I use Kissflow to handle business tools. Whenever other teams have to integrate their spreadsheet so they can automate tickets, I help them with that. I'm the spreadsheet configurator, and I get Kissflow to talk to a spreadsheet or even a website.
After integration with our Planview team, Kissflow saved about 20% of our time in copying info from tickets to a spreadsheet. Having that automated made things more efficient.
I like Kissflow's integration. Things are more automated and streamlined, and Kissflow skips a lot of unnecessary steps, especially redundant ones, needed to copy info from a ticket to a spreadsheet.
When there are multiple steps or if there's a disconnect when creating the ticket, it could be a problem for the user. For example, our RSN needs to approve the ticket first before it's moved to the next person rather than having them all grouped. It would be better if we could see all the tickets grouped at the same time.
I have been using Kissflow every day for the past two years.
The solution is stable, and so are its analytics features.
Many in our pre-sales team use Kissflow to initiate tasks. We receive more than 500 daily queries through Kissflow. About 1,000 users use Kissflow daily, with about 300 project managers along with the whole sales department.
The initial setup is easy, and the solution does not require maintenance. With the tickets as an example, once ticketing is set up, from there, we receive feedback from the other teams and what they want to see improved or fields that they'd like to see added or taken out.
Kissflow is intuitive and easy to use, and I haven't faced any errors using the solution so far. Most of the errors that come up during integration are user errors.
Kissflow has documentation that I mostly use for integration. I know there are other forms on there that could be helpful, so I recommend first pinpointing how KissFlow is going to be used and then looking at the guide because it has everything in there. I have had no problems with Kissflow, so I rate it a nine out of ten.

