We primarily use the solution for our virtual machines. We put all of our software infrastructure onto virtual machines, and then we use Google as the cloud for storage. We use all of our own solutions inside and not their services so that if we did want to move to another cloud, like AWS, we could do so easily.

The initial setup is very easy.

We like that the solution is always available, and it would be simple to migrate as needed. 

We chose Google for its ease of use and value for money.

It is stable.

The solution can scale. 

I can't think of any improvements off the top of my head. 

The solution could be a bit cheaper.

I've been using the solution for five years. 

There were some glitches in the system years ago. That has since been fixed. Now, it is stable. There are no bugs or glitches. It's of a very good standard. 

It is very scalable, and you need to pay for it if you want to expand. 

We've had to reach out to support in the past. I wasn't able to get help from Google directly. I found help using the user community. 

The solution is very straightforward to set up. It's not overly complex. 

The solution offers the best value for money.

This is a good solution. You'd get done what you need to get done. There are many alternative solutions out there, however. What people need to know is if they will get their requirements met. This is a very capable platform. It's a good product to use and offers good value for money. 

I'd rate the solution eight out of ten overall. 

We have an ERP platform in our organization to manage things. Such platforms work well in medium and small-sized companies but we have a lot of modules and hence use GCP as a platform to deploy our web. We will also incorporate AI features in the future to improve the software.

The solution has improved our web apps so that we can have a canary deployment. GCP also helps us upload new features and changes to our software without impacting a lot of users with the network. The AI features have improved the software as well.

I have found the AI features, networking, and quality of Google products valuable.

The UI is beautiful but not easy to use, and also a little slow. Anything that you click is slow to load. It is also not easy to find something. I do not find the left-hand side menu good. We have a lot of options mixed there and we need the best way to deploy cloud resources. I prefer Azure ARM templates since their JSON files are easy to manipulate and integrate with other tools.

I have been using Google Cloud for four years.

The solution is stable though some of the features don’t work.

The solution is scalable. There are three users of GCP in my organization.

I am the solution’s administrator and have deployed it in my organization. The setup is not so easy. Following the steps that are shown on the screen is okay but the problem arises when we have to create new users. For example, it is not easy to get permission for creating service accounts for users. You have to edit the users, insert a lot of documents, and search the internet to find a solution.

There is good ROI with the solution because we have a lot of solutions and some of the features come for free. Even the paid features are priced fairly.

It is not easy to calculate the price of the solution from the pricing table since they are not standard rates. However, I find the solution’s prices to be fair and reasonable.

I would rate the solution a nine out of ten. The solution is easy to maintain. I would recommend anyone willing to try the solution to study the platform and do some courses on it. I studied the platform a lot before using it. If you do not study the platform, you will find it very disorganized and difficult to maintain.

We primarily use the solution for sharing resources, including creating folders and sending them to the team so that docs can be loaded in.

You can start with 30MB for free. Anybody can get edit access via permissions and people can just start collaborating. 

The setup is easy.

We'd like to maybe see more integrations in the future. 

It would be nice if they could offer more free storage.

I've never had to reach out to technical support in the past. It's easy to use, and we haven't had any issues. 

It's not complex to set up the solution. The implementation is pretty straightforward. The deployment itself did not take very long. everyone pretty much knows how to use it. There's no real learning curve. 

I'm not sure how many people in my company need to maintain the product, if any. 

I've never looked at the ROI.

I'm not sure what the exact licensing costs are. 

I'm not sure which version of the solution we're using. 

I'd recommend the solution to others as it is very easy to use and is great for collaboration. 

I would rate the solution nine out of ten. 

We use Google Cloud mainly for development purposes.

What I like most about Google Cloud is its stability.

I also like that its GUI works fine for my company.

Lower pricing would make Google Cloud better.

We've been using Google Cloud for three to four years.

I found Google Cloud stable. In terms of stability, it's a nine out of ten.

Google Cloud is scalable, and I'm giving it a rating of eight out of ten in terms of scalability.

We have yet to contact Google Cloud technical support because we have not encountered issues with the solution.

We also work with Amazon, apart from Google Cloud. The two solutions are the same, more or less. It's only the usage that's different. We usually recommend both to clients, and whichever clients prefer, we go with that solution.

Google Cloud has a simple setup.

Pricing for Google Cloud could be improved. It would be better if it were lower.

My company has around ten Google Cloud users.

I'm rating Google Cloud as eight out of ten. I deducted two points as the price could be lower.

Google Cloud is a solution my company usually recommends to clients.

I'm a Google Cloud user, and the company I work for has no partnership with Google.

When looking at CI/CD, and Kubernetes they are very good. In the new areas of CI/CD, and DevOps, those tools are actually good, in terms of utilization.

Current technologies keep on changing, so definitely those new changes need to be incorporated quickly. The competition is always out there to be one step ahead. How those open-source platforms can be easily integrated into the cloud, is going to be the key in the future.

I have been using Googe Cloud now for three to four years.

