The most valuable feature of Dell Business Laptops for me has to be the support features, so if it breaks, there's ProSupport at the back end. This means I can image the laptop from when they are, so if it crashes, I can image it back from when they stopped using it.

If I could improve Dell Business Laptops in any way, it would be the price point, but that's not Dell's fault, that's the market. However, the price point is the only thing, as moving from Lenovo to Dell, what I've grown to understand is that they try to make it as cheap as possible depending on the amount you're buying. Through learning about business use and these courses, I've understood that it's not really about the price point, just about how many I buy and how much I buy them for.

The only issues I've ever had are with blue screening, and since I've always used Dell, even in college, support has been very easy for me from the get-go.

The pricing of Dell Business Laptops themselves is a bit pricey, just because of AI, and they are a bit expensive, but because I work in engineering and construction, it means that they're easy to use.

We have specific definitions that prevent us from buying computers from Chinese companies or computers with Chinese components, which is a concern. In this regard, we do not have any problem with Dell, so we cannot buy Lenovo and must stick with the larger companies.

There is nothing about Dell Business Laptops that I think could be improved or additional features I would like to see in their next release; I think they are doing a great job.

Since deploying Dell Business Laptops, everything has been excellent; the only issue I encountered is that they use NVMe storage, and the longer storage capacity does not fit. Until now, what I was buying is the longer one, and now I had to replace the storage for some users because the longer one did not fit. There is space, but it is not adequate.

A big reason we use Dell Business Laptops is for our secure internet, which means we get them specially made with no Wi-Fi, no Bluetooth, and no camera, so they can go in secure areas and be perfectly compliant. That is the big one.

Since switching to these laptops, our end users experience that they run better than our HP counterparts. Our HPs are always breaking down, and our Dells do not really break down that much at all, so that would be the biggest advantage for us.

I believe Dell Business Laptops can be improved by renovating the touchpad. I am tired of the little square in the middle; I feel we should do a whole bottom strip so you do not have to be in that one spot. When you are in that one spot, you then have to click. I would like to have that expanded a little bit.

I know the Air Force has been using Dell for a lot of years, probably over twenty.

Since they use all those, we figured we would try some laptops because we do have a bunch of laptops still.