Our company operates in 54 countries, with our headquarters in Durham, North Carolina. We use Kissflow for a project called DPA, where we build various projects using Kissflow. We have deployed Kissflow for various purposes, including for our finance application for finance payments and invoices. We also integrate Kissflow with CostPoints to track time sheets and attendance to make payments to staff. We have also developed enterprise health management software for those countries because our company is an NGO running HIV programs.
The best thing about Kissflow is its user-friendliness. It supports multi-dynamic applications so that you can build a big enterprise application. Another robust feature of Kissflow is that you don't need to buy physical or cloud servers. Everything is within the application itself. The database is called DataFax, and you can store and retrieve all your application records from this database without needing to host a database.
Moreover, Kissflow supports external APIs, making it more flexible. APIs can be in JSON, XML, or any other desired format. This flexibility enhances its usability, and even a layperson who knows nothing about the software can be trained to use Kissflow. You don't have to be a full-time software engineer like us, with 13 to 15 years of experience in software development. I can train you to use Kissflow within a day, and then you could watch some tutorial videos on how to implement it as a full-fledged application and start deploying it.
Likewise, the solution is a drag-and-drop system with various input fields, images, text files, bookings, and everything you would find on a normal webpage. What sets the solution apart is the advanced drag-and-drop feature and its step-by-step process.
Additionally, Kissflow allows you to generate reports in batch format, Excel sheets (XLS), or CSV files, providing a comprehensive overview of how Kissflow works.
One area where Kissflow can be improved is customization, specifically, the ability to modify the input fields, UI, and design elements. Currently, it's not possible to alter the colors or make the UI more beautiful beyond what Kissflow provides. In terms of the look and feel of the interface, it needs to be modified to give users and developers the avenue to alter one or two things in the design. For example, while you can add validations to input fields with drag and drop, you can't design an interface that would look so beautiful, like what you can do with JavaScript or React. Kissflow uses its own custom design, which they have put for you. If Kissflow could give us that flexibility, and the ability to add more to the look and feel, that would make it even more perfect. That is an area that they should work on.
The ability to have the servers generated automatically based on the forms and their respective names would greatly simplify the process for us. This feature sets Kissflow apart from other programming languages. As someone who works with Java, I can't make a direct comparison since they serve different purposes.
I have been using Kissflow for five years now. I am using version 10.2, which is the latest version.
As someone with experience using and building Java, React, and C# applications, I am a versatile programmer. When I started using Kissflow, I saw it was incredibly fast and stable. I have not seen the solution go down. It's not possible. In the five years I have used it, it has never timed out on my browser timeout, and I have seen that the URL does not go off. I can log in to my account in just two seconds.
This kind of speed is remarkable and contributes to the overall positive user experience. Kissflow has certainly earned my trust with its speed and stability.
Kissflow has consistently proven to be reliable and stable.
Kissflow is a very scalable product. We currently have six developers using Kissflow in my company.
Kissflow has extensive documentation. You can go to the documentation page to see how you could do something, for example, calling an API. If there is anything you need help understanding, there is a contact mail there, where you can mail and tell them that you are trying to implement something, but you need help understanding it. After that, they can guide you on how to do that. They also have scheduled meetings on Teams or Zoom so they can walk you through the issue. I reached out to them for the first time in five years for help calling an API using JavaScript, and they showed me how to do that.
We build different programming applications on Java and C# and have realized the maintenance cost is high. The cost of maintaining even PostgreSQL or MySQL servers, both of which have free licenses, was high. As a result, we decided to go for no programming. We wanted to make it possible to join the company and use a product like Kissflow to deploy software, even if one is not a programmer. That way, we reduced the cost of adding more programmers and MySQL and SQL servers. Through no programming, we wanted to see how we could create an automated processing system. We are now even thinking of using AI more.
Every staff member, such as developers or automated process engineers, has to create that account with Kissflow. Once you log in to Kissflow, you can start using all the functionalities, like building applications and interfaces.
The initial setup of Kissflow is straightforward. You go to kissflow.com and create an account. Once you subscribe, Kissflow creates a domain name for you. For example, if your company name is "V," your domain name could be "vdev.kissflow.com." All the staff members in your company then register their emails and set up a username and password for their first account, called the development account.
Next is the production account, for which you will create a Super Admin. You are the one who makes this account. You don't need to reach out to Kissflow or anyone else. The production account is where you host and move all the applications you develop on Kissflow. To move the applications from development to production, you go to the settings and move the applications from production. The solution is very easy to set up.
Your company must subscribe to the solution if you create a business account. Free trials are available before subscribing, however.
With the inventory management system, first, we have managers who approve and handle various tasks. Each user needs to publish the link from Kissflow and send it directly to the user. Then it goes to the manager for approval. Once the manager approves, the user can access the information. If any changes or rejections occur, the user receives an email notification and needs to review the process again. You can also set specific conditions for data rejections or completion.
I advise using Kissflow because it allows you to learn more about automation and automated processing systems. Secondly, Kissflow helps reduce the cost of implementing an enterprise application. The goal of every company is to have a good product out there while minimizing costs.
Overall, setting up accounts and subscriptions in Kissflow is straightforward. There are also free trials and tutorials available on YouTube that you can explore.
One of the great things about Kissflow is its documentation. They provide a dedicated documentation page with instructions on various topics, such as making API calls. The documentation is comprehensive and easy to follow. However, if you need help understanding something, you can contact Kissflow through the contact email provided. They are responsive and helpful, providing guidelines on implementing certain features or functionalities. One thing with Kissflow is that you can be very independent because the solution is very easy to use. You don't need to reach out to them. I have otherwise been learning through YouTube videos and things like that. After five years, I contacted them for help with calling an API.
I would give Kissflow a rating of nine out of ten. The reason behind this rating is that it serves my purpose effectively and makes my work much easier. With Kissflow, I don't have to spend more time on the system, whereas, with traditional programming, I would have to develop input tags and arrange my UI, which is not there on Kissflow. I can finish whole forms within 30 seconds or 30 minutes with drag-and-drop features. I can easily link them together and publish the application when ready. Kissflow also offers the option to automatically generate servers based on the form names, which makes life easy for me.
We utilize Kissflow in all our locations, spanning Nigeria, Botswana, South Africa, Uganda, the USA, and Japan. The versatility of Kissflow allows us to adapt it to complex environments and meet the diverse needs of our partnership with USAID, where we are implementing projects in these 54 countries. We use these applications in our offices for logistics, staff payments, time and attendance management, and invoicing. These functionalities are crucial to our daily operations.

