something. That's part of the normal settings, so that's unusual.

I rate Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops eight out of ten.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Has supported business operations with reliable access to essential applications and responsive service
Pros and Cons
  • "Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops can provide the product more easily because they have it in their stock, and I usually find them of good quality."
  • "I think Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops can be improved with fewer issues, better hardware, and good service."

What is our primary use case?

My main use cases for Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops are for business applications, especially email, Office, SAP, and some other applications for the company.

What is most valuable?

We have a good price for Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops because we have an agreement with Dell as a global company, so we have the same price.

What needs improvement?

I think Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops can be improved with fewer issues, better hardware, and good service.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops for three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I assess the stability and reliability of Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops as fine; I have it in my office a few days after I order it.

How are customer service and support?

The issues were with something related to my system not uploading successfully. I don't even remember if it was an issue with the system or the hardware, but when I talked with Dell service, they assisted me, and I had no issues. I would rate their support as an eight. Their service is good. They call me back after some time and resolve the issue.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We used HP before and replaced it with Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops. The change from HP to Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops wasn't technical; it started with the Corona pandemic when HP had a lot of problems producing new products due to chip shortages, which is why our company made the switch.

What other advice do I have?

We choose Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops because it's our global decision. It's from our global company, and they have some agreement with Dell products, which is why we order these laptops. Regarding service, I didn't test the service because I didn't have any issues.

Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops can provide the product more easily because they have it in their stock. I usually find them of good quality. I have had an issue with one or two laptops in recent years, but they have solved it.

I rate Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops an eight out of ten.

Faster devices have boost productivity for experienced professionals working on intensive development tasks
Pros and Cons
  • "The most beneficial features of Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops for us are speed and compatibility."
  • "The most beneficial features of Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops for us are speed and compatibility, and we have benefited from these devices by maximizing productivity, as we only employ people with at least seven or eight years of experience."
  • "Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops could be improved as the Windows drivers do not always work smoothly with Dell systems, requiring Dell driver updates to prevent slowdowns."
  • "Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops could be improved as the Windows drivers do not always work smoothly with Dell systems, requiring Dell driver updates to prevent slowdowns."

What is our primary use case?

Our primary use cases for Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops are for team members who perform internet-based work, and we have a large number of Windows systems. Some team members also use them for coding with Docker and database work, which is why we need professional-grade devices.

What is most valuable?

The most beneficial features of Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops for us are speed and compatibility. We have benefited from these devices by maximizing productivity, as we only employ people with at least seven or eight years of experience. They are all highly skilled professionals, making the investment in faster laptops essential. This is particularly important because the coding work is quite intensive.

What needs improvement?

Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops could be improved as the Windows drivers do not always work smoothly with Dell systems, requiring Dell driver updates to prevent slowdowns. This is a common issue that needs addressing.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops for ten years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I assess the stability and reliability of Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops as satisfactory, except for the driver issues.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

These devices scale effectively with our organization's growing needs since we are fairly small. When we add another team member, we simply purchase another device.

How are customer service and support?

I have not been in contact with their support as we have not experienced any problems.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Negative

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I did not consider other solutions before selecting Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops.

How was the initial setup?

My experience with pricing, setup costs, and licensing was straightforward. Because we are quite small, they do not have a significant impact.

What was our ROI?

As a startup, I have not measured the return on investment for Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops as it would not be worthwhile at this stage.

What other advice do I have?

My advice to someone who is evaluating Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops is to focus on the efficiency of the employee rather than the cost of the laptop. It makes no sense to economize on a laptop when spending five, six, or ten times that amount on an employee.

I would rate Dell Enterprise Desktops and Laptops an eight out of ten. They work fast, however, occasionally seem slower than expected, and the driver issues can be problematic.

Premier login has simplified procurement while battery life and heat handling still need work
Pros and Cons
  • "I compare Dell with other vendors, and Dell is my preferred choice because of ease of use, easy to contact, and overall, they are working when I order them."
  • "The only issue I have is with batteries, but that is not Dell only. Computer batteries are not good."

