I use Microsoft Teams on a daily basis for conference calls and chatting. Additionally, I use Microsoft Teams for managing emails.

Sharing documents in real-time has been incredibly helpful. I can share documents with my colleagues and make changes directly, which enhances our collaboration. The platform is user-friendly and has positively impacted our communication, allowing us to communicate with people from different countries and cities in real time.

Microsoft Teams could be improved through more synchronization with other platforms like Calendly and Gmail, as we also use these platforms.