Currently, we use boards to manage various processes. The main processes we manage with KiSSFLOW are quality control, maintenance of past and ongoing jobs, HR department tasks such as registration, classification, and control of the hiring process.
We also use it to manage sales office tasks, including creating and managing offers for customers. Additionally, we utilize KiSSFLOW to track the progress of ongoing projects in our business.
We are a company that specializes in manufacturing windows and faucets, specifically glass faucets and aluminum windows. We undertake large projects here in Italy, such as hospitals, schools, and skyscrapers, which contribute to our sales cluster. Currently, we have around one hundred ongoing projects. KiSSFLOW is instrumental in managing all the project-related activities. For instance, we are currently constructing a large hospital in Milan, and all the activities associated with this project are managed using KiSSFLOW.
Apart from that, we use KiSSFLOW for maintenance, quality control, project management, handling processes, offers, and internal activities specific to certain projects. Additionally, we are in the process of relocating parts of our production to another facility, and KiSSFLOW is involved in managing all the activities related to this transition. These are just a few examples of the cases or activities that we handle using KiSSFLOW.
The first valuable feature is the agile concept incorporated in the designed boards. It greatly facilitates the migration of our company's philosophy into a digital model. The visual nature of the boards enhances this aspect.
The second feature is the flexibility and speed in modifying and creating processes. If we have a process in mind, we can usually create it within ten minutes.
Moreover, if we need to make changes due to organizational adjustments, modifying the process and flowchart takes only a few minutes. The flexibility and speed in modifying processes are also good features.
Another feature I would like to highlight is the integration with Google Drive and the ability to integrate with other systems. The native integrations are user-friendly and straightforward.
There is one thing that I have been requesting for two years. However, I received an email last week stating that it will be released either this week or next week. It's the Gantt timeline feature for processes, and they informed me that it's finally coming.
In future releases, it would be interesting to have a repository or portal within KiSSFLOW where users can interact with the KiSSFLOW community. Currently, the integration with Google Drive is useful, but if you upload a document to Google Drive and make modifications there, it doesn't automatically update in KiSSFLOW. By incorporating a portal within KiSSFLOW, documents could be linked, and any changes made to the document would be reflected in the flowchart of KiSSFLOW as well.
So any edits made in one portal should be reflected in another portal as well. Particularly in the processes, I have found a workaround by linking the document within the link. Therefore, if you make modifications in Google Drive by adding the document or updating the link, you can add the modified documents. However, it would be interesting to have a live document linked directly within KiSSFLOW, rather than just linking to the document itself.
The first time I used this solution was at the end of 2018, so it's been about five years. KiSSFLOW is the official BPM tool of the company where I'm the managing director.
It is a stable solution. The only challenges we have faced are minor issues that arise during updates. These issues are absolutely minor.
When it comes to stability, KiSSFLOW offers a reliable platform as it utilizes certified servers. We have never experienced any major problems, only occasional minor issues related to updates, primarily concerning time or date. But overall, the stability has been excellent, and we have not encountered any significant problems.
When it comes to scaling KiSSFLOW, we find it easy to integrate with Google. We use public forums to allow external individuals to complete forms, and then we import that data into KiSSFLOW using Google Forms. This integration with Google makes the scaling process straightforward.
Additionally, we are able to import data from our ERP system, although in some cases, it may require consulting assistance due to its complexity. However, this feature has improved over time as the platform has evolved. Initially, it may not have been as easy, but now, with the integration of Google, it has become fantastic. Scaling KiSSFLOW without any issues is quite achievable.
In our organization, we are around 40 end-users.
There is no specific maintenance required. Maintenance could involve system optimization or reviewing processes.
We have escalated questions to KiSSFLOW's technical support, and we have been quite satisfied with their assistance. Initially, we reached out to the company that introduced us to KiSSFLOW, and their team is highly knowledgeable and provides excellent support.
