What is our primary use case?

We use Microsoft Teams for meetings. Since the pandemic, most of my clients don't physically go to offices, and we do most of our meetings through Microsoft Teams.

What is most valuable?

A stable and easy to setup solution for chatting and video conferencing

What is our primary use case?

I use the solution for chatting and video conferencing. I use it for video conferencing 75 percent and chatting 25 percent. I use it for scheduling only five to six percent. 

What is most valuable?

I am impressed with the solution's collaboration with Office 365. 

What needs improvement?

We have experienced response delays with the product. It can be hard to understand where to click in the solution. Also, the solution should incorporate videos like 'How to use Teams' that can be popularized among customers. 

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working with the product for two years. 

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is stable. 

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

My company has 200 users for the product. 

How are customer service and support?

I have not contacted support since we have not encountered issues with it.

The product's setup is easy.

Easy to use but trouble logging on for a meeting

I use it for meetings. When I talk to people, then I use it for meetings. 

What is most valuable?

It just does the job. I really haven't played much with it to decide what I like or don't like about it. I know it's good when I just need to do a meeting.

It is easy to use.

What needs improvement?

There is room for improvement in the stability.

I look forward to AI-based features in future releases.

I have been using it for a long time. 

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I would rate the stability a six out of ten. Maybe it's my laptop that's slow, but I've had times when I've had trouble logging on for a meeting.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I used Zoom.

How was the initial setup?

It is easy to set up. I can do it by myself. 

What was our ROI?

I don't have to physically go to the meetings; I don't have to drive there. I can do it virtually. So, it saves me a lot of money. 

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

There's a package that I got, so I think it's a yearly subscription that I bought.

What other advice do I have?

Overall, I would rate it a seven out of ten. If you just need a product for meetings, I'd recommend it.

    Sharing documents in real-time has been incredibly helpful. I can share documents with my colleagues and make changes directly, which enhances our collaboration. The platform is user-friendly and has positively impacted our communication, allowing us to communicate with people from different countries and cities in real time.

    What needs improvement?

    Microsoft Teams could be improved through more synchronization with other platforms like Calendly and Gmail, as we also use these platforms.