What is our primary use case?

In addition to Dell Business Laptops, we are using Dell servers.

What is most valuable?

I appreciate the best features of Dell Business Laptops, particularly the Premier login that allows me to obtain pre-made quotes for what I need so I can quickly order them and have my ProSupport ready with it, making it easy to get help when something breaks down. That is one of the biggest parts.

When looking back at past years and going forward, the AI enhanced performance features such as noise cancellation, the quality webcams, and the fast boot time have helped influence productivity. The switch away from mechanical hard drives made a significant improvement. When webcams were added and repositioned to the top of the screen after being incorrectly placed below the screen during one phase, that was better. When Dell added the Windows Hello features with biometric face reading and fingerprint sensors for login, that was also really good.

What needs improvement?

The only issue I have is with batteries, but that is not Dell only. Computer batteries are not good. They are good in the beginning, but the lifespan declines too fast. When looking at more specific issues, the models with separate GPUs have heat handling that could be better in some of the models because they get too warm.

Regarding the pricing of Dell Business Laptops at the moment, the prices of computers and memories are too expensive right now. However, that is not only Dell's fault—it is the global market's fault. Overall, I think the computers are fairly priced regarding the global market. Of course, I think it would always be good if prices could come down a little so we can buy better equipment and use our money more effectively, but that is always a budget question. Inflation and the global market for computer parts are really bad at the moment. Raw memory and hard drives are out, so all the prices are going up, with price hikes of 70% on some parts.

We use a mix of different models at the moment, including the latest Dell Desktop Pro Max or something similar.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dell Business Laptops for around 10 years, on and off depending on where I was hired, and a big part of my professional years has been with Dell. There has been a little bit of HP and a little bit of Lenovo, but around that time with Dell computers.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I do not think that stability is a Dell issue. I think that is a Windows issue. We have lags, glitches, and downtimes when Windows is breaking things because they are sending updates that are not done and they are using AI to do all their coding at the moment. That is the frustrating part, not a Dell issue. Of course, when you order many computers, you will see hardware issues. Some have a bad hard drive, or some have bad memory, but then you call the support and they come out and fix it. That is good and not a long-term issue.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Dell Business Laptops are scalable. I can order them and I would give them a nine because the GPU cannot be scalable. That is the only thing.

How are customer service and support?

Overall, I would rate support for Dell Business Laptops an eight. It depends on the agent that you reach because some agents go hard by the script. I have been working with IT for 20 years and I do not want basic questions when I pay for ProSupport. I started my career in Dell support, so I know that you need to follow it sometimes, but you need to feel the customer. If it is a professional customer that has been working with IT, then maybe skip some of the easy questions that they will do in-house. That is why they are paying for ProSupport.

Using the TPM chips does influence our security posture in a positive way because we are using passwordless sign-in and using our pass keys, which is improving our security posture.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I compare Dell with other vendors, and Dell is my preferred choice because of ease of use, easy to contact, and overall, they are working when I order them. I have been having fewer issues with them, so that is why I prefer them.

How was the initial setup?

If everything goes good, then the initial setup with Dell Business Laptops is really easy because we are using Autopilot with our Windows machines. The laptop comes and I can give it to the end user and they can log in and then it is done because all my policies come out that way. I do not need to touch it.

It takes around one hour to get Dell Business Laptops up and running, but that is mainly because of Windows, not a Dell issue. That is a Windows thing because the policies and office packages are so slow to download.

What other advice do I have?

Dell Business Laptops allow for easy management by IT staff with no issues.

When everything in the Premier login is set up, then the ease of procurement in comparison with other brands is really easy. However, Dell has been having approximately five or six different account executives since I started at Karmenta, and that has affected my experience a little. I prefer a person to answer quickly and provide updates when I need to make changes and not have the hassle of going through three people before getting my purchase done. This is separate from all the problems with the global market at the moment. When it is working, it is working really good, but there are some small hiccups with the account executives at the moment.

My overall review rating for Dell Business Laptops is seven.