However, there have been instances where other users, including myself, have approached KiSSFLOW's customer support directly in English, and they have been very helpful and kind.
So overall, the customer support service is commendable. Initially, we relied on support from the company that introduced us to KiSSFLOW.
Personally, I have used Trello, but that is not the same as KiSSFLOW. I have also briefly looked into Favro, but my experience with it was not extensive. When comparing KiSSFLOW to Trello, for example, I find KiSSFLOW much easier to use. One of the significant advantages of KiSSFLOW is its user-friendliness, making it accessible to basic users. Whereas Trello and other software like Favro may cater more towards advanced users.
I had a close relationship with the first KiSSFLOW partner in Italy. They helped me in deploying the system within the company and investigating its features. It was fortunate to have found the first KiSSFLOW partner here in Italy, and they provided significant support. They also trained our team to work independently with KiSSFLOW, which was a great advantage.
The deployment process is quite straightforward. Once we had the initial introduction and training, we were able to accomplish many tasks. This is one of the reasons why I find KiSSFLOW very interesting.
We only work with the cloud version of KiSSFLOW. It is hosted on the cloud, and that is one of the main reasons we use it. We have a significant number of people working on construction sites, and using a cloud-based platform poses no issues in terms of accessibility. We can securely share confidential information within our organization, allowing all our employees to have access.
Additionally, we find it important to have the ability to provide restricted access to external resources, such as engineers we collaborate with who are not employees of our company. By utilizing the cloud, KiSSFLOW allows us to do so, and this is a significant advantage for us. We chose KiSSFLOW specifically because it is cloud-based, enabling us to share information not only with our employees but also with external individuals we work with outside our network.
Including myself, as I'm the managing director and directly involved in the deployment, we had three people from our company working on it. Within the team, we had one person handling the technical aspects, one person handling the administrative tasks, and myself. So, in total, it was a team of four people from our IT department: so one person for the technical part, one person for the administrative part, and myself.
As for the time takes to deploy the solution, I would say that KiSSFLOW is an ongoing tool that evolves with the company's needs. We continuously introduce new processes, so it's not fully deployed in that sense. However, if we talk about deploying one specific process, it's relatively quick.
We can utilize the agile method to have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in a short time and then continue improving and adapting it. With KiSSFLOW, we can achieve an MVP within one week or ten days and have a process up and running. The speed is indeed remarkable.
Currently, we have processes that we started three years ago, and we are still improving them on a daily basis. Recently, the head of the technical department suggested adding a new feature to a process we began working on three years ago. We quickly implemented his suggestion, connecting it with other features. To have an MVP product with KiSSFLOW, it takes about one week without a consultant, and with a consultant, it may take around one month. So, it's a fast and efficient process.
The ROI is good. If you calculate the hours saved by using the platform versus not using it, even with just one process, you can recover the annual cost of the licenses. With multiple processes, you can save a significant amount of time that can be dedicated to the core activities of the company. The ROI is truly impressive.
The current pricing is affordable, absolutely. However, I do have some concerns about the future. I hope there are no unexpected price increases due to the platform's growing popularity.
As of now, the cost is reasonable, allowing for the inclusion of occasional users as well. I hope it remains the same and doesn't become unaffordable like some other platforms that may not be suitable for small companies like ours.
I would advise people to try it out. Picture this: Think about a major headache or a process that is difficult to manage within your company, one that involves multiple spreadsheets and back-and-forth communication. Try putting that process into a flowchart in KiSSFLOW. After the trial, it's impossible not to choose a BPM solution like KiSSFLOW.
My only advice is, if you have NDA in place for a specific process within your company, try managing it with KiSSFLOW. Once you've tried it, you'll never want to go without it.
Overall, I would rate it a nine out of ten, only because there is always room for improvement.