The stability is good with Google Cloud.

Google cloud is scalable. We have more than two hundred working on the solution.

We are actually using other products also of the cloud like AWS and Azure. Compared to that, it is going very well and most of the customers now actually use Google Cloud. If you talk about security, it is actually the integration with LDAP. When moving the organization's data it is important to manage that same LDAP, authentication, and usage of connecting the Google public cloud to the private infrastructure. Those items are actually much better in Google Cloud.

The initial setup is easy and straightforward.

When you have professional individuals work with the deployment it takes roughly three to four hours for installation.

I would rate Good Cloud a nine out of ten.

Our primary use case for this solution is the installation of files for tracking and storage purposes.

The availability of content on the solution is very valuable.

The product could be improved by expanding the initial storage space available.

We have been using this solution for approximately five years.

The solution is stable. About 5000 people are using this solution in our company.

We have had a great experience with customer service and support. They provide excellent service.

We used Microsoft Cloud previously, but Microsoft Cloud automatically closes the operating system and only gives a certain amount of space. Additionally, we use Office, so we don't have Office 365. We automatically have cloud space on Microsoft.

Deployment is very straightforward. 

We worked with vendors for deployment, which took approximately ten minutes.

The licensing costs could be made more affordable for individuals because we need more client-based customers.

I rate this solution a ten out of ten. The solution is very good, but it can be improved by increasing the initial storage space.

I have been using Google Cloud for personal learning and personal interest.

I use the non-SQL Firebase Realtime Database. I install, apply a database, and install my mobile data globally.

I have been using Google Cloud for approximately one year.

Google Cloud is 100 percent stable.

I have not analyzed the stability of Google Cloud, but for what I use it for it has been good.

Sometimes the Google documents are difficult to learn from. Amazon has better support material.

I rate the support from Google Cloud a three out of five.

I have started using the Amazon Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud for comparative reasons. For my use case, Google Cloud was the best choice.

I would recommend Google Cloud to others.

I rate Google Cloud a seven out of ten.

When you push your networking, storage, and other infrastructure from on-premise to the cloud, you can let go of your on-premise real estate and shift the burden back onto the cloud vendor. Google absorbs the cost of power, cooling, management, etc.

You no longer need to spend on CapEx. Instead, you are spending on consumption, so your CapEx moves into OPEX and then on the utility. That's the generic use case for why somebody would move their workload to the cloud.

Migrating to the cloud offers multiple benefits for consumers. One is financial. Customers can let go of their data centers and put the overhead and the hassle of management onto the cloud provider.

It's easy to deploy next-generation applications on Google Cloud. Customers can also use various cloud tools to optimize their operations and generate more insights to do business much smarter.

Cloud vendors can't afford to have data centers all across the world because of the economics of scale and the size of markets. That is one reason that some customers don't get onto the cloud. 

Another issue is the applicability of local language data capturing mechanisms, which are more advanced on cloud service providers, but still there is room to grow. Also, their hybrid version isn't available in all markets worldwide, so I'm hoping that it will be released globally soon.

We've been selling Google Cloud solutions for about a year now. 

Stability has never been a question with any of the three major cloud vendors.

Cloud vendors are more scalable than any on-prem solution. There will always be an increasing demand for cloud solutions. It naturally goes up, and a lot of the other products you use will begin producing cloud versions that can only run on public clouds. 

All three cloud vendors have excellent support. I would rate them nine or 10 out of 10.

So we have a reselling on prem solutions and cloud solutions.

I rate Google Cloud eight out of 10 for ease of deployment. The complexity of deployment can vary depending on the use case and business requirements, but if it's an enterprise workload, we are looking at anywhere from four to six months.

One person could be enough to deploy and manage a cloud solution depending on how critical the workload is. It's also contingent on how much responsibility the customer or the cloud vendor takes. For example, if the cloud vendor takes maximum responsibility in a case like a software service, then the customer only has to configure, manage and run the software.

We are the ones who migrate the workloads, so we're doing the implementation, but there is always. If it's a massive workload, we might bring in third-party integrators who specialize in a particular application workload.

You get an ROI from moving workloads from on-prem to cloud, but the real return comes when your customers start taking advantage of the cloud solution's full features. The return doesn't justify the cost unless you modernize the applications.

Cost can start from less than a dollar and go up. Monthly and yearly base billing is there, but ultimately it depends on customer usage, There could be additional costs. It depends on the requirements. If a customer has some needs that aren't available on the public cloud, they'll have to procure those licenses separately.

The decision to use Google Cloud had nothing to do with its technical capabilities. We were looking at which cloud vendor had the least reach in our market, so we chose that vendor. It's hard to speak generally about the advantages and disadvantages of the different cloud platforms divorced from context.

I rate Google Cloud 10 out of 10. People have limited knowledge of cloud solutions. My advice is that for those considering migration to the cloud is to evaluate the on-prem and cloud alternatives as much as possible because you can make wrong decisions if your perspective is limited.