We use the product to streamline our operations. We have transitioned to a work-from-home scenario. We send work to our team members through the product. We do not use emails anymore. We use KiSSFLOW for service delivery.
The best thing about KiSSFLOW is that we can do virtual approvals. We can also customize the processes according to what is most convenient to us without sacrificing internal control aspects. It helps us perform our tasks with ease. The product is customizable. If there are any new developments, it is easy to revise and make changes in the tool.
It would be better if the product provided PDF forms that we can edit. If something needs to be printed, the layout would be more presentable. Sometimes some notifications don't appear on the mobile app. So, we have to go to the browser on our PC to check for updates.

So far, with our experience, it's easy to increase users. If we want to increase or reduce the number of users, we email customer support, and they respond. We are a small organization. About 10 to 15 people in our organization, mostly accountants, use the tool.
I have contacted the support team. The support team responds to queries in two to three days. They always reach out to us and update us about the progress of our requests. Previously, they had a feature where we could immediately chat with someone from the support team. A few weeks ago, they removed that feature. I'm not sure how I would reach them if I encounter any errors in the future. However, it was pretty easy before.

Before using the solution, we tried using ClickUp and Pipefy. We chose KiSSFLOW because the customization of processes is easy. I'm not in IT, so I don't know how to use codes. In KiSSFLOW, I find it easy to explore and change if something needs to be changed. We can also customize access according to what the person needs or the level of access that the person has to have.
The initial setup is pretty easy. The solution is deployed on the cloud.
To use the solution, we can log in to our account or download it using the mobile app. It's the standard process, like any other app.
The product is a bit more expensive than its competitors. The product costs $15 per user per month. Other platforms cost $10 or less.
I would recommend the solution to others based on their preferences. We also plan to use the solution in marketing our services. The solution has features to create email subscriptions automatically. I haven’t seen any other platform with similar features. The product has features that are relevant to our industry. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

My organization is an ed-tech company. We have multiple freelancers who create questions. There are a lot of people who prepare for the government examinations in India. We have around one crore questions on our platform. We use freelancers to create these questions. We use the product primarily for managing our freelancers.
The requirement starts with a manager. For example, if a manager wants English questions translated into Hindi, The request doe from the manager to the language manager. Then, the request goes to the freelancer. After the freelancer has completed the job, it goes for approval. Likewise, we have multiple processes. We use the product to track the progress of the work.
I also use the solution for a lot of automation. We also have KiSSFLOW support. We can integrate it and make automated forms. I work more on automation. We have automated many KiSSFLOW processes. We create reports and make decisions like payment structures based on them.
We can use the remote lookup feature to call an API. KiSSFLOW is like Google Forms. We can create forms and workflows. I use the solution for automation. I also use it to call APIs and help the users to reduce manual work in the product.
Recently the product introduced AI-suggested fields. It is good. An AI will suggest things to you based on your process. Whenever I find something missing in the solution, I connect with the community. The community is very active. Whenever someone posts something on the community page, people reply to them. They also conduct weekly quizzes, choose random winners, and distribute gift vouchers from Amazon and other brands.
There should be a delay between the calls when we call multiple APIs. There is a lag in the delay between API calls. I am looking forward to the introduction of the delay feature. We also faced an issue with the date field. The support team told us that they are rectifying the date format. It was in UTC format and created a problem calculating the date field.
I have been using the solution for a year.
The product’s stability is good. I rate the stability a nine out of ten.
I rate the solution’s scalability a seven or eight out of ten. The solution has many features, but people use it to track the workflow. They are not using the solution to its fullest. In my organization, we have 350 active members using the product. Including the freelancers, there are 750 users. I take care of the technical parts of the solution, while another person in my team takes care of the operations part.
The support team responds fast. The wait time is two to three minutes. If they do not understand the issue, we can set up a call, and they will resolve it. We can also directly talk to the product manager if needed. They also provide a nice app for product managers. The product’s support is really good.
If someone uses the product for the first time, the initial setup is easy if they understand the basic functions of KiSSFLOW. However, it will take time to understand if they want to know about automation and other advanced functions.
Creating a new process takes five minutes.
I'm a data analyst. There is a KiSSFLOW community. When a problem is posted in the community, KiSSFLOW updates the solution. I have posted three to four suggestions in the community about the things missing in the product, and the team has made it live for me. They do this regularly.
KiSSFLOW has given me gift cards two to three times for contributing to the community. They have posted on the community and thanked me for my valuable feedback. We have a business account with the product. They charge us per user.
People using the tool must explore the tool’s features. It is a very simple tool to use, and it can be more effective if we use it in the right way. I always explore all the fields in the product. If we use the product efficiently, we will get our work done with less manual effort.
Overall, I rate the product an eight out of ten.

Primarily, the KiSSFLOW platform is utilized to develop and maintain projects for any business vision looking to convert from paper to online forms. For instance, transforming paper procedures to online, aligning with the company's vision to automate everything. The goal is not to see employees still using paper but to automate forms and workflows. Ideally, they aim for automation to be seamlessly integrated for any form. That's the vision for any progressive company.
KiSSFLOW automates any workflow that you see. For example, if you have a paper that needs to be signed by your direct manager and then archived, you don't have to worry about doing it manually. KiSSFLOW can automate the entire process, including archiving. It also provides a form builder so that you can design your own forms to fit your specific needs.
Any form you want to create is possible. And it's flexible for the PI, if you need it to be. If you want to extract data from the KiSSFLOW database, it's structured similar to SQL.
Once users engage with this platform, and if there's a need, you can create queries to collect data, display it on dashboards, and even customize these dashboards for data visualization.
You have options like linear dashboards, LogRhythmic, and others. And if you have a concept, say, replacing KiSSFLOW with another system, you can still integrate and connect that system with KiSSFLOW. The major feature is the seamless connectivity between different apps, not separating them.
For example, as a user, if I am setting a purchase request from SEB and someone asks where the request is currently, they might tell me to check KiSSFLOW. Now, expecting a user to navigate through multiple systems can be confusing and inconvenient. The major part is to set up your environment seamlessly within KiSSFLOW.
Users can connect multiple applications and platforms within KiSSFLOW. This is one of its major features. For example, in agreements. As an agreed end-user, if I utilize this application, specifically the KiSSFLOW form, to submit an agreement or contract, I'm not aware of the origin of the data or where the current data comes from. Take, for instance, BRs and BRs from SEB. It's available in the form. So when I select a specific order number, I won't know its source.
The standout feature is the ability to connect various applications through KiSSFLOW. As an end-user, you're presented with a singular screen, a unified interface.
The most valuable feature is APIs. Its integrations are very flexible, allowing developers to connect multiple applications like DocuSign, Salesforce, OpenText, and SEB. I particularly utilized this feature in a product called "agreements" under Pharma International. It's employed for contracts between Pharma International and any subsidiary or layer. It automates the cycle approval for Pharma International, reading any PRs (purchasing requests) and purchasing orders from SEB related to the agreement. It's also linked through NEDI between KiSSFLOW and SEB.
Regarding the digital signature process it's completed by DocuSign. We've established a connection through an API between KiSSFLOW and DocuSign. We also use OpenText as our archiving tool and have integrated it into our flow. So, those are four systems connected through KiSSFLOW.
The API begins by reading data, purchasing orders, and purchasing requests from SEB. When a user submits any contract or agreement on the KiSSFLOW form, it initiates its own automated workflow within KiSSFLOW. The signing process is then executed by DocuSign.
To break it down, first, data is read from SEB, followed by an automated workflow. Once this workflow completes, the contract's signing process occurs via DocuSign, catering to both the users and the associated companies. For the third party and VIP, the contracts then go through Logistics. This entire process is primarily based on API integrations. Hence, the flexibility, scalability, and stability between those four systems with KiSSFLOW are noteworthy.
There is room for improvement in terms of stability.
In my current company, one of my major roles involves using the KiSSFLOW system. This system mainly consists of the FortiFlow engine.
It's a major no-code and low-code platform used to develop, maintain, and launch many products that contains workflows in various business fields, especially the supply chain. I began my experience with the KiSSFLOW platform around a year and a half ago.
Previously, I used it between 12 to 16 months. Still, I continue to use this product because of its remarkable flexibility.

We used the tool to make sure that some processes were standardized and executed properly every time. It helped us with automation and took the administrative load off our teams. The solution automated emails and reminded people to complete their tasks. It also helped with the HR onboarding process where we could send out an automated welcome email.
I work in HR and am fond of automation. I like the tool's email automation and integration with Outlook.
Some of the tool's fields only accept certain types of text. The input fields are inflexible.

I would rate the product a nine out of ten and it made life a lot easier for us. To be the solution's administrator, you need to have training and need to be a little tech-minded. You can be a regular user since it's very straightforward and easy. The tool made our internal processes smoother. The person from KiSSFLOW who helped with the implementation really went out of his way to find different workarounds and we always ended up being able to have a solution.
One of the use cases is the approvals we do for the purchase process. Our purchase process is in our ERP, but the approval workflow configuration is done in Kissflow. We delegate authority in Kissflow, and people in our organization log in to Kissflow and approve the purchase.
The best thing is the no-code part. Even a person without experience with the coding language can easily understand and build the processes. The business team or people who are not from IT can also build their own processes, workflows and start using Kissflow pretty easily.
The UI, though is pretty friendly and easy to use, can be improved in some aspects.

You can use Kissflow, but that depends on your needs. If you need to build the processes and have people who can work on building the process, you can use Kissflow.
I rate Kissflow a nine out of ten because it is very easy to use. There has not been any performance issue so far. The support is good, the turnaround time is pretty fast, and a non-developer can use it.

I use Kissflow to request approval for leave. I also use it to access some of the company privileges or to log issues, comments, or requests for information from the company. I request approval, then the manager approves it. Once approved, I get the notification that my request has been approved on Kissflow.

If Kissflow can help users be able to organize the company manuals and information, the blogs, and everything into one resource, that would be awesome. That way you don't need to leave Kissflow to read news about the company, go check on someone, or even wish someone a happy birthday. If you can directly message your coworker on Kissflow, that would be a very good experience.

If we have tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com - basically, various project management tools - if these tools could get connected to these process flow portals, we can immediately create a project as soon as the process gets completed. Those kinds of integrations with market leaders and third-party tools is very, very important nowadays.
I haven't really been using it. I just tried to do some hands-on work for 15 days. I was in contact with the tool for not more than 15 to 30 days.
While I haven't had an issue, I haven't really had time to look into stability.
We did look into the scalability and found it to be very good. You seem to be able to expand it well.
We're only using 20% of the capacity. We'd like to go all the way to 100%, so we can increase usage.

Our previous technology stack was a code-based tool, which requires a significant amount of time to develop a product or an application, whereas no-code tools like this product helps in minimizing that timeline. The form structures and the field management are already part and parcel of that platform. Therefore, it is just like a configuration tool rather than a code-based tool. So you don't have to do any coding or technical template designing work over there. It is well-created enough. You just need to configure it.
The initial setup was pretty straightforward. It's on the cloud, which makes it easy. There wasn't any complexity to it.
Since we have not implemented it I'm unsure of how long it would take to fully implement it. The timeline that was committed to and what we were also in consensus with was not more than two weeks.

The license cost is weighted based on the band of users that we were taking. It varies according to the number of users or modules. It's complex to lay out the cost of the product.
Overall, it's not too expensive, however, it is a bit higher in terms of cost when you look at other market leaders.

Kissflow is not just a product; it is a business entity name also. They have various products under the umbrella of Kissflow. I have been working on Kissflow as process automation or process management tool. I was not focused on the remaining products they offer under the Kissflow umbrella.
The only advice I would give to others is to go through their use cases, not just short-term use cases. Look at long-term use cases as well. Once you have this platform in place, you cannot get rid of it. There will be more tools and more applications, more processes being digitalized, and the company becomes will become more and more dependent on these kinds of platforms as they scale up. Once you have onboarded such a platform, it is challenging to change it since your data repository and data transition become a big headache.
It is advisable to check the use cases that they have presently and to envision some certain use cases over the next three or five years so that they can check if those features are available per the use case of the tool. After that, then they can decide if it makes sense to implement it.
